Within the recommended rites on Fridays, Shaykh al-Tusi, in his book of Misbah al-Mutahajjid, has mentioned the following salwaat from Imam Hasan Askari (peace be upon him):

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ ٱلصِّدِّيقَةِ فَاطِمَةَ ٱلزَّكِيَّةِ
allahumma salli `ala alssiddiqati fatimata alzzakiyyati
O Allah, (please) send blessings upon the veracious and immaculate lady Fatimah
حَبِيبَةِ حَبِيبِكَ وَنَبِيِّكَ
habibati habibika wa nabiyyika
the most beloved of Your beloved and Prophet

وَأُمِّ أَحِبَّائِكَ وَأَصْفِيَائِكَ
wa ummi ahibba'ika wa asfiya'ika
of Your beloved ones and Your chosen ones,

ٱلَّتِي ٱنْتَجَبْتَهَا وَفَضَّلْتَهَا
allati intajabtaha wa faddaltaha
whom You selected, favored,

وَٱخْتَرْتَهَا عَلَىٰ نِسَاءِ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ
wa ikhtartaha `ala nisa'i al`alamina
and chosen her from among all the women of the worlds (of all times).

اَللَّهُمَّ كُنِ ٱلطَّالِبَ لَهَا مِمَّنْ ظَلَمَهَا
allahumma kun alttaliba laha mimman zalamaha
O Allah, be her representative against those who wronged her

وَٱسْتَخَفَّ بِحَقِّهَا
wa istakhaffa bihaqqiha
and belittled her right.

وَكُنِ ٱلثَّائِرَ ٱللَّهُمَّ بِدَمِ أَوْلاَدِهَا
wa kun alththa'ira allahumma bidami awladiha
Be, O Allah, the One Who shall revenge upon those who shed the blood of her descendants.

اَللَّهُمَّ وَكَمَا جَعَلْتَهَا أُمَّ أَئِمَّةِ ٱلْهُدَىٰ
allahumma wa kama ja`altaha umma a'immati alhuda
O Allah, just as You have chosen her to be the mother of the Leaders of Guidance,

وَحَلِيلَةَ صَاحِبِ ٱللِّوَاءِ
wa halilata sahibi alliwa'i
the wife of the Bearer of the Pennon,

وَٱلْكَرِيمَةَ عِنْدَ ٱلْمَلَإِ ٱلأَعْلَىٰ
walkarimata `inda almala'i al-a`la
and the most honored lady with the Highest Group,

فَصَلِّ عَلَيْهَا وَعَلَىٰ أُمِّهَا
fasalli `alayha wa `ala ummiha
so (please) do endow her and her mother

صَلاَةً تُكَرِّمُ بِهَا وَجْهَ أَبِيهَا
salatan tukarrimu biha wajha abiha
with such blessings that confer honor upon her father

مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ
muhammadin salla allahu `alayhi wa alihi
Muhammad, Allah's blessings be upon him,

وَتُقِرُّ بِهَا أَعْيُنَ ذُرِّيَّتِهَا
wa tuqirru biha a`yuna dhurriyyatiha
and delight the eyes of her offspring.

وَأَبْلِغْهُمْ عَنِّي فِي هٰذِهِ ٱلسَّاعَةِ
wa ablighhum `anni fi hadhihi alssa`ati
And (please) convey to them, at this very hour,

أَفْضَلَ ٱلتَّحِيَّةِ وَٱلسَّلاَمِ
afdala alttahiyyati walssalami
the most excellent greeting and salutation from me.

Curse Taught by Imam Mahdi(ajtfs) )
Arifbillah Sheikh Jafar Tawassuli (ra) said:
Cursing the enemies of Lady Fatima al-Zahra (sa) with these words is a treasure—greater than any worldly treasure.:
لَعَنَ اللَّهُ قَاتِلَيْكِ وَضَارِبَيْكِ وَظَالِمَيْكِ وَغَاصِبِي حَقِّكِ،
يَا مَوْلَاتِي يَا فَاطِمَةُ الزَّهْرَاءُ
La'ana Allahu qātiliiki wa zāribiiki wa zālimiiki wa ghāsibi haqqiki
ya molati ya Fatimatuz-Zahra
"May Allah curse those who killed you, struck you, oppressed you, and usurped your rights,
O my Lady Fatima al-Zahra,"


It is very effective and full of blessings. This is one of Allah's blessings to me, and I did not learn this curse from any book. Recite this curse often and address Lady Fatima (peace be upon her). Problems will be resolved in miraculous ways. I have witnessed many blessings from this curse.
Imam Mahdi (atfs) taught me this curse in the city of Medina, at the Gate of Gabriel...
The late Sheikh Jafar Tawassuli (ra) had no attachment to this world other than his love for Lady Fatima Zahra (sa). One day, he said:
"I only and only, only and only, wish to remain in this world a little longer so that I can curse the killers of Lady Fatima Zahra (peace be upon her) a bit more."
He also said:
A Salawat without curse at the end of it, is incomplete.

Recite 580 times or 135? times the following salwaat for solving any problem.
اَلَّهُمَّ صَلّ عَلىٰ فَاطِمَةَ وَ اَبِيْهَا وَ بَعْلِهَا وَ بَنِيْهَا وَ سِرِِّ الْمُسْتَوْدِعِ فِيْهَا بِعَدَدِ مَا اَحَاطَ بِهِ عِلْمُكَ
ma Salle al Fatima wa abeeha wa baleha wa baneeha wa sirril mustaudaeh fiha beadada maa ahaata be
Oh Allah send blessings on Fatima and her father, her husband and her sons, and by the secret installed in her (S)) which only is in YOUR know

اللَّهُمَّ بِفَاطِمَةَ وَأَبِيهَا وَبَعْلِهَا وَبَنِيهَا، وَالسِّرِّ الْمُسْتَوْدَعِ فِيهَا، بِعَدَدِ مَا أَحَاطَ بِهِ عِلْمُكَ أَن تَقْضِيَ حَوَائِجَ حَامِلِ هَذَا الْكِتَابِ، بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ وَيَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ

Ziarat Nama from Imam Muhammad Taqi (a.s.) in Book Thazeeb, Volume No. 6, Page 10..... Now I am telling you about this Ziarat Nama so that you can convey it to others.
One day, Imam Muhammad Taqi ( a.s.) met a Syed , a descendant of Lady Fatima Zahra (s.a.). said You should recite Ziarah as follows

يَا مُمْتَحَنَةُ امْتَحَنَكِ اللَّهُ
Ya mumtaḥanatu imtaḥanakillāh
O you who were tested, Allah has tested you.

الَّذِي خَلَقَكِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَكِ
Alladhī khalaqaki qabla an yakhluqaki
The One who created you before He created you (physically).

فَوَجَدَكِ لِمَا امْتَحَنَكِ صَابِرَةً
Fawajadaki limāmtaḥanaki ṣābirah
And He found you, in what He tested you with, patient.

وَزَعَمْنَا أَنَّا لَكِ أَوْلِيَاءُ وَمُصَدِّقُونَ
Waza‘amnā annā laki awliyā’u wa muṣaddiqūn
And we claim that we are your lovers and those who affirm the truth.

وَصَابِرُونَ لِكُلِّ مَا أَتَانَا بِهِ أَبُوكِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ، وَأَتَى بِهِ وَصِيُّهُ
Wa ṣābirūna likulli mā atānā bihi abūki ṣallallāhu ‘alayhi wa ālihi, wa atā bihi waṣīyuhu
And we are patient with all that your father brought us, may Allah bless him and his family, and that his successor brought us.

فَإِنَّا نَسْأَلُكِ إِنْ كُنَّا صَدَّقْنَاكِ إِلَّا أَلْحَقْتِنَا بِتَصْدِيقِنَا
Fa’innā nas’aluki in kunnā ṣaddaqnāki illā alḥaqtnā bi taṣdīqinā
So we ask you, if we were truthful to you, to join us with our affirmation of truth,

لَهُمَا لِنُبَشِّرَ أَنْفُسَنَا بِأَنَّا قَدْ طَهُرْنَا بِوِلَايَتِكِ
Lahumā li nubashshira anfusana bi’annā qad ṭahurnā biwilāyatiki
for their sake, so that we may give good tidings to ourselves that we have been purified by your guardianship/love.



Whenever you want to submit your gratitude in service of Lady Fatima Zahra, (s.a.), read this Ziarat Nama because it filled with the pious legacy of inner knowledge in each of these sentences.
Try to meditate on each of it so you can enhance it step by step on the ladder of inner knowledge as you moves forward. There are great secrets hidden in these short sentences, try to discover them.

Special Dua with the name of Fatima (sa)


إِلَٰهِى بِأَنْوَارِ فَاطِمَةَ،
Ilāhī bi-anwāri Fātimah,
O my God, by the lights of Fatimah,

إِلَٰهِى بِأَسْرَارِ فَاطِمَةَ،
Ilāhī bi-asrāri Fātimah,
O my God, by the secrets of Fatimah,

بِرُتْبَةِ فَاطِمَةَ،
Birutbati Fātimah,
By the rank of Fatimah,

بِمَقَامِ فَاطِمَةَ،
Bimaqāmi Fātimah,
By the station of Fatimah,

بِمَنْزِلَةِ فَاطِمَةَ،
Bimanzilati Fātimah,

اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحِبِّينَ اللَّهُمَّ عَنْهُمُ الْمُتَوَالِينَ بِنَعْمَائِهِ وَالْمُعْتَبَرِينَ.
Ighfir limuḥibbīna lillāhi ‘anhum almuta wālīn bin ‘amāihi wa almu‘tabarīn.
Forgive those who love them and are loyal to them by Your grace and those who are considered.

اشْفِ مَرْضَى ٱلْمُعْتَمِينَ بِنَعْمَائِهِ وَالْمُتَوَالِينَ.
Shāfī marḍā almu‘tamīn bin ‘amāihi wa almuta wālīn.
Heal the sick among those who rely on them and their loyal ones.

اقْضِ حَوَائِجَ الْمُتَمَسِّكِينَ بِنَعْمَائِهِ وَالْمُتَوَالِينَ.
Uqḍi ḥawāj almumtasiqīn bin ‘amāihi wa almuta wālīn.
Fulfill the needs of those who cling to them and their loyal ones.

. يَسِّرْ أُمُورَ الْمُقْسِمِينَ عَلَيْكَ بِفَاطِمَةَ.
Yassir umūr almuqsimīn ‘alayka biFātima.
Facilitate the affairs of those who take oath upon you with Fatima.

اشْفِ الْمَرْضَى الْمُتَوَسِّلِينَ بِفَاطِمَةَ.
Shāfī almarḍā almutawāsilīn biFātima.
Heal the sick who are continuously connected to Fatima.

وَاقْضِ حَاجَاتِي وَحَاجَاتِ قَارِئِهَا وَنَاشِرِهَا.
Waqḍi ḥājāti wa ḥājāti qārī’ihā wa nāshirihā.
Fulfill my needs and the needs of its reader and publisher.

يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ بِحَقِّ فَاطِمَةَ لِقَضَاءِ الْحَوَائِجِ وَسَلَامَتِنَا.
Yā Rabb al‘ālamīn biḥaqq Fātima liqadā’ alḥawāj wa salāmatinā.
O Lord of all worlds, by the right of Fatima for fulfilling our needs and our safety.

Prayer 1 for seeking Allah's help in the name of lady Fatima (sa)
If you have an urgent request to be granted by Almighty Allah due to which your heart is distressed, you may offer a two-unit prayer. Upon accomplishment, you may repeat the Takbir statement (i.e. Allahu-akbar) three times and then say the Tasbih al-Zahra’.
Then prostrate and repeat the following 100-one hundred times:
يا مَوْلاتى فاطِمَةُ اَغيثينى
Ya mawlati Fatimah Agithni
You may then put your right cheek on the ground and repeat the same 100-one hundred times,
Put your left cheek on the ground and repeat the same 100- one hundred times,
Return to the normal position of prostration and repeat the same 110 -one hundred and ten times
You may then submit your requests, and Almighty Allah, if He wills, will grant it.

Prayer 2
for seeking god’s aid in the name of lady Fatimah(sa)
Shaykh Hasan ibn Fadl al-Yabrisi has said in Makarim al-Akhlaq:
Same as Prayer 1 above except the recitation in sajda is only
يا فاطمة
and the following prayer added at end:
يَا آمِنًا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ مِنْكَ خَائِفٌ حَذِرٌ
Yā āminan min kulli shay'in wa kullu shay'in minka khā'ifun ḥadhirun
O He who is safe from everything, while everything is fearful and cautious of You.

أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَمْنِكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَخَوْفِ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مِنْكَ
As'aluka bi'amnika min kulli shay'in wa khawfi kulli shay'in minka
I ask You by Your safety from everything, and by the fear everything has of You,

أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَنْ تُعْطِيَنِي أَمَانًا لِنَفْسِي وَأَهْلِي وَمَالِي وَوَلَدِي
An tuṣalliya 'alá Muḥammadin wa an tu'ṭiyanī amānan li nafsī wa ahlī wa mālī wa waladī
To bless Muhammad and to grant me safety for myself, my family, my wealth, and my children,

حَتَّى لَا أَخَافَ أَحَدًا وَلَا أَحْذَرَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ أَبَدًا
Ḥattā lā akhāfa aḥadan wa lā aḥdhara min shay'in abadan
So that I do not fear anyone, nor am I cautious of anything ever.

إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Innaka 'alá kulli shay'in qadīrun
Indeed, You have power over all things.

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ علَىٰ مُحَمَّد وَآلِهِ
Allahumma Salle ala Mohammed wa Aalehi
O Allah, send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad
بِ حَقِّ فَاطِمَةَ وَ اَبِيْهَا وَ بَعْلِهَا وَ بَنِيْهَا وَ سِرِِّ الْمُسْتَوْدِعِ فِيْهَا
Be haqqe Fatima wa abeeha wa baleha wa baneeha wa sirril mustaudaeh fiha
Fatima and her father, her husband and her sons, and by the secret installed in her (sa)

اَنْ تُصَلِّ علَىٰ مُحَمَّد وَآلِ مُحَمَّد
An tusslle `ala Muhammadin wa ali Muhammad
O Allah, send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

وَ اَنْ تَفْعَل بِىْ اَنْتَ اَهْلُهُ وَلاَ تَفْعَلْ بِىْ مَا اَنَا اَهْلُهُ
Wa an tafal be anta ahlo
Wa la tafalbe ma Ana ahlo
Please act as per your stature and do not act based on what I deserve


Lady Fatimah al-Zahra'’s (sa) Prayer

It is narrated that Lady Fatimah al-Zahra', peace be upon her, used to offer a two-unit prayer taught by Archangel Gabriel.
In the first unit, she used to recite Surah al-Fatihah and repeat Surah al-Qadr one hundred times. In the second unit, she used to recite Surah al-Fatihah and Surah al-Tawhid. After Taslim she would say the following litany:
سُبْحَانَ ذِي ٱلْعِزِّ ٱلشَّامِخِ ٱلْمُنِيفِ
subhana dhi al`izzi alshshamikhi almunifi
Glory be to the Lord of Honor and Sublime Authority.

سُبْحَانَ ذِي ٱلْجَلاَلِ ٱلْبَاذِخِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
subhana dhi aljalali albadhikhi al`azimi
Glory be to the Lord of Majesty and Exalted Greatness.

سُبْحَانَ ذِي ٱلْمُلْكِ ٱلْفَاخِرِ ٱلْقَدِيـمِ
subhana dhi almulki alfakhiri alqadimi
Glory be to the Lord of eternal, splendid sovereignty.

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ لَبِسَ ٱلْبَهْجَةَ وَٱلْجَمَالَ
subhana man labisa albahjata waljamala
Glory be to Him Who dressed Himself with splendor and beauty.

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ تَرَدَّىٰ بِٱلنُّورِ وَٱلْوَقَارِ
subhana man taradda bilnnuri walwaqari
Glory be to Him Who is clad in light and dignity.

سُبحَانَ مَنْ يَرَىٰ أَثَرَ ٱلَّنمْلِ فِي ٱلصَّفَا
subhana man yara athara alnnamli fi alssafa
Glory be to Him Who makes out the footprints of the ant on the stone.

سُبحَانَ مَنْ يَرَىٰ وَقْعَ ٱلطَّيْرِ فِِي ٱلْهَوَاءِ
subhana man yara waq`a alttayri fi alhawa'i
Glory be to Him Who knows (the exact time and place of) the bird dipping down through the air.

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ هُوَ هٰكَذَا لاَ هٰكَذَا غَيْرُهُ
subhana man huwa hakadha la hakadha ghayruhu
Glory be to Him Who is like this and no one (other than Him) is like this.


Sayyid Ibn Tawus adds that it is better to say the famous Tasbih al-Zahra' after offering this prayer and then invoke Almighty Allah’s blessings upon the Holy Prophet and his Household.

In Misbah al-Mutahajjid, Shaykh al-Tusi has recorded a version that Lady Fatimah al-Zahra'’s prayer consists of two units in the first of which Surah al-Fatihah is recited once and Surah al-Qadr is repeated one hundred times;
and in the second unit, Surah al-Fatihah is recited once and Surah al-Tawhid is repeated one hundred times. After the Taslim, Tasbih al-Zahra' is said and then one’s knees and arms are uncovered so as to embrace the ground with all organs of prostration without putting any barrier between the ground and the organs of prostration. Such being the case, one should supplicate to Almighty Allah and pray for granting one’s requests. Being prostrating oneself, one should say the following prayer:
يَا مَنْ لَيْسَ غَيْرَهُ رُبٌّ يُدْعَىٰ
ya man laysa ghayrahu rabbun yud`a
O He besides Whom there is no lord to be supplicated!

يَا مَنْ لَيْسَ فَوْقَهُ إِلٰهٌ يُخْشَىٰ
ya man laysa fawqahu ilahun yukhsha
O He above Whom there is no god to be feared!

يَا مَنْ لَيْسَ دُونَهُ مَلِكٌ يُتَّقَىٰ
ya man laysa dunahu malikun yuttaqa
O He except Whom there is no master to be revered!

يَا مَنْ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَزِيْرٌ يُؤْتَىٰ
ya man laysa lahu wazirun yu'ta
O He Who has no counselor to be approached!

يَا مَنْ لَيْسَ لَهُ حَاجِبٌ يُرْشَىٰ
ya man laysa lahu hajibun yursha
O He Who has no attendant to be bribed!

يَا مَنْ لَيْسَ لَهُ بَوَّابٌ يُغْشَىٰ
ya man laysa lahu bawwabun yughsha
O He Who has no doorkeeper to be visited (secretly)!

يَا مَنْ لاَ يَزْدَادُ عَلَىٰ كَثْرَةِ ٱلسُّؤَالِ إِلاَّ كَرَماً وَجُوداً
ya man la yazdadu `ala kathrati alssu'ali illa karaman wa judan
O He Who gives not but generously and liberally no matter how many the demands are

وَعَلَىٰ كَثْرَةِ ٱلذُّنُوبِ إِلاَّ عَفْواً وَصَفْحاً
wa `ala kathrati aldhdhunubi illa `afwan wa safhan
and deals not with numerous sins but mercifully and kindly!

صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ…
salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin…
Send blessings upon Muhammad and his Household…

And then one may mention one’s personal requests.
Lady Fatimah al-Zahra'’s (sa)Another Salat on Friday
Shaykh al-Tusi and Sayyid Ibn Tawus have reported on the authority of Safwan that Muhammad ibn `Ali al-Halabi, once, visited Imam Ja`far al-Sadiq (`a) one Friday and asked him to teach him the best deed to be practiced on Fridays. The Imam (`a) said: Listen, Muhammad! I do not know any one who was more beloved and more respected than Lady Fatimah al-Zahra', peace be upon her, in the view of the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him and his Household. Likewise, I do not know anything that was more valuable than that which he had taught her to do on Fridays.
In Friday morning, one should bathe oneself, stand upright, and offer a four-unit prayer each two alone.
In the first unit, recite Surah al-Fatihah once and repeat Surah al-Tawhid fifty times.
In the second, recite Surah al-Fatihah once and repeat Surah al-`ªdiyat (No. 100) fifty times.
In the third, recite Surah al-Fatihah once and repeat Surah al-Zalzalah (No. 99) fifty times.
In the fourth, recite Surah al-Fatihah once and repeat Surah al-Nasr (No. 110) fifty times. This Surah was the concluding revelation.
Upon accomplishment of the prayer, pray Almighty Allah with the following prayer:

يَا إِلٰهِي وَسَيِّدِي
ya ilahi wa sayyidi
O My God and Master,

مَنْ تَهَيَّأَ أَوْ تَعَّبَأَ
man tahayya'a aw ta`abba'a
whilst one prepares oneself, sets up,

أَوْ أَعَدَّ أَوِ ٱسْتَعَدَّ
aw a`adda aw ista`adda
arranges, or gets ready

لِوِفَادَةِ مَخْلُوقٍ
li-wifadati makhluqin
for visiting a mortal

رَجَاءَ رِفْدِهِ وَفَوَائِدِهِ
raja'a rifdihi wa fawa'idihi
in the hope of attaining a gift, interests,

وَنَائِلِهِ وَفَوَاضِلِهِ وَجَوَائِزِهِ
wa na'ilihi wa fawadilihi wa jawa'izihi
a souvenir, bequests, or presents from him,

فَإلَيْكَ يَا إِلٰهِي كَانَتْ َتَهْيِئَتِي وَتَعْبِئَتِي
fa-ilayka ya ilahi kanat tahyi'ati wa ta`bi'ati
to You, O my God, have I prepared myself, set up,

وَإِعْدَادِي وَٱسْتِعْدَادِي
wa i`dadi wasti`dadi
arranged and got ready

رَجَاءَ فَوَائِدِكَ وَمَعْرُوفِكَ
raja'a fawa'idika wa ma`rufika
in the hope of attaining Your interests, favors,

وَنَائِلِكَ وَجَوَائِزِكَ
wa na'ilika wa jawa'izika
souvenirs, and presents.

فَلاَ تُخَيِّبْنِي مِنْ ذٰلِكَ
fala tukhayyibni min dhalika
Hence, (please) do not disappoint me of all these.

يَا مَنْ لاَ تَخِيبُ عَلَيْهِ مَسْأَلَةُ ٱلسَّائِلِ
ya man la takhibu `alayhi mas'alatu alssa'ili
O You with Whom no asker is disappointed

وَلاَ تَنْقُصُهُ عَطِيَّةُ نَائِلٍ
wa la tanqusuhu `atiyyatu na'ilin
and no present of an earner causes You reduction.

فَإنِّي لَمْ آتِكَ بعَمَلٍ صَالِحٍ قَدَّمْتُهُ
fa'inni lam atika bi`amalin salihin qaddamtuhu
In fact, I have not come to You with a righteous deed that I have done

وَلاَ شَفَاعَةِ مَخْلُوقٍ رَجَوْتُهُ
wa la shafa`ati makhluqin rajawtuhu
nor with an intercession of a creature that I hope

أَتَقَرَّبُ إِلَيْكَ بِشَفَاعَتِهِ
ataqarrabu ilayka bishafa`atihi
to seek Your nearness through him

إِلاَّ مُحَمَّداً وَأَهْلَ بَيْتِهِ
illa muhammadan wa ahla baytihi
save Muhammad and his Household,

صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَيْهِمْ
salawatuka `alayhi wa `alayhim
Your blessings be upon him and them.

أَتَيْتُكَ أَرْجُو عَظِيمَ عَفْوِكَ
ataytuka arju `azima `afwika
I am coming to You hoping for Your munificent amnesty

ٱلَّذِي عُدْتَ بِهِ عَلَىٰ ٱلْخَطَّائِينَ
alladhi `udta bihi `ala alkhatta'ina
that You have conferred upon the sinners

عِنْدَ عُكُوفِهِمْ عَلَىٰ ٱلَْمحَارِمِ
`inda `ukufihim `ala almharimi
who confined themselves to the commitment to forbidden acts;

فَلَمْ يَمْنَعْكَ طُولُ عُكُوفِهِمْ عَلَىٰ ٱلْمَحَارِمِ
falam yamna`ka tulu `ukufihim `ala almharimi
nevertheless, their long-lasting commitment to forbidden acts has not made You

أَنْ جُدْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِٱلْمَغْفِرَةِ
an judta `alayhim bilmaghfirati
stop conferring upon them with Your forgiveness.

وَأَنْتَ سَيِّدِي ٱلْعَوَّادُ بِٱلنَّعْمَاءِ
wa anta sayyidi al`awwadu bilnna`ma'i
You, O my Master, always confer upon me with Your graces

وَأَنَا ٱلْعَوَّادُ بِٱلْخَطَاءِ
wa ana al`awwadu bilkhata'i
while I always recommit sins.

أَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ ٱلطَّاهِرِينَ
as'aluka bihaqqi muhammadin wa alihi alttahirina
I thus ask You by the Right of Muhammad and his Household, the Immaculate,

أَنْ تَغْفِرَ لِي ذَنْبِيَ ٱلْعَظيمَ
an taghfira li dhanbiya al`azima
to forgive my grand sins,

فَإنَّهُ لاَ يَغْفِرُ ٱلْعَظِيمَ إِلاَّ ٱلْعَظِيمُ
fa'innahu la yaghfiru al`azima illa al`azimu
for none forgives the grand sins but the All-great.

يَا عَظِيمُ يَا عَظِيمُ يَا عَظِيمُ
ya `azimu ya `azimu ya `azimu
O All-great, O All-great, O All-great,

يَا عَظِيمُ يَا عَظِيمُ يَا عَظِيمُ
ya `azimu ya `azimu ya `azimu
O All-great, O All-great, O All-great,

يَا عَظِيمُ
ya`azimu
O All-great!
