Dh'ur and Asr Taqeebat
Recited after the obligatory salat
1.Dua quoted from Misbah al-Mutahajjid:
This supplication has been reported from Imam Hasan Askari (as), who reported from his father, who reported from his forefathers, who reported from Imam Aba-Abdullah (as), who reported from Imam Ali (as), who reported from the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon them all)


لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ ٱلْحَلِيمُ
la ilaha illa allahu al`azimu alhalimu
There is no god save Allah, the All-great and Most Forbearing.

لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْكَرِيـمِ
la ilaha illa allahu rabbu al`arshi alkarimu
There is no god save Allah, the Lord of the Throne of Honor.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَالَمينَ
alhamdu lillahi rabbi al`alamina
All praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مُوجِبَاتِ رَحْمَتِكَ
allahumma inni as'aluka mujibati rahmatika
O Allah, I ask You for the motives of Your mercy,

وَعَزَائِمَ مَغْفِرَتِكَ
wa `aza'ima maghfiratika
the determining causes of Your forgiveness,

وَٱلْغَنيمَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ بِرٍّ
walghanimata min kulli birrin
the advantage of each act of kindness,

وَٱلسَّلاَمَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ إِثْمٍ
walssalamata min kulli ithmin
and the safeguarding against each and every sin.

اَللَّهُمَّ لاَ تَدَعْ لِي ذَنْباً إِلاَّ غَفَرْتَهُ
allahumma la tada` li dhanban illa ghafartahu
O Allah, (please) do not leave any of my offenses unforgiven,

وَلاَ هَمّاً إِلاَّ فَرَّجْتَهُ
wa la hamman illa farrajtahu
any of my misfortunes unrelieved,

وَلاَ سُقْماً إِلاَّ شَفَيْتَهُ
wa la suqman illa shafaytahu
any of my ailments unhealed,

وَلاَ عَيْباً إِلاَّ سَتَرْتَهُ
wa la `ayban illa satartahu
any of my defects uncovered,

وَلاَ رِزْقاً إِلاَّ بَسَطْتَهُ
wa la rizqan illa basattahu
any (item of my) sustenance not including (me),

وَلاَ خَوْفاً إِلاَّ آمَنْتَهُ
wa la khawfan illa amantahu
any fear (that I experience) unsecured,

وَلاَ سُوءاً إِلاَّ صَرَفْتَهُ
wa la su'an illa saraftahu
any evil (that comes upon me) uncontrollable,

وَلاَ حَاجَةً هِيَ لَكَ رِضاً وَلِيَ فيهَا صَلاَحٌ إِلاَّ قَضَيْتَهَا
wa la hajatan hiya laka ridan wa liya fiha salahun illa qadaytaha
and any need that achieves Your satisfaction and my benefit unanswered.

يَا أَرْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمينَ
ya arhama alrrahimina
O most Merciful of all those who show mercy.

آمينَ رَبَّ ٱلْعَالَمينَ
amina rabba al`alamina
(please) Respond, O Lord of the worlds.

2.Repeat the following litany reported from Imam Ja'far Sadiq (peace be upon him)ten times:
بِٱللَّهِ ٱعْتَصَمْتُ
billahi i`tasamtu
With Allah I seek protection,

وَبِٱللَّهِ أَثِقُ
wa billahi athiqu
in Allah I trust,

وَعَلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ أَتَوَكَّلُ
wa `ala allahi atawakkalu
and upon Allah I rely.

3. Recite the following dua:

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنْ عَظُمَتْ ذُنُوبِي فَأَنْتَ أَعْظَمُ
allahumma in `azumat dhunubi fa-anta a`zamu
O Allah! if my sins are enormous, surely You are more Tremendous.

وَإِنْ كَبُرَ تَفْرِيطِي فَأَنْتَ أَكْبَرُ
wa in kabura tafriti fa-anta akbaru
If my transgression has exceeded all limits, surely You are Greater.

وَإِنْ دَامَ بُخْلي فَأَنْتَ أَجْوَدُ
wa in dama bukhli fa-anta ajwadu
If my stinginess has perpetuated, surely You are more Generous.

اَللَّهُمَّ ٱغْفِرْ لِي عَظيمَ ذُنُوبِي بِعَظِيمِ عَفْوِكَ
allahumma ighfir li `azima dhunubi bi`azimi `afwika
O Allah, (please) forgive my enormous sins out of Your tremendous pardon,

وَكَثيرَ تَفْرِيطِي بِظَاهِرِ كَرَمِكَ
wa kathira tafriti bizahiri karamika
forgive my limitless transgression out of Your obvious generosity,

وَٱقْمَعْ بُخْلِي بِفَضْلِ جُودِكَ
waqma` bukhli bifadli judika
and impede my stinginess by the virtue of Your magnanimity.

اَللَّهُمَّ مَا بِنَا مِنْ نِعْمَة فَمِنْكَ
allahumma ma bina min ni`matin faminka
O Allah, You are certainly the source of each and every favor that covers us.

لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ
la ilaha illa anta
There is no god save You.

أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَ أَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ
astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayka
I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You.





4. Imam Ridha (peace be upon him) is reported to have said, 'When you finish the Dhuhr Prayer, raise your hands and say:'

اَللّهُمَّ اِنّي اَتَقَرَّبُ اِلَيْكَ بِجُودِكَ وَكَرَمِكَ،
Allahuma Inni Ataqqarabu Elaika B-Jodik Wa-Karamik,
O Allah, I seek closeness towards you through your goodness and generosity,

وَاَتَقرَّبُ اِلَيْكَ بِمُحَمَّد عَبْدِكَ وَرَسُولِكَ،
Wa Ataqarabu Elaika B Mohammed Abdik Wa-Rasoolik,
and I closeness towards you through Muhammad; your servant and messenger,

وَاَتَقَرَّبُ اِلَيْكَ بِمَلائِكَتِكَ الْمُقَرَّبينَ وَاَنْبِيَائِكَ وَرُسُلِكَ،
Wa Ataqarabu Elaika B Malaikatik Al Moqarabeen Wa Anbiyaik Wa Rosolik,
and I seek closeness towards you through your closest most dearest angles, prophets and apostles;

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلى مُحَمَّد عَبْدِكَ وَرَسُولِكَ وَعَلى آلِ مُحَمَّد،
An Tosali Ala Mohammed Abdik Wa Rasoolik Wa Ala Aali Mohammed,
That to send your blessings onto Muhammed your servant and messenger and onto Muhammad’s progeny,

وَاْنَ تُقيلَني عَثْرَتي وَتَسْتُرَ عَلَيَّ ذُنُوبي وَتَغْفِرَها لي،
Wa An Tqilni Asrati Wa-Tastor Ala Znoobi Wa Tagfirha Lee
That so you let go of what I have stumbled upon and that you cover my sins and you forgive them for me

وَتَقْضِيَ لي حَوائجي وَلا تُعَذِّبْني بِقَبيحٍ كانَ مِنّي،
Wa Taqdi Lee Hawaeiji Wa La Toazbni B Qabeehin Kaan Min-ni
and grant me my needs and do not torment me due to the filth of what was done by me,

فَاِنَّ عَفْوَكَ وَجُودَكَ يَسَعُني،
Fa Inna Afwaka Wa Joodak Yasaoni
For your mercy and generosity suffices me

اِنَّكَ على كُلِّ شَيء قَديرٌ.
Innaka Ala Kol Shai-in Qadeer
As you are capable to do all things

6.Imam Mahdi (ajtfs) related Invocation after Dhuhr Prayers
Among the most recommended times for invoking the early reappearance of our master, Imam-e-Asr (a.s.) is after Dhuhr prayers.
According to one tradition from Imam Sadiq (a.s.),“One who says the following after the morning and noon prayers will not die till he reaches to the Qaem (a.t.f.s.) of Ale Muhammad (s.a.w.a.).”,
اََللّهُمّ صَلّ عَلٰی مُحَمّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمّدٍ وَ عَجّلْ فَرَجَهُمْ.
7. The Invocation “ يَا سَامِعَ كُلّ صَوْتٍ ” after Dhuhr prayers:'
Following in the footsteps of Imam Sadeq (a.s.), we should pray for Imam al-Mahdi (a.t.f.s.), the saviour of humanity, who will reappear in the last era as promised by the Messenger of Islam (s.a.w.a.) to his nation through authentic traditions. Abbaad Ibn Muhammad al- Madaaeni says, “I went to meet Imam Sadeq (a.s.) in Madina. After finishing his zohr prayers, he (a.s.) raised his head towards the sky and said,
يَا سكَامِعَ کُلّ صكَوْتٍ،
يَا جامِعكَ کُلّ فَوْتكٍ،
يَا بَارِئَ کُلّ نَفْسكٍ بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ،
يَا بَاعِثُ، يَاً وارِثُ،
يَا سَيّد السّادَةِ، يَاً اِلٰهَ اْللِهَةِ،
يَا جَبّارَالْجَبَابِرَةِ،
يَا مالِككَ الدّنْي اَ وَ اْلخِرَةِ،
يَارَب اْلَرْبَابكِ،
يَا فَعّالًا لِمكا يُرِيْدُ،
يَا مُحْصكِىَ عَدَدِ اْلَنْفَاسكِ وَ نَقْلِ اْلَقْدَامكِ،
يَا مَنكِ السكّرّ عِنْدَهكُ

The Post-Afternoon ('Asr) Prayer Litanies.
1.Recite 8 Rak'ats Nafilah(2X4) recommended for Asr to be recited Before Asr Prayer-


2. Post Asr dua as is quoted from Misbah al-Mutahajjid:
أَسْتَغْفِرُ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِي لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ
astaghfiru allaha alladhi la ilaha illa huwa
I pray the forgiveness of Allah; there is no god save Him,

ٱلْحَيُّ ٱلْقَيُّومُ
alhayyu alqayyumu
the Ever-living, the Self-Subsisting,

ٱلرَّحْمٰنُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
alrrahmani alrrahimu
the All-compassionate, the All-merciful,

ذُو ٱلْجَلاَلِ وَٱلإِكْرَامِ
dhu aljalali wal-ikrami
and the Lord of Majesty and Honor.

وَ أَسْأَلُهُ أَنْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيَّ
wa as'aluhu an yatuba `alayya
And I ask Him to accept my repentance,

تَوْبَةَ عَبْدٍ ذَلِيلٍ خَاضِعٍ
tawbata `abdin dhalilin khadi`in
like His acceptance of the repentance of a slave who is submissive, acquiescent,

فَقِيرٍ بَائِسٍ
faqirin ba'isin
poor, miserable,

مِسْكِينٍ مُسْتَكِينٍ مُسْتَجِيرٍ
miskinin mustakinin mustajirin
despondent, dejected, seeking refuge (with Him),

لاَ يَمْلِكُ لِنَفْسِهِ نَفْعَاً وَلاَ ضَرّاً
la yamliku linafsihi naf`an wa la darran
not controlling for himself any harm or profit,

وَلاَ مَوْتاً وَلاَ حَيَاةً وَلاَ نُشُوراً
wa la mawtan wa la hayatan wa la nushuran
and not controlling death nor life nor raising (the dead) to life.

3. You may then say the following supplicatory prayer:
ا َللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ نَفْسٍ لاَ تَشْبَعُ
allahumma inni a`udhu bika min nafsin la tashba`u
O Allah, I surely seek Your protection against a self that never has enough,

وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لاَ يَخْشَعُ
wa min qalbin la yakhsha`u
a heart that does not feel apprehension,

وَمِنْ عِلْمٍ لاَ يَنْفَعُ
wa min `ilmin la yanfa`u
knowledge that does not avail,

وَمِنْ صَلاَةٍ لاَ تُرْفَعُ
wa min salatin la turfa`u
a prayer that is not accepted,

وَمِنْ دُعَاءٍ لاَ يُسْمَعُ
wa min du`a'in la yusma`u
and a supplication that is not responded.

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ ٱلْيُسْرَ بَعْدَ ٱلْعُسْرِ
allahumma inni as'aluka alyusra ba`da al`usri
O Allah, I surely beseech You for easiness after difficulty,

وَٱلْفَرَجَ بَعْدَ ٱلْكَرْبِ
walfaraja ba`da alkarbi
relief after misfortune,

وَٱلرَّخَاءَ بَعْدَ ٱلشِّدَّةِ
walrrakha'a ba`da alshshiddati
and comfort after hardship.

اَللَّهُمَّ مَا بِنَا مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ فَمِنْكَ
allahumma ma bina min ni`matin faminka
O Allah, You are certainly the source of each and every favor that covers us.

لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ
la ilaha illa anta
There is no god save You.

أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَ أَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ
astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayka
I pray Your forgiveness and repent before You.



4. Imam Ja`far al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) is reported as saying: Anyone who implores Almighty Allah’s forgiveness (i.e. astaghfirullaha) seventy times after the `Asr Prayer will have seven hundred of his sins forgiven.

5.Imam Muhammad al-Taqi (al-Jawad) (peace be upon him) is also reported as saying: Anyone who recites Surah al-Qadr (No. 97) ten times after the `Asr Prayer will be granted the reward of the deeds of all creatures on that day.

6.Recite Syeda Fatima Zehra (sa) Dua after Asr Salat
7.It is also recommended to say Dua 'Asharaat every morning and evening. Yet, the best time for this supplication is the time after the `Asr Prayers on Fridays.

9. Invocation of Imam Kazim (a.s.) after Asr prayers for the Reappearance of Imam-e-Zamaan (a.t.f.s.)
It was stated in "Falaahi Ssa'il" among the important supplication to be observed after (Asr) afternoon prayer by imitating our master Musa ibn Ja'afar Al-Kazim (peace be upon him) in his dedicated supplication to our master Al-Mahdi (peace and blessing of Allah be on his grand father Muhammad and same to him) as it was narrated by Yahya bn Al-Fadl Naufali, he said: I entered to Abu Al-Hasan, Musa bn Ja'afar after (Asr) afternoon prayer in Baghdad, thus I met him raising his hand to the Heaven and I heard him reciting the following:

اَنْتَ اللهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ،
اَلْاَوَّلُ وَالْاٰخِرُ وَالظَّاهِرُالْبَاطِنُ،
وَاَنْتَ اللهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ،
اِلَيْكَ زِيَادَةُ الْاَشْيَاۤءِ وَنُقْصَانُهَا،
وَاَنْتَ اللهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ،
خَلَقْتَ الْخَلْقَ بِغَيْرِ مَعُوْنَةٍ مِنْ غَيْرِكَ،
وَلَاحَاجَةٍ اِلَيْهِمْ،
اَنْتَ اللهُ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ،
مِنْكَ الْمَشِيَّةُ وَاِلَيْكَ الْبَدْءُ۔
اَنْتَ اللهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ،
قَبْلَ الْقَبْلِ وَخَالِقُ الْقَبْلِ،
اَنْتَ اللهُ لَاۤاِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ،
بَعْدَ الْبَعْدِ وَخَالِقُ الْبَعْدِ،
اَنْتَ اللهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ،
تَمْحُوْ مَا تَشَاۤءُ وَتُثْبِتُ وَعِنْدَكَ اُمُّ الْكِتَابِ،
اَنْتَ اللهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّاۤ اَنْتَ،
غَايَةُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَوَارِثُهُ،
اَنْتَ اللهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ،
لَايَعْزُبُ عَنْكَ الدَّقِيْقُ وَلَا الْجَلِيْلُ،
اَنْتَ اللهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ،
لَايَخْفٰى عَلَيْكَ اللُّغَاتُ،
وَلَاتَتَشَابَهُ عَلَيْكَ الْاَصْوَاتُ۔
كُلَّ يَوْمٍ اَنْتَ فِيْ شَاْنٍ،
لَايَشْغَلُكَ شَاْنٌ عَنْ شَاْنٍ،
عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَاَخْفٰى،
دَيَّانُ الدِّيْنِ،
مُدَبِّرُ الْاُمُوْرِ،
بَاعِثُ مَنْ فِي الْقُبُوْرِ،
مُحْيِ الْعِظَامِ وَهِيَ رَمِيْمٌ،
اَسْاَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الْمَكْنُوْنِ الْمَخْزُوْنِ،
اَلْحَيِّ الْقَيُّوْمِ،
اَلَّذِيْ لَايَخِيْبُ مَنْ سَاَلَكَ بِهِ،
اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِهِ،
وَاَنْ تُعَجِّلَ فَرَجَ الْمُنْتَقِمِ لَكَ مِنْ اَعْدَاۤئِكَ،
وَاَنْجِزْلَهُ مَا وَعَدْتَهُ،
يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْاِكْرَامِ۔
I said to him, whom did you prayed for? He said: to Al-Mahdi of the Prophet's household (peace be on them).
He continued saying: may my father be sacrifice for him, his eyebrow are very close, his legs are very energetic, his shoulder is wide, brown in colour and close to be yellowish, may my father be sacrifice for him, his night shall guard the stars by his bowing down and prostration to Allah, may my father be sacrifice for him, he who the blames of those that blame shall not affect before Allah, he is the luminous lamp, may my father be sacrifice for him, he shall rise with the command of Allah.
I said to him, when will he come out? He said: when you saw armies from the city of Anbar in Iraq at the beach of Furat, sirah and Dajlah, and the arch of Kufah is destroy, and burning of some houses in Kufah, when you see all this, verily Allah will act according to His wish, no one can subdue the commandment of Allah and no one can review His Judgement.[1]

10.Another Asr Dua
اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمٰوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَ رَبَّ الْاَرَضِيْنَ السَّبْعِ وَ مَا فِيْهِنَّ وَ مَا بَيْنَهُنَّ وَ مَا تَحْتَهُنَّ وَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ وَ رَبَّ جِبْرَآئِيْلَ وَ مِيْكَائِيْلَ وَ اِسْرَافِيْلَ وَ رَبَّ السَّبْعِ الْمَثَانِيْ وَ الْقُرْآنِ الْعَظِيْمِ وَ رَبَّ مُـحَمَّدٍ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهٖ خَاتَمَ النَّبِيِّيْنَ وَ اَسْاَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الْاَعْظَمِ الَّذِيْ بِهِ تَقُوْمُ السَّمٰوَاتُ وَ الْاَرْضُ وَ بِهٖ تُـحْيِي الْمَوْتٰى وَ تَرْزُقُ الْاَحْيَا وَ تُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ الْمُجْتَمَعِ بَيْنَ الْمُتَفَرِّقِ وَ بِهٖ اَحْصَيْتَ عَدَدَ الْآجَالِ وَ وَزْنَ الْـجِبَالِ وَ كِيْلَ الْبِحَارِ اَسْاَلُكَ يَا مَنْ هُوَ كَذٰلِكَ اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُـحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اَنْ تَفْعَلَ بِيْ كَذَا وَ كَذَا.
"Oh Allah! The Lord of seven heavens, and the Lord of seven earths, and whatever is in them, and whatever is between them, and whatever is beneath them, and the Lord of tremendous throne. And the Lord of Gabriel, Michael and Israfeel, and the Lord of Sab-e-Masani (surah Al-Fateha), and the Lord of tremendous Quran; and the Lord of Muhammad, the last of the Prophets of Allah, bless him and his progeny. Unbounded blessings be on Muhammad and progeny of Muhammad. I ask Thee by Thy mightiest name, by Whom heavens and earth are sustained, and by Whom the dead are given life and the living are provided with sustenance, and the gathered, and the scattered are gathered, and by Whom are encompassed the number of the spans of life, and the weight of mountains, and the measure of oceans. Oh one! Who are like this, I ask Thee to Shower unbounded blessing on Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad and do for me such and such (in the place of ‘such and such’ ask for you need)."

11.Additonal dua
اللهم إني أسألك الطيبات وترك المنكرات وفكاك خيرتي أن تغفر لنا وترحمنا وتتوب علينا وتوفنا غير مفتونين برحمتك يا أرحم الراحم
allaahumma innee as-alukat’t’ayyibaati wa tarkal munkaraati wa fi’-kak khayraati an taghfira lanaa wa tarh’amanaa wa tatooba a’laynaa wa tawaffanaa ghayra maftoonin birah’matika yaa arh’amar raah’imeen
O Allah, I ask you to make me do pious deeds, and that which is lawful, prevent me from ding that which is forbidden, let me do that which is good; protect us have pity on us, admit us to your mercy, and cause us to die without ever having been seduced to evil, by your mercy, O the most merciful


12.Dua after Asr english only
“Glory be to Allah, all praise is due to Him! There is no god but Allah. Allah is the greatest; and there is no might and no strength but from Allah, the most superior, the All-tremendous. Glory be to Allah at morning and evening. Glorify His purity when you enter upon the time of evening and morning. And to Him belongs praise in the heavens and the earth, at night fall and mid-day. Glory be to Allah and allhonour for He is free from the stories ascribed (about Him). Peace be on His apostles. And all praise rightly belongs to Allah – Lord of the worlds. Glory be to possessor of the dominion and the Kingdom. Glory be to possessor of might and invincibility. Glory be to the Living, the one Who will never die. Glory be to the All-Self-existent, the Everlasting, Glory be to the Living the Self-subsistent. Glory be to the All-high, the Most High. Glory be to Him and exalted be He, All-glory and All-holy, our Lord and the Lord of Angels and spirit. Oh Allah, surely my sin seeks the refuge of Thy pardon; and my fear seeks the refuge of Thy peace; and my indigence seeks the refuge of Thy self-sufficiency; and my abasement seeks the refuge of Thy exaltation. Oh Allah! Bless Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad, and pardon me, and have mercy on me, for surely Thou art the Praised and the Glorious. Oh Allah! as Thy light has guided me, so all praise is due to Thee; and by the bounty of Thy clemency pardon me, so all praise is due to Thee Oh our Lord! Thou art the Most Generous of the generous and Thy Splendour is greater than all splendour, and Thy gift is greater in merit than all gifts. Thou thank those who obey thee and forgive when disobeyed, and grants the supplication of one in distress, and removes the harm, and rescues from affliction, and enriches the indigent, and cures the ailing, and nobody can recompense for any of Thy blessings. Oh Most Merciful of the Merciful!”.
Then recite:“Oh He Who ended prophecy on Muhammad (Allah bless him and his progeny), end for me this day with goodness, and my month with goodness, and my year with goodness and my life with goodness”.

13. Recite Surah al Qadr 10 times.

14. Imam Ali Naqi(as) supplication after the Asr Prayer
“O You, Who have raised high and been great, overcome and been mighty, been mighty and overcome, O You, Who has been mighty and so been great in His might, O You, Who have spread shadow over his creation, Who have endowed His people with favor, I ask You, O You Mighty of retribution, Who avenge with His might on people of atheism, I ask You by the right of Your guardian Ali bin Abu Talib and I make him the means between You and my needs, to have mercy on Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad and to help me satisfy my needs, perform my nafilas (Supererogatory prayers) and obligations and be pious to my brothers, and perfect in Your obedience, O You, the Most Merciful of the merciful.’

15. You may then do the thanksgiving prostration.(sajda Shukr) When you intend to leave the mosque, you may say the following:
اللَّهُمَّ دَعَوْتَنِي فَاجَبْتُ دَعْوَتَكَ
allahumma da`awtani fa'ajabtu da`wataka
O Allah, when You called at me, I responded to Your call,

وَصَلَّيْتُ مَكْتُوبَتَكَ
wa sallaytu maktubataka
performed the prayer prescribed by You,

وَٱنْتَشَرْتُ فِي ارْضِكَ كَمَا امَرْتَنِي
wantashartu fi ardika kama amartani
and dispersed through the land as You have ordered me to do.

فَاسْالُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ ٱلْعَمَلَ بِطَاعَتِكَ
fa'as'aluka min fadlika al`amala bita`atika
So, I beseech You to make me, out of Your favoring, work in obedience to You,

وَٱجْتِنَابَ مَعْصِيَتِكَ
wajtinaba ma`siyatika
avoid disobedience to You,

وَٱلْكَفَافَ مِنَ ٱلرِّزْقِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ
walkafafa min alrrizqi birahmatika
and gain sufficient sustenance, in the name of Your mercy.

16.FROM SAHIFA RADHVIA after Asr
Raja’ Ibn Abi Zahhaak narrates: ‘On his journey to Khorasan, Imam Reza (a.s.) while sitting on his prayer-mat, after Asr prayer, would recite Tasbeeh (Glorification of Allah), Tamjeed (Praise be to Allah), Takbeer (Allah is the greatest) and Tahleel (there is no god but Allah) as many times as he wished. Then he would offer prostration of gratitude while he would recite one hundred times
حَمْدًا لِلهِ.
hamdan lillaahe.
Praise is for Allah.[1] Behaar al-Anwaar, vol. 87, p. 85
Muhammad Ibn Fuzail Sairafee on the authority of Imam Reza (a.s.) who on the authority of his forefathers (a.s.) who on the authority of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) that he (s.a.w.a.) said to a person:
“After performing Asr prayer seek forgiveness from Allah seventy-seven times (77), Allah will settle down your sins committed during seventy-seven (77) years.”
The person exclaimed: ‘If I do not get an age of seventy-seven years?’
Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) replied:“Then the sins committed by your father would be forgiven.”
The person again asked: ‘If I and my father do not get an age of seventy-seven years?’
Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) answered:“Then the sins committed by you, your father or your mother would be forgiven.”
The person again retorted: ‘If I, my father and my mother do not get an age of seventy-seven years?’
Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) responded:“Then the sins committed by you, your father, your mother and your relatives would be forgiven.”[2]Jaame’ Ahaadis al-Shiah, vol. 6, p. 104; Wasaael al-Shiah, vol. 4, p. 1053<

As soon as it is midday say the following It is reported that Imam al-Baqir (`a) instructed Muhammad ibn Muslim to keep on saying this as it keeps his eyes from haram
سُبْحَانَ ٱللَّهِ
subhana allahi
All glory be to Allah,

وَلاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ ٱللَّهُ
wa la ilaha illa allahu
there is no god save Allah,

وَٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ صَاحِبَةً وَلاَ وَلَداً
walhamdu lillahi alladhi lam yattakhidh sahibatan wa la waladan
and all praise is due to Allah, Who has not taken a wife or a son

وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي ٱلْمُلْكِ
wa lam yakun lahu sharikun fi almulki
and Who has not a partner in the kingdom,

وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ وَلِيٌّ مِنَ ٱلذُّلِّ
wa lam yakun lahu waliyyun min aldhdhulli
and Who has not a helper to save Him from disgrace;

وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيراً
wa kabbirhu takbiran
and magnify Him with all magnificence.
- Recite 8 Units/ Rak'ats (2 X 4 ) Nafilah ( Supererogatory) Noon Prayer - Recommended before Zuhr  In the first two units, say the Takbir statement seven times & say,
اعُوذُ بِٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلشَّيْطَانِ ٱلرَّجِيمِ
a`udhu billahi min alshshaytani alrrajimi
I pray for Allah’s protection from Satan, the accursed.
Recite Surah al-Faatihah and S al-Tawhid in the first unit and S al-Fatihah and Surah al-Kafirun (No. 109) in the second. Upon accomplishment, you may repeat the Takbir statements three times, Tasbih al-Zahra', and then say the following prayer: 
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي ضَعِيفٌ
allahumma inni da`ifun
O Allah, I am weak;

فَقَوِّ فِي رِضَاكَ ضَعْفِي
faqawwi fi ridaka da`fi
so, (please) strengthen my weakness in the course of Your pleasure,

وَخُذْ إِلَىٰ ٱلْخَيْرِ بِنَاصِيَتِي
wa khudh ila alkhayri binasiyati
lead my forelock to goodness,

وَٱجْعَلِ ٱلإِيـمَانَ مُنْتَهَىٰ رِضَائِي
waj`ali al-imana muntaha rida'i
cause faith to be the utmost of my pleasure,

وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا قَسَمْتَ لِي
wa barik li fima qasamta li
bless for me that which You have decided for me,

وَبَلِّغْنِي بِرَحْمَتِكَ كُلَّ ٱلَّذِي ارْجُو مِنْكَ
wa ballighni birahmatika kulla alladhi arju minka
make me attain, by means of Your mercy, all that which I wish from You,

وَٱجْعَلْ لِي وُدّاً
waj`al li wuddan
and appoint love for me,

وَسُرُوراً لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
wa sururan lilmu'minina
delight for the believers,

وَعَهْداً عِنْدَكَ
wa `ahdan `indaka
and a covenant with You.
You may then stand up to offer next couple of units as exactly as the previous couple except that you may utter one statement of Takbir instead of seven.
You may then offer another couple of units as same as you have offered the previous. Upon accomplishing these four units of prayer, you may say the same supplications and also say Tasbih al-Zahra' as has been previously cited.
The last two units (of the eight-unit Supererogatory Noon Prayer) may be offered between the adhan and Iqamah.
Say the following  prayer after the iqamah:
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ هٰذِهِ ٱلدَّعْوَةِ ٱلتَّامَّةِ
allahumma rabba hadhihi aldda`wati alttammati
O Allah, Lord of this perfect supplication

وَٱلصَّلاَةِ ٱلْقَائِمَةِ
walssalati alqa'imati
and established prayer,

بَلِّغْ مُحَمَّداً صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ
balligh muhammadan salla allahu `alayhi wa alihi
(please) assign to Muhammad, may Allah bless him and his Household,

ٱلدَّرَجَةَ وَٱلْوَسِيلَةَ
alddarajata walwasilata
the rank, right of mediation,

وَٱلْفَضْلَ وَٱلْفَضِيلَةَ
walfadla walfadilata
excellence, and advantage.

بِٱللَّهِ اسْتَفْتِحُ
billahi astaftihu
With Allah do I commence,

وَبِٱللَّهِ اسْتَنْجِحُ
wa billahi astanjihu
from Allah do I seek success,

وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ اتَوَجَّهُ
wa bimuhammadin salla allahu `alayhi wa alihi atawajjahu
and in the name of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and his Household, do I turn my face (towards Allah).

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin
O Allah, (please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

وَٱجْعَلْنِي بِهِمْ عِنْدَكَ وَجِيهاً فِي ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلآخِرَةِ وَمِنَ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِينَ
waj`alni bihim `indaka wajihan fi alddunya wal-akhirati wa min almuqarrabina
and, in their names, make me worthy of regard in this world and in the Hereafter, and of those drawn near to You.
You may recite the Surahs with low voice except for the basmalah. It is preferred to recite S al-Fatihah and S al-Qadr at the first unit and Sura al-Fatihah and Surah al-Tawhid at the second. After the tashahhud statement in the second unit, you may add the following:
وَتَقَبَّلْ شَفَاعَتَهُ وَٱرْفَعْ دَرَجَتَهُ
wa taqabbal shafa`atahuwarfa` darajatahu
And (please) admit his intercession and raise his rank.
