          "translation": "How can I attain welfare, O Lord,"

          "arabic": "وَلاَ يُوجَدُ إِلاَّ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la yujadu illa min `indika",
          "translation": "while it is not found elsewhere save with You?"
        },

          "arabic": "وَمِنْ أَيْنَ لِيَ ٱلنَّجَاةُ",
          "transliteration": "wa min ayna liya alnnajatu",
          "translation": "How can I find redemption"
        },

          "arabic": "وَلاَ تُسْتَطَاعُ إِلاَّ بِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la tustata`u illa bika",
          "translation": "while it cannot be attained save through You?"
        },

          "arabic": "لاَ ٱلَّذِي أَحْسَنَ ٱسْتَغْنَىٰ عَنْ عَوْنِكَ وَرَحْمَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "la alladhi ahsana istaghna `an `awnika wa rahmatika",
          "translation": "Neither he who has done righteous deeds can dispense with Your aid and mercy"
        },

          "arabic": "وَلاَ ٱلَّذِي أَسَاءَ وَٱجْتَرَأَ عَلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la alladhi asa'a wa ijtara'a `alayka wa lam yurdika",
          "translation": "nor can he who did evildoings, dare to challenge you,"

          "arabic": "وَلَمْ يُرْضِكَ خَرَجَ عَنْ قُدْرَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "kharaja `an qudratika",
          "translation": "and did not arrive at Your pleasure find an exit out of Your power."

          "transliteration": "wa anta dalaltani `alayka",
          "translation": "You showed me the way to You"
        },

          "arabic": "وَدَعَوْتَنِي إِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa da`awtani ilakya",
          "translation": "and invited me to come towards You."
        },

          "arabic": "وَلَوْلا أَنْتَ لَمْ أَدْرِ مَا أَنْتَ",
          "transliteration": "wa lawla anta lam adri ma anta",
          "translation": "Had it been not for You, I would have never known who You are."
        },

          "arabic": "الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي أَدْعُوهُ فَيُجِيبُنِي",
          "transliteration": "alhamdu lillahi alladhi ad`uhu fayujibuni",
          "translation": "All praise be to Allah alone Who gives answer to me whenever I pray Him"

          "arabic": "وَإِنْ كُنْتُ بَطِيئاً حِينَ يَدْعُونِي",
          "transliteration": "wa in kuntu bati'an hina yad`uni",
          "translation": "although I am slow whenever He invites me."
        },

          "arabic": "وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي أَسْأَلُهُ فَيُعْطِينِي",
          "transliteration": "walhamdu lillahi alladhi as'aluhu fayu`tini",
          "translation": "All praise be to Allah alone Who gives me whenever I ask Him"
        },

          "arabic": "وَإِنْ كُنْتُ بَخِيلاً حِينَ يَسْتَقْرِضُنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa in kuntu bakhilan hina yastaqriduni",
          "translation": "although I become close-fisted when He asks me."
        },

          "arabic": "وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي أُنَادِيهِ كُلَّمَا شِئْتُ لِحَاجَتِي",
          "transliteration": "walhamdu lillahi alladhi unadihi kullama shi'tu lihajati",
          "translation": "All praise be to Allah alone Whom I call whenever I need something"
        },

          "arabic": "وَأَخْلُو بِهِ حَيْثُ شِئْتُ لِسِرِّي بِغَيْرِ شَفِيعٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa akhlu bihi haythu shi'tu lisirri bighayri shafi`in",
          "translation": "and Whom I secretly converse whenever I want without need for an intercessor;"
        },

          "arabic": "فَيَقْضِي لِي حَاجَتِي",
          "transliteration": "fayaqdi li hajati",
          "translation": "He thus grants my need."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي لاَ أَدْعُو غَيْرَهُ",
          "transliteration": "alhamdu lillahi alladhi la ad`u ghayrahu",
          "translation": "All praise be to Allah alone other than Whom I never pray,"
        },

          "arabic": "وَلَوْ دَعَوْتُ غَيْرَهُ لَمْ يَسْتَجِبْ لِي دُعَائِي",
          "transliteration": "wa law da`awtu ghayrahu lam yastajib li du`a'i",
          "translation": "and even if I pray anyone else, he shall never be able to respond to my prayer."

          "arabic": "وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي لاَ أَرْجُو غَيْرَهُ",
          "transliteration": "walhamdu lillahi alladhi la arju ghayrahu",
          "translation": "All praise be to Allah alone for other than Whom I do not hope,"
        },

          "arabic": "وَلَوْ رَجَوْتُ غَيْرَهُ َلأَخْلَفَ رَجَائِي",
          "transliteration": "wa law rajawtu ghayrahu la'akhlafa raja'i",
          "translation": "and even if I hope for anyone else, he shall certainly disappoint me."

          "arabic": "وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي وَكَلَنِي إِلَيْهِ فَأَكْرَمَنِي",
          "transliteration": "walhamdu lillahi alladhi wakalani ilayhi fa akramani",
          "translation": "All praise be to Allah alone Who has accepted me to depend upon Him and, thus, bestowed favors upon me."
        },

          "arabic": "وَلَمْ يَكِلْنِي إِلَىٰ ٱلنَّاسِ فَيُهِينُونِي",
          "transliteration": "wa lam yakilni ila alnnasi fayuhinuni",
          "translation": "He has not left me to people who will thus definitely humiliate me."
        },

          "arabic": "وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي تَحَبَّبَ إِلَيَّ",
          "transliteration": "walhamdu lillahi alladhi tahabbaba ilayya",
          "translation": "All praise be to Allah alone Who has sought my friendship"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَهُوَ غَنِيٌّ عَنِّي",
          "transliteration": "wa huwa ghaniyyun `anni",
          "translation": "while He can dispense with me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي يَحْلُمُ عَنِّي",
          "transliteration": "walhamdu lillahi alladhi yahlumu `anni",
          "translation": "All praise be to Allah alone Who showed Himself gentle and considerate towards me"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "حَتَّىٰ كَأَنِّي لاَ ذَنْبَ لِي",
          "transliteration": "hatta ka'anni la dhanba li",
          "translation": "as if I have not sinned."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَرَبِّي أَحْمَدُ شَيْءٍ عِنْدِي",
          "transliteration": "fa rabbi ahmadu shay'in `indi",
          "translation": "Accordingly, my Lord is the only One Whom I should thank"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَحَقُّ بِحَمْدِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ahaqqu bihamdi",
          "translation": "and He is the worthiest of being thanked by me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَجِدُ سُبُلَ ٱلْمَطَالِبِ إِلَيْكَ مُشْرَعَةً",
          "transliteration": "allahumma inni ajidu subula almatalibi ilayka mushra`atan",
          "translation": "O Allah, I find the courses to asking from You wide open,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَنَاهِلَ ٱلرَّجَاءِ لَدَيْكَ مُتْرَعَةً",
          "transliteration": "wa manahila alrraja'i ladayka mutra`atan",
          "translation": "the springs to hoping for You overflowing,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلاِسْتِعَانَةَ بِفَضْلِكَ لِمَنْ أَمَّلَكَ مُبَاحَةً",
          "transliteration": "walisti`anata bifadlika liman ammalaka mubahatan",
          "translation": "seeking the help of Your favors reachable for them who have hopefully looked forward to You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَبْوَابَ ٱلدُّعَاءِ إِلَيْكَ لِلصَّارِخِينَ مَفْتُوحَةً",
          "transliteration": "wa abwaba alddu`a'i ilayka lilssarikhina maftuhatan",
          "translation": "and the doors of praying You vulnerable for them who cry to You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ لِلرَّاجِين بِمَوْضِعِ إِجَابَةٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa a`lamu annaka lilrrajina bimawdi`i ijabatin",
          "translation": "I know for sure that You give favorable reply to the petitioners"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلِلْمَلْهُوفِينَ بِمَرْصَدِ إِغَاثَةٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa lilmalhufina bimarsadi ighathatin",
          "translation": "and relentlessly succor the aggrieved;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَّ فِي ٱللَّهْفِ إِلَىٰ جُودِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa anna fi allahfi ila judika",
          "translation": "and to long for Your beneficence"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلرِّضَا بِقَضَائِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa alrrida biqada'ika",
          "translation": "and to accept Your will and judgment"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "عِوَضاً مِنْ مَنْعِ ٱلْبَاخِلِينَ",
          "transliteration": "`iwadan min man`i albakhilina",
          "translation": "are well compensations for that which the close-fisted misers deny"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَنْدُوحَةً عَمَّا فِي أَيْدِي ٱلْمُسْتَأْثِرِينَ",
          "transliteration": "wa manduhatan `amma fi aydi almusta'thirina",
          "translation": "and alternative to that which is possessed by the stingy."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنِّ ٱلرَّاحِـلَ إِلَيْكَ قَرِيبُ ٱلْمَسَافَةِ",
          "transliteration": "wa anna alrrahila ilayka qaribu almasafati",
          "translation": "He who travels towards You will easily reach his destination."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَّكَ لاَ تَحْتَجِبُ عَنْ خَلْقِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa annaka la tahtajibu `an khalqika",
          "translation": "You do not conceal Yourself against Your creatures"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلاَّ أَنْ تَحْجُبَهُمُ ٱلأَعْمَالُ دُونَكَ",
          "transliteration": "illa an tahjibahum al-a`malu dunaka",
          "translation": "unless their evildoings stand between them and You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَدْ قَصَدْتُ إِلَيْكَ بِطَلِبَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa qad qasadtu ilayka bitalibati",
          "translation": "I am thus turning to You carrying my appeals"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَوَجَّهْتُ إِلَيْكَ بِحَاجَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa tawajjahtu ilayka bihajati",
          "translation": "and directing towards You carrying my needs."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَجَعَلْتُ بِكَ ٱسْتِغَاثَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ja`altu bika istighathati",
          "translation": "I have sought the help of You alone"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِدُعَائِكَ تَوَسُّلِي",
          "transliteration": "wa bidu`a'ika tawassuli",
          "translation": "and begging You through my prayer"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مِنْ غَيْرِ ٱسْتِحْقَاقٍ لاﹾِسْتِمَاعِكَ مِنِّي",
          "transliteration": "min ghayri istihqaqin listima`ika minni",
          "translation": "although I do not deserve to be observed by You"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ ٱسْتِيجَابٍ لِعَفْوِكَ عَنِّي",
          "transliteration": "wa la istijabin li`afwika `anni",
          "translation": "or to be pardoned by You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بَلْ لِثِقَتِي بِكَرَمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "bal lithiqati bikaramika",
          "translation": "Rather, I have full confidence in Your generosity,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسُكُونِي إِلَىٰ صِدْقِ وَعْدِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa sukuni ila sidqi wa`dika",
          "translation": "I have relied upon the truthfulness of Your promise,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَجَائِي إِلَىٰ ٱلإِيـمَانِ بِتَوْحِيدِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa laja'i ila al-imani bitawhidika",
          "translation": "I have sought shelter with my faith in Your Oneness"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيَقِينِي بِمَعْرِفَتِكَ مِنِّي",
          "transliteration": "wa yaqini bima`rifatika minni",
          "translation": "and my certitude in the fact -which you know-"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنْ لاَ رَبَّ لِي غَيْرُكَ",
          "transliteration": "an la rabba li ghayruka",
          "translation": "that I have no Lord other than You"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la ilaha illa anta",
          "translation": "and there is no god save You"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَحْدَكَ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَكَ",
          "transliteration": "wahdaka la sharika laka",
          "translation": "alone, without having any partner."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ ٱلْقَائِلُ وَقَوْلُكَ حَقٌّ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma anta alqa'ilu wa qawluka haqqun",
          "translation": "O Allah, It is You Who have said, and Your sayings are always true"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَوَعْدُكَ صِدْقٌ:",
          "transliteration": "wa wa`duka sidqun",
          "translation": "and Your promise is always valid:"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "”وَٱسْأَلُوٱ ٱللَّهَ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "was'alu alllaha min fadlihi",
          "translation": "“Ask Allah of His bounty."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ بکم رحیماً“",
          "transliteration": "inna allaha kana bikum rahiman",
          "translation": "Verily Allah is ever Merciful to you.”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَيْسَ مِنْ صِفَاتِكَ يَا سَيِّدِي",
          "transliteration": "wa laysa min sifatika ya sayyidi",
          "translation": "It is not Your habit, O my Chief,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنْ تَأْمُرَ بِٱلسُّؤَالِ وَتَمْنَعَ ٱلْعَطِيَّةَ",
          "transliteration": "an ta'mura bissu'ali wa tamna`a al`atiyyata",
          "translation": "that You instruct us to implore You and then You stop giving us,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنْتَ ٱلْمَنَّانُ بِٱلْعَطِيَّاتِ عَلَىٰ أَهْلِ مَمْلَكَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa anta almannanu bil`atiyyati `ala ahli mamlakatika",
          "translation": "while You are the All-benefactor Who confers upon the people of Your Kingdom with (innumerable) donations"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْعَائِدُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِتَحَنُّنِ رَأْفَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wal`a'idu `alayhim bitahannuni ra'fatika",
          "translation": "and You are the All-generous Who meets them with the kindness of Your compassion."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي رَبَّيْتَنِي فِي نِعَمِكَ وَإِحْسَانِكَ صَغِيراً",
          "transliteration": "ilahi rabbaytani fi ni`amika wa ihsanika saghiran",
          "translation": "O my God, You brought me up amid Your bounties and favors when I was little"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَنَوَّهْتَ بِٱسْمِي كَبِيراً",
          "transliteration": "wa nawwahta bismi kabiran",
          "translation": "and You have mentioned me when I have grown up."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَيَا مَنْ رَبَّانِي فِي ٱلدُّنْيَا بِإِحْسَانِهِ",
          "transliteration": "faya man rabbani fi alddunya bi'ihsanihi",
          "translation": "So, O He Who brought me up in this world with His bounties,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَفَضُّلِهِ وَنِعَمِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa tafaddulihi wa ni`amihi",
          "translation": "favors, and graces,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَشَارَ لِي فِي ٱلآخِرَةِ إِلَىٰ عَفْوِهِ وَكَرَمِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa ashara li fi al-akhirati ila `afwihi wa karamihi",
          "translation": "and, in the Hereafter, will have referred to me with His amnesty and generosity!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَعْرِفَتِي يَا مَوْلاَيَ دَلِيلِي عَلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "ma`rifati ya mawlaya dalili `alayka",
          "translation": "My acquaintance with You, O my Lord, is the path taking me to You"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَحُبِّي لَكَ شَفِيعِي إِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa hubbi laka shafi`i ilayka",
          "translation": "and my love for You is the intermediary between You and me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَا وَاثِقٌ مِنْ دَلِيلِي بِدَلاَلَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ana wathiqun min dalili bidalalatika",
          "translation": "I am sure of the path to which You have lead me"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسَاكِنٌ مِنْ شَفِيعِي إِلَىٰ شَفَاعَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa sakinun min shafi`i ila shafa`atika",
          "translation": "and I rely upon my intermediary’s success before You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَدْعُوكَ يَا سَيِّدِي بِلِسَانٍ قَدْ أَخْرَسَهُ ذَنْبُهُ",
          "transliteration": "ad`uka ya sayyidi bilisanin qad akhrasahu dhanbuhu",
          "translation": "I pray You, O my Chief, with a tongue muted by its sins."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "رَبِّ أُنَاجِيكَ بِقَلْبٍ قَدْ أَوْبَقَهُ جُرْمُهُ",
          "transliteration": "rabbi unajika biqalbin qad awbaqahu jurmuhu",
          "translation": "O Lord! I confidentially speak to You with a heart degraded by its offenses."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَدْعُوكَ يَا رَبِّ رَاهِباً رَاغِباً",
          "transliteration": "ad`uka ya rabbi rahiban raghiban",
          "translation": "I pray You, O Lord, with terror, desire,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "رَاجِياً خَائِفاً",
          "transliteration": "rajiyan kha'ifan",
          "translation": "hope, and fear."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِذَا رَأَيْتُ مَوْلاَيَ ذُنُوبِي فَزِعْتُ",
          "transliteration": "idha ra'aytu mawlaya dhunubi fazi`tu",
          "translation": "Whenever I think of my sins, O my Master, I panic,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُ كَرَمَكَ طَمِعْتُ",
          "transliteration": "wa idha ra'aytu karamaka tami`tu",
          "translation": "but when I think of Your generosity, I feel desirous (for Your pardon)."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَإِنْ عَفَوْتَ فَخَيْرُ رَاحِمٍ",
          "transliteration": "fa'in `afawta fakhayru rahimin",
          "translation": "Therefore, if You forgive me, You are already the best of those who show mercy,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِنْ عَذَّبْتَ فَغَيْرُ ظَالِمٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa'in `adhdhabta faghayru zalimin",
          "translation": "and If You punish me, You are then not wronging me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "حُجَّتِي يَا اللَّهُ فِي جُرْأَتِي عَلَىٰ مَسْأَلَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "hujjati ya allahu fi jur'ati `ala mas'alatika",
          "translation": "Yet, it is Your munificence and Your generosity, O Allah, that gave me the courage to pray You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَعَ إِتْيَانِي مَا تَكْرَهُ جُودُكَ وَكَرَمُكَ",
          "transliteration": "ma`a ityani ma takrahu juduka wa karamuka",
          "translation": "despite that I have committed things that You dislike."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعُدَّتِي فِي شِدَّتِي مَعَ قِلَّةِ حَيَائِي رَأْفَتُكَ وَرَحْمَتُكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa `uddati fi shiddati ma`a qillati haya'i ra'fatuka wa rahmatuka",
          "translation": "It is Your kindness and mercy that I use as my means during misfortunes inflicting me despite my shamelessness."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَدْ رَجَوْتُ أَنْ لاَ تَخِيبَ بَيْنَ ذَيْنِ وَذَيْنِ مُنْيَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa qad rajawtu an la takhiba bayna dhayni wa dhayni munyati",
          "translation": "I thus hope that my expectation will not be disappointed amid these two matters."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَحَقِّقْ رَجَائِي",
          "transliteration": "fahaqqiq raja'i",
          "translation": "So, make my hopes become real"
        },

          "arabic": "وَٱسْمَعْ دُعَائِي",
          "transliteration": "wasma` du`a'i",
          "translation": "and answer my prayers."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا خَيْرَ مَنْ دَعَاهُ دَاعٍ",
          "transliteration": "ya khayra man da`ahu da`in",
          "translation": "O Greatest Besought One that has been ever besought,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَفْضَلَ مَنْ رَجَاهُ رَاجٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa afdala man rajahu rajin",
          "translation": "and the Most Favorable Hoped One!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "عَظُمَ يَا سَيِّدِي أَمَلِي وَسَاءَ عَمَلِي",
          "transliteration": "`azuma ya sayyidi amali wa sa'a `amali",
          "translation": "My expectation, O my Chief, has been great but my deed has been bad."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَأَعْطِنِي مِنْ عَفْوِكَ بِمِقْدَارِ أَمَلِي",
          "transliteration": "fa'a`tini min `afwika bimiqdari amali",
          "translation": "So, grant me Your pardon as much as my expectation,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تُؤَاخِذْنِي بِأَسْوَءِ عَمَلِي",
          "transliteration": "wa la tu'akhidhni bi'aswa'i `amali",
          "translation": "and do not punish me for the worst of my deed."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَإِنَّ كَرَمَكَ يَجِلُّ عَنْ مُجَازَاةِ ٱلْمُذْنِبِينَ",
          "transliteration": "fa'inna karamaka yajillu `an mujazati almudhnibina",
          "translation": "Verily, Your generosity is too great to be compared to the penalty of the guilty,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَحِلْمَكَ يَكْبُرُ عَنْ مُكَافَأَةِ ٱلْمُقَصِّرِينَ",
          "transliteration": "wa hilmaka yakburu `an mukafa'ati almuqassirina",
          "translation": "and Your tolerance is too immense to be compared to the punishment of the negligent."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَا يَا سَيِّدِي عَائِذٌ بِفَضْلِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ana ya sayyidi `a'idhun bifadlika",
          "translation": "I, O my Chief, am seeking refuge with Your benevolence,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "هَارِبٌ مِنْكَ إِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "haribun minka ilayka",
          "translation": "fleeing from You towards You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مُتَنَجِّزٌ مَا وَعَدْتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّفْحِ عَمَّنْ أَحْسَنَ بِكَ ظَنّاً",
          "transliteration": "mutanajjizun ma wa`adta min alssafhi `amman ahsana bika zannan",
          "translation": "hoping for the amnesty that You have promised to confer upon one who keeps good idea about You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَا أَنَا يَا رَبِّ وَمَا خَطَرِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ma ana ya rabbi wa ma khatari",
          "translation": "What am I? O Lord! What importance do I have?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "هَبْنِي بِفَضْلِكَ",
          "transliteration": "habni bifadlika",
          "translation": "Do me a favor out of Your benevolence"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَصَدَّقْ عَلَيَّ بِعَفْوِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa tasaddaq `alayya bi`afwika",
          "translation": "and be charitable to me by means of pardoning me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْ رَبِّ جَلِّلْنِي بِسِتْرِكَ",
          "transliteration": "ay rabbi jallilni bisitrika",
          "translation": "O my Lord! Cover me with Your protective covering"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱعْفُ عَنْ تَوْبِيخِي بِكَرَمِ وَجْهِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa`fu `an tawbikhi bikarami wajhika",
          "translation": "and overlook reproaching me out of the generosity of Your Face."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَلَوِ ٱطَّلَعَ ٱلْيَوْمَ عَلَىٰ ذَنْبِي غَيْرُكَ مَا فَعَلْتُهُ",
          "transliteration": "falaw ittala`a alyawma `ala dhanbi ghayruka ma fa`altuhu",
          "translation": "In fact, if anyone other than You has watched me while committing these sins, I may not commit them."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَوْ خِفْتُ تَعْجِيلَ ٱلْعُقُوبَةِ لاﹾجْتَنَبْتُهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa law khiftu ta`jila al`uqubati lajtanabtuhu",
          "translation": "Had I anticipated immediateness of punishment, I might have avoided doing them."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لاَ لأَنَّكَ أَهْوَنُ ٱلنَّاظِرِينَ إِلَيَّ",
          "transliteration": "la li'annaka ahwanu alnnazirina ilayya",
          "translation": "Yet, this does not mean that You are the least important of those who watch over me"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَخَفُّ ٱلْمُطَّلِعِينَ عَلَيَّ",
          "transliteration": "wa akhaffu almuttali`ina `alayya",
          "translation": "or You are the least weighty of those who observe me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بَلْ لأَنَّكَ يَا رَبِّ خَيْرُ ٱلسَّاتِرِينَ",
          "transliteration": "bal li'annaka ya rabbi khayru alssatirina",
          "translation": "Rather, this is because You, O my Lord, are the best of those who cover up (one’s defects),"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَحْكَمُ ٱلْحَاكِمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ahkamu alhakimina",
          "translation": "the wisest of those who judge,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَكْرَمُ ٱلأَكْرَمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "wa akramu al-akramina",
          "translation": "the most generous of those who act generously,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَتَّارُ ٱلْعُيُوبِ",
          "transliteration": "sattaru al`uyubi",
          "translation": "the concealer of defects,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "غَفَّارُ ٱلذُّنُوبِ",
          "transliteration": "ghaffaru aldhdhunubi",
          "translation": "the Forgiver of sins,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "عَلاَّمُ ٱلْغُيُوبِ",
          "transliteration": "`allamu alghuyubi",
          "translation": "and the Knower of the unseen."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "تَسْتُرُ ٱلذَّنْبَ بِكَرَمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "tasturu aldhdhanba bikaramika",
          "translation": "You conceal the defects out of Your liberality"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتُؤَخِّرُ ٱلْعُقُوبَةَ بِحِلْمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa tu'akhkhiru al`uqubata bihilmika",
          "translation": "and put off punishment because of Your forbearance."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَلَكَ ٱلْحَمْدُ عَلَىٰ حِلْمِكَ بَعْدَ عِلْمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "falaka alhamdu `ala hilmika ba`da `ilmika",
          "translation": "Hence, all praise be to You, for You act tolerably although You have full knowledge"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَلَىٰ عَفْوِكَ بَعْدَ قُدْرَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa `ala `afwika ba`da qudratika",
          "translation": "and for Your pardon even though You have the absolute authority."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيَحْمِلُنِي وَيُجَرِّئُنِي عَلَىٰ مَعْصِيَتِكَ حِلْمُكَ عَنِّي",
          "transliteration": "wa yahmiluni wa yujarri'uni `ala ma`siyatika hilmuka `anni",
          "translation": "It is Your forbearance with me that gives me latitude and makes me dare to break Your laws."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيَدْعُونِي إِلَىٰ قِلَّةِ ٱلْحَيَاءِ سِتْرُكَ عَلَيَّ",
          "transliteration": "wa yad`uni ila qillati alhaya'i sitruka `alayya",
          "translation": "It is Your concealing my faults that makes me act shamelessly before You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيُسْرِعُنِي إِلَىٰ ٱلتَوَثُّبِ عَلَىٰ مَحَارِمِكَ مَعْرِفَتِي بِسَعَةِ رَحْمَتِكَ وَعَظِيمِ عَفْوِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa yusri`uni ila alttawaththubi `ala maharimika ma`rifati bias`ati rahmatika wa `azimi `afwika",
          "translation": "It is my acquaintance with the broadness of Your mercy and the magnitude of Your pardon that make me hurry to violate that which You have deemed forbidden."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا حَلِيمُ يَا كَرِيمُ",
          "transliteration": "ya halimu ya karimu",
          "translation": "O Indulgent! O Compassionate!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ",
          "transliteration": "ya hayyu ya qayyumu",
          "translation": "O Ever-living! O Self-subsistent!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا غَافِرَ ٱلذَّنْبِ",
          "transliteration": "ya ghafira aldhdhanbi",
          "translation": "O Forgiver of sins!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا قَابِلَ ٱلتَّوْبِ",
          "transliteration": "ya qabila alttawbi",
          "translation": "O Accepter of repentance!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا عَظِيمَ ٱلْمَنِّ",
          "transliteration": "ya `azima almanni",
          "translation": "O Owner of matchless bounties!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا قَدِيمَ ٱلإِحْسَانِ",
          "transliteration": "ya qadima al-ihsani",
          "translation": "O He who has been doing favors since eternity!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْنَ سِتْرُكَ ٱلْجَمِيلُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna sitruka aljamilu",
          "translation": "Where is Your magnificent concealment (of one’s faults)?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْنَ عَفْوُكَ ٱلْجَلِيلُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna `afwuka aljalilu",
          "translation": "Where is Your irreversible pardon?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْنَ فَرَجُكَ ٱلْقَرِيبُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna farajuka alqaribu",
          "translation": "Where is Your abrupt relief?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْنَ غِيَاثُكَ ٱلسَّرِيعُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna ghiyathuka alssari`u",
          "translation": "Where is Your immediate aid?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْنَ رَحْمَتُكَ ٱلْوَاسِعَةُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna rahmatuka alwasi`atu",
          "translation": "Where is Your boundless mercy?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْنَ عَطَايَاكَ ٱلْفَاضِلَةُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna `atayaka alfadilatu",
          "translation": "Where is Your overflowing gifts?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْنَ مَوَاهِبُكَ ٱلْهَنِيئَةُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna mawahibuka alhani'atu",
          "translation": "Where are Your pleasant endowments?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْنَ صَنَائِعُكَ ٱلسَّنِيَّةُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna sana'i`uka alssaniyyatu",
          "translation": "Where are Your beautiful benefits?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْنَ فَضْلُكَ ٱلْعَظِيمُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna fadluka al`azimu",
          "translation": "Where is Your outstanding grace?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْنَ مَنُّكَ ٱلْجَسِيمُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna mannuka aljasimu",
          "translation": "Where are Your giant bounties?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْنَ إِحْسَانُكَ ٱلْقَدِيمُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna ihsanuka alqadimu",
          "translation": "Where are Your eternal favors?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَيْنَ كَرَمُكَ يَا كَرِيمُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna karamuka ya karimu",
          "translation": "Where is Your generous liberality? O Generous Giver!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بِهِ وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ فَٱسْتَنْقِذْنِي",
          "transliteration": "bihi wa bimuhammadin wa ali muhammadin fastanqidhni",
          "translation": "In Your name and in the name of Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, save me!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِرَحْمَتِكَ فَخَلِّصْنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa birahmatika fakhallisni",
          "translation": "In the name of Your mercy, deliver me!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا مُحْسِنُ",
          "transliteration": "ya muhsinu",
          "translation": "O All-benevolent!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا مُجْمِلُ",
          "transliteration": "ya mujmilu",
          "translation": "O All-beneficent!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا مُنْعِمُ يَا مُفْضِلُ",
          "transliteration": "ya mun`imu ya mufdilu",
          "translation": "O All-gracious! O All-compassionate!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لَسْتُ أَتَّكِلُ فِي ٱلنَّجَاةِ مِنْ عِقَابِكَ عَلَىٰ أَعْمَالِنَا",
          "transliteration": "lastu attakilu fi alnnajati min `iqabika `ala a`malina",
          "translation": "In my salvation from Your punishment, I do not rely upon my deeds;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بَلْ بِفَضْلِكَ عَلَيْنَا",
          "transliteration": "bal bifadlika `alayna",
          "translation": "rather, I depend on Your liberal generosity to us,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لأَنَّكَ أَهْلُ ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ وَأَهْلُ ٱلْمَغْفِرَةِ",
          "transliteration": "li'annaka ahlu alttaqwa wa ahlu almaghfirati",
          "translation": "because You are verily the Lord of righteousness and the Lord of forgiveness."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "تُبْدِئُ بِٱلإِحْسَانِ نِعَماً",
          "transliteration": "tubdi'u bil-ihsani ni`aman",
          "translation": "You take the initiative in doing good out of Your graciousness"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَعْفُو عَنِ ٱلذَّنْبِ كَرَماً",
          "transliteration": "wa ta`fu `an aldhdhanbi karaman",
          "translation": "and overlook the sins out of Your generosity."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَمَا نَدْرِي مَا نَشْكُرُ",
          "transliteration": "fama nadri ma nashkuru",
          "translation": "We thus do not know which of Your graces we should thank:"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَجَمِيلَ مَا تَنْشُرُ أَمْ قَبِيحَ مَا تَسْتُرُ",
          "transliteration": "ajamila ma tanshuru am qabiha ma tasturu",
          "translation": "should it be the handsome elegance that you spread over us, or our offensive deeds that you conceal?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَمْ عَظِيمَ مَا أَبْلَيْتَ وَأَوْلَيْتَ",
          "transliteration": "am `azima ma ablayta wa awlayta",
          "translation": "Or should it be the fabulous favor that You grant and present,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَمْ كَثِيرَ مَا مِنْهُ نَجَّيْتَ وَعَافَيْتَ",
          "transliteration": "am kathira ma minhu najjayta wa `afayta",
          "translation": "or the numerous misfortunes from which You have saved and relieved?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا حَبِيبَ مَنْ تَحَبَّبَ إِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "ya habiba man tahabbaba ilayka",
          "translation": "O Beloved of those who endear themselves to Him!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيَا قُرَّةَ عَيْنِ مَنْ لاَذَ بِكَ وَٱنْقَطَعَ إِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ya qurrata `ayni man ladha bika wa inqata`a ilayka",
          "translation": "O delight of the eyes of those who resort to Him and communicate Him incessantly!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنْتَ ٱلْمُحْسِنُ وَنَحْنُ ٱلْمُسِيئُونَ",
          "transliteration": "anta lmuhsinu wa nahnu almusi'una",
          "translation": "You are the All-benevolent and we are the malevolent."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَتَجَاوَزْ يَا رَبِّ عَنْ قَبِيحِ مَا عِنْدَنَا بِجَمِيلِ مَا عِنْدَكَ",
          "transliteration": "fatajawaz ya rabbi `an qabihi ma `indana bijamili ma `indaka",
          "translation": "So, overlook, O Lord, the offensive that we hold by means of the good that You hold."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَيُّ جَهْلٍ يَا رَبِّ لاَ يَسَعُهُ جُودُكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ayyu jahlin ya rabbi la yasa`uhu juduka",
          "translation": "There is not definitely any foolishness that can be uncovered by Your liberality."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَوْ أَيُّ زَمَانٍ أَطْوَلُ مِنْ أَنَاتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "aw ayyu zamanin atwalu min anatika",
          "translation": "There is no period that may be longer than Your tolerance."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَا قَدْرُ أَعْمَالِنَا فِي جَنْبِ نِعَمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ma qadaru a`malina fi janbi ni`amika",
          "translation": "What value remains for our deeds if compared to Your favors?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَكَيْفَ نَسْتَكْثِرُ أَعْمَالاً نُقَابِلُ بِهَا كَرَمَكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa kayfa nastakthiru a`malan nuqabilu biha karamaka",
          "translation": "How can we ever deem much any deeds if compared to Your generosity?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بَلْ كَيْفَ يَضِيقُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْمُذْنِبِينَ مَا وَسِعَهُمْ مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "bal kayfa yadiqu `ala almudhnibina ma wasi`ahum min rahmatika",
          "translation": "Moreover, how may Your broad mercy be narrow for the guilty?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا وَاسِعَ ٱلْمَغْفِرَةِ",
          "transliteration": "ya wasi`a almaghfirati",
          "translation": "O Extensive Forgiver!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بَاسِطَ ٱلْيَدَيْنِ بِٱلرَّحْمَةِ",
          "transliteration": "ya basita alyadayni bilrrahmati",
          "translation": "O He Who extends both hands with mercy!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَوَعِزَّتِكَ يَا سَيِّدِي",
          "transliteration": "fawa`izzatika ya sayyidi",
          "translation": "By Your Majesty I swear, O my Lord,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لَوْ نَهَرْتَنِي مَا بَرِحْتُ مِنْ بَابِكَ",
          "transliteration": "law nahartani ma barihtu min babika",
          "translation": "even if you chide me, I shall never leave Your Door"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ كَفَفْتُ عَنْ تَمَلُّقِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la kafaftu `an tamalluqika",
          "translation": "and I shall never stop flattering You!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لِمَا ٱنْتَهَىٰ إِلَيَّ مِنَ ٱلْمَعْرِفَةِ بِجُودِكَ وَكَرَمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "lima intaha ilayya min alma`rifati bijudika wa karamika",
          "translation": "This is because I have full acquaintance with Your (indescribable) generosity and bounty."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنْتَ ٱلْفَاعِلُ لِمَا تَشَاءُ",
          "transliteration": "wa anta alfa`ilu lima tasha'u",
          "translation": "Verily, You do whatever You will."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "تُعَذِّبُ مَنْ تَشَاءُ بِمَا تَشَاءُ كَيْفَ تَشَاءُ",
          "transliteration": "tu`adhdhibu man tasha'u bima tasha'u kayfa tasha'u",
          "translation": "You punish whomsoever You want however You want by whatever means You want."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَرْحَمُ مَنْ تَشَاءُ بِمَا تشَاءُ كَيْفَ تَشَاءُ",
          "transliteration": "wa tarhamu man tasha'u bima tasha'u kayfa tasha'u",
          "translation": "You have mercy upon whomsoever You want however You want by whatever means You want."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لاَ تُسْأَلُ عَنْ فِعْلِكَ",
          "transliteration": "la tus'alu `an fi`lika",
          "translation": "None is supposed to interrogate You for whatever You do,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تُنَازَعُ فِي مُلْكِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la tunaza`u fi mulkika",
          "translation": "non can ever contend with You about Your authority,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تُشَارَكُ فِي أَمْرِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la tusharaku fi amrika",
          "translation": "none can ever have a share in that which You hold,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تُضَادُّ فِي حُكْمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la tudaddu fi hukmika",
          "translation": "none can ever object to Your decisions,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ يَعْتَرِضُ عَلَيْكَ أَحَدٌ فِي تَدْبِيرِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la ya`taridu `alayka ahadun fi tadbirika",
          "translation": "and none can ever protest against that which You administer."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لَكَ ٱلْخَلْقُ وَٱلأَمْرُ",
          "transliteration": "laka alkhalqu wal-amru",
          "translation": "To You alone are creation and determination."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "تَبَارَكَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "tabaraka allahu rabbu al`alamina",
          "translation": "Blessed be Allah, the Lord of the worlds."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا رَبِّ هٰذَا مَقَامُ مَنْ لاَذَ بِكَ",
          "transliteration": "ya rabbi hadha maqamu man ladha bika",
          "translation": "O my Lord, this is the manner of one who seeks Your shelter,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱسْتَجَارَ بِكَرَمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wastajara bikaramika",
          "translation": "resorts to Your liberality,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَلِفَ إِحْسَانَكَ وَنِعَمَكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa alifa ihsanaka wa ni`amaka",
          "translation": "and has been accustomed to be included with Your benevolence and graciousness."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنْتَ ٱلْجَوَادُ ٱلَّذِي لاَ يَضِيقُ عَفْوُكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa anta aljawadu alladhi la yadiqu `afwuka",
          "translation": "You are certainly the All-munificent Whose amnesty never shrinks,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ يَنْقُصُ فَضْلُكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la yanqusu fadluka",
          "translation": "Whose favor never reduces,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تَقِلُّ رَحْمَتُكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la taqillu rahmatuka",
          "translation": "and Whose mercy never diminishes."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَدْ تَوَثَّقْنَا مِنْكَ بِٱلصَّفْحِ ٱلْقَدِيمِ",
          "transliteration": "wa qad tawaththaqna minka bilssafhi alqadimi",
          "translation": "We have full confidence in You on account of Your eternal habit of pardons,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ وَٱلرَّحْمَةِ ٱلْوَاسِعَةِ",
          "transliteration": "walfadli al`azimi walrrahmati alwasi`ati",
          "translation": "boundless kindness, and limitless mercy."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَفَتُرَاكَ يَا رَبِّ تُخْلِفُ ظُنُونَنَا أَوْ تُخَيِّبُ آمَالَنَا",
          "transliteration": "afaturaka ya rabbi tukhlifu zununana aw tukhayyibu amalana",
          "translation": "Is it ever expectable, O Lord, that You may disappoint us or may act on the contrary of our expectations?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "كَلاَّ يَا كَرِيمُ فَلَيْسَ هٰذَا ظَنُّنَا بِكَ",
          "transliteration": "kalla ya karimu falaysa hadha zannuna bika",
          "translation": "No, never. O Compassionate! This is neither our idea about You"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ هٰذَا فِيكَ طَمَعُنَا",
          "transliteration": "wa la hadha fika tama`una",
          "translation": "nor our desire from You!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا رَبِّ إِنَّ لَنَا فِيكَ أَمَلاً طَوِيلاً كَثِيراً",
          "transliteration": "ya rabbi inna lana fika amalan tawilan kathiran",
          "translation": "O my Lord, verily we have hope, big and large, in You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِنَّ لَنَا فِيكَ رَجَاءً عَظِيماً",
          "transliteration": "inna lana fika raja'an `aziman",
          "translation": "Verily, we have great expectation in You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "عَصَيْنَاكَ وَنَحْنُ نَرْجُو أَنْ تَسْتُرَ عَلَيْنَا",
          "transliteration": "`asaynaka wa nahnu narju an tastura `alayna",
          "translation": "Albeit that we have disobeyed You, we still hope that You will cover our faults."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَدَعَوْنَاكَ وَنَحْنُ نَرْجُو أَنْ تَسْتَجِيبَ لَنَا",
          "transliteration": "wa da`awnaka wa nahnu narju an tastajiba lana",
          "translation": "We have prayed You hoping that You will respond to us."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَحَقِّقْ رَجَاءَنَا مَوْلانَا",
          "transliteration": "fahaqqiq raja'ana mawlana",
          "translation": "So, give success to our hopes, O our Lord!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَقَدْ عَلِمْنَا مَا نَسْتَوْجِبُ بِأَعْمَالِنَا",
          "transliteration": "faqad `alimna ma tastawjibu bi'a`malina",
          "translation": "We now know for sure what we deserve in exchange of our deeds."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلكِنْ عِلْمُكَ فِينَا وَعِلْمُنَا بِأَنَّكَ لاَ تَصْرِفُنَا عَنْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa lakin `ilmuka fina wa `ilmuna bi'annaka la tasrifuna `anka",
          "translation": "Yet, Your knowledge about us and our knowledge that You shall never let us down"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "حَثَّنَا عَلَىٰ ٱلرَّغْبَةِ إِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "haththana `ala alrraghbati ilayka",
          "translation": "have urged us to desire for You"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِنْ كُنَّا غَيْرَ مُسْتَوْجِبِينَ لِرَحْمَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa in kunna ghayra mustawjibina lirahmatika",
          "translation": "even if we do not deserve Your mercy."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَأَنْتَ أَهْلٌ أَنْ تَجُودَ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَىٰ ٱلْمُذْنِبِينَ بِفَضْلِ سَعَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "fa'anta ahlun an tajuda `alayna wa `ala almudhnibina bifadli sa`atika",
          "translation": "However, You are the worthiest of conferring upon us and upon the guilty with the grace of Your broad benevolence."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَٱمْنُنْ عَلَيْنَا بِمَا أَنْتَ أَهْلُهُ",
          "transliteration": "famnun `alayna bima anta ahluhu",
          "translation": "So, confer upon us with that of which You are worthy"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَجُدْ عَلَيْنَا فَإِنَّا مُحْتَاجُونَ إِلَىٰ نَيْلِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa jud `alayna fa'inna muhtajuna ila naylika",
          "translation": "and act generously towards us, for we are in need for Your conferral."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا غَفَّارُ بِنُورِكَ ٱهْتَدَيْنَا",
          "transliteration": "ya ghaffaru binurika ihtadayna",
          "translation": "O Oft-Forgiving, in Your light have we found the right path,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِفَضْلِكَ ٱسْتَغْنَيْنَا",
          "transliteration": "wa bifadlika istaghnayna",
          "translation": "due to Your favor have we dispensed with the others,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِنِعْمَتِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَمْسَيْنَا",
          "transliteration": "wa bini`matika asbahna wa amsayna",
          "translation": "and Your grace have we experienced in morns and eves."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ذُنُوبُنَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "dhunubuna bayna yadayka",
          "translation": "Our sins are before You;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "نَسْتَغْفِرُكَ ٱللَّهُمَّ مِنْهَا وَنَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "nastaghfiruka alllahumma minha wa natubu ilayka",
          "translation": "we beseech You, O Allah, to forgive them and we repent before You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "تَتَحَبَّبُ إِلَيْنَا بِٱلنِّعَمِ وَنُعَارِضُكَ بِٱلذُّنُوبِ",
          "transliteration": "tatahabbabu ilayna bilnni`ami wa nu`ariduka bildhdhunubi",
          "translation": "Whilst You show affection to us through Your graces, we take ourselves away from You through our sins."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "خَيْرُكَ إِلَيْنَا نَازِلٌ",
          "transliteration": "khayruka nazilun ilayna",
          "translation": "You good descend upon us"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَشَرُّنَا إِلَيْكَ صَاعِدٌ",
          "transliteration": "wa sharruna ilayka sa`idun",
          "translation": "while our evildoing ascends to You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَمْ يَزَلْ وَلاَ يَزَالُ مَلَكٌ كَرِيمٌ يَأْتِيكَ عَنَّا بِعَمَلٍ قَبِيحٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa lam yazal wa la yazalu malakun karimun ya'tika `anna bi`amalin qabihin",
          "translation": "Albeit that a noble angel always carries to You our offensive deeds,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَلاَ يَمْنَعُكَ ذٰلِكَ مِنْ أَنْ تَحُوطَنَا بِنِعَمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "fala yamna`unka dhalika min an tahutana bini`amika",
          "translation": "this has never made you stop encompassing us with Your graces"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وتَتَفَضَّلَ عَلَيْنَا بِآلاَئِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa tatafaddalu `alyna bi'ala'ika",
          "translation": "and conferring upon us your elegances."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَسُبْحَانَكَ مَا أَحْلَمَكَ وَأَعْظَمَكَ",
          "transliteration": "fasubhanaka ma ahlamaka wa a`zamaka",
          "translation": "Glory be to You! How Forbearing, Magnificent,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَكْرَمَكَ مُبْدِئاً وَمُعِيداً",
          "transliteration": "wa akramaka mubdi'an wa mu`idan",
          "translation": "and Generous You are at all times!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "تَقَدَّسَتْ أَسْمَاؤُكَ",
          "transliteration": "taqaddasat asma'uka",
          "translation": "Sacred be Your Names."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَجَلَّ ثَنَاؤُكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa jalla thana'uka",
          "translation": "Grand be Your praise."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَكَرُمَ صَنَائِعُكَ وَفِعَالُكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa karuma sana'i`uka wa fi`aluka",
          "translation": "Munificent be Your deeds and acts."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنْتَ إِلٰهِي أَوْسَعُ فَضْلاً وَأَعْظَمُ حِلْماً",
          "transliteration": "anta ilahi awsa`u fadlan wa a`zamu hilman",
          "translation": "You, O my God, are too expansive in graciousness and too great in forbearance"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مِنْ أَنْ تُقَايِسَنِي بِفِعْلِي وَخَطِيئَتِي",
          "transliteration": "min an tuqayisani bifi`li wa khati'ati",
          "translation": "to punish me for my evildoings and sins."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَٱلْعَفْوَ ٱلْعَفْوَ ٱلْعَفْوَ",
          "transliteration": "fal`afwa al`afwa al`afwa",
          "translation": "(Here I am asking for) Amnesty! Amnesty! Amnesty!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدِي سَيِّدِي سَيِّدِي",
          "transliteration": "sayyidi sayyidi sayyidi",
          "translation": "O my Lord! O my Lord! O my Lord!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ أَشْغَلْنَا بِذِكْرِكَ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma ashghilna bidhikrika",
          "translation": "O Allah, cause us to be engaged with mentioning You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَعِذْنَا مِنْ سَخَطِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa a`idhna min sakhatika",
          "translation": "save us from Your wrath,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَجِرْنَا مِنْ عَذَابِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ajirna min `adhabika",
          "translation": "deliver us from Your torture,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱرْزُقْنَا مِنْ مَوَاهِبِكَ",
          "transliteration": "warzuqna min mawahibika",
          "translation": "grant us Your donations,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنْعِمْ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ فَضْلِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa an`in `alayna min fadlika",
          "translation": "confer upon us with Your grace,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱرْزُقْنَا حَجَّ بَيْتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "warzuqna hajja baytika",
          "translation": "and provide us the opportunity to go on pilgrimage to Your House"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَزِيَارَةَ قَبْرِ نَبِيِّكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ziyarata qabri nabiyyika",
          "translation": "and to visit the tomb of Your Prophet,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَلَوَاتُكَ وَرَحْمَتُكَ",
          "transliteration": "salawatuka wa rahmatuka",
          "translation": "may Your blessings, mercy,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَغْفِرَتُكَ وَرِضْوَانُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَىٰ أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa maghfiratuka wa ridwanuka `alayhi wa `ala ahli baytihi",
          "translation": "forgiveness, and pleasure be upon him and his Household."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِنَّكَ قَرِيبٌ مُجِيبٌ",
          "transliteration": "innaka qaribun mujibun",
          "translation": "Verily, You are nigh and ready to answer."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱرْزُقْنَا عَمَلاً بِطَاعَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "warzuqna `amalan bita`atika",
          "translation": "Bless us with acting upon the obedience to You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَوَفَّنَا عَلَىٰ مِلَّتِكَ وَسُنَّةِ نَبِيِّكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa tawaffana `ala millatika wa sunnati nabiyyika",
          "translation": "and receive us following the rule of You and Your Prophet,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَىٰ آلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "salla allahu `alayhi wa `ala alihi",
          "translation": "blessings of Allah be on him and on his Household."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ ٱغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma ighfir li wa liwalidayya",
          "translation": "O Allah, forgive me and my parents,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱرْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيراً",
          "transliteration": "warhamhuma kama rabbayani saghiran",
          "translation": "and have mercy on them as they cared for me when I was little."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِجْزِهِمَا بِٱلإِحْسَانِ إِحْسَاناً",
          "transliteration": "ijzihima bil-ihsani ihsanan",
          "translation": "Reward them generously for their good deeds"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِٱلسَّيِّئَاتِ غُفْرَاناً",
          "transliteration": "wa bilssayyi'ati ghufranan",
          "translation": "and forgive their sins."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ ٱغْفِرْ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma ighfir lilmu'minina walmu'minati",
          "translation": "O Allah, forgive the faithful men and women,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ٱلأَحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَٱلأَمْوَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "al-ahya'i minhum wal-amwati",
          "translation": "be they alive or dead,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَابِعْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمْ بِٱلْخَيْرَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "wa tabi` baynana wa baynahum bilkhayrati",
          "translation": "and join us together in bliss and happiness."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ ٱغْفِرْ لِحَيِّنَا وَمَيِّتِنَا",
          "transliteration": "allahumma ighfir lihayyina wa mayyitina",
          "translation": "O Allah, forgive our living and dead persons,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَشَاهِدِنَا وَغَائِبِنَا",
          "transliteration": "wa shahidina wa gha'ibina",
          "translation": "our present and absent ones,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ذَكَرِنَا وَأُنْثَانَا",
          "transliteration": "dhakarina wa unthana",
          "translation": "our male and female ones,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَغِيرِنَا وَكَبِيرِنَا",
          "transliteration": "saghirina wa kabirina",
          "translation": "our infants and adults,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "حُرِّنَا وَمَمْلُوكِنَا",
          "transliteration": "hurrina wa mamlukina",
          "translation": "and our free ones and slaves."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "كَذَبَ ٱلْعَادِلُونَ بِٱللَّهِ",
          "transliteration": "kadhaba al`adiluna billahi",
          "translation": "Liars are those who ascribe rivals to Allah;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَضَلُّوٱ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيداً",
          "transliteration": "wa dallu dalalan ba`idan",
          "translation": "they have wandered far astray"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَخَسِرُوٱ خُسْرَاناً مُبِيناً",
          "transliteration": "wa khasiru khusranan mubinan",
          "translation": "and they will have suffered a manifest loss."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin",
          "translation": "O Allah, send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱخْتِمْ لِي بِخَيْرٍ",
          "transliteration": "wakhtim li bikhayrin",
          "translation": "seal my life with decency,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱكْفِنِي مَا أَهَمَّنِي مِنْ أَمْرِ دُنْيَايَ وَآخِرَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ikfini ma ahammani min amri dunyaya wa akhirati",
          "translation": "help me overcome all that which aggrieves me in this world as well as the Hereafter,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تُسَلِّطْ عَلَيَّ مَنْ لاَ يَرْحَمُنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa la tusallit `alayya man la yarhamuni",
          "translation": "do not let him who does not have mercy upon me prevail on me,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْ عَلَيَّ مِنْكَ وَاقِيَةً بَاقِيَةً",
          "transliteration": "waj`al `alayya minka waqiyatan baqiyatan",
          "translation": "always keep on me an everlasting, protective covering,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تَسْلُبْنِي صَالِحَ مَا أَنْعَمْتَ بِهِ عَلَيَّ",
          "transliteration": "wa la taslubni saliha ma an`amta bihi `alayya",
          "translation": "do not divest me of the well-mannered graces that You have conferred upon me,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱرْزُقْنِي مِنْ فَضْلِكَ رِزْقاً وَاسِعاً حَلاَلاً طَيِّباً",
          "transliteration": "warzuqni min fadlika rizqan wasi`an halalan tayyiban",
          "translation": "and provide me, out of Your grace, with lawfully gotten, delightful sustenance."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ ٱحْرُسْنِي بِحَرَاسَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma ihrusni biharasatika",
          "translation": "O Allah, keep me under Your alert surveillance,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱحْفَظْنِي بِحِفْظِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ihfazni bihifzika",
          "translation": "protect me with Your support,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱكْلَأْنِي بِكَلاَءَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ikla'ni bikala'atika",
          "translation": "take care of me with Your comprehensive care,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱرْزُقْنِي حَجَّ بَيْتِكَ ٱلْحَرَامِ",
          "transliteration": "warzuqni hajja baytika alharami",
          "translation": "grant me opportunity to go on pilgrimage to Your Holy House"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فِي عَامِنَا هٰذَا وَفِي كُلِّ عَامٍ",
          "transliteration": "fi `amina hadha wa fi kulli `amin",
          "translation": "in this year as well as all coming years,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَزِيَارَةَ قَبْرِ نَبِيِّكَ وَٱلأَئِمَّةِ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلسَّلامُ",
          "transliteration": "wa ziyarata qabri nabiyyika wal-a'immati `alayhim alssalamu",
          "translation": "grant me to go on pilgrimage to the tombs of Your Prophet and the Imams, peace be upon them,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تُخْلِنِي يَا رَبِّ مِنْ تِلْكَ ٱلْمَشَاهِدِ ٱلشَّرِيفَةِ",
          "transliteration": "wa la tukhlini ya rabbi min tilka almashahidi alshsharifati",
          "translation": "and do not deprive me, O Lord, of such honorable scenes"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْمَوَاقِفِ ٱلْكَرِيمَةِ",
          "transliteration": "walmawaqifi alkarimati",
          "translation": "and noble situations."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ تُبْ عَلَيَّ حَتَّىٰ لاَ أَعْصِيَكَ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma tub `alayya hatta la a`siyaka",
          "translation": "O Allah, accept my repentance so that I will not disobey you ever again,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَلْهِمْنِي ٱلْخَيْرَ وَٱلْعَمَلَ بِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa alhimni alkhayra wa al`amala bihi",
          "translation": "inspire me with goodness, good-doing,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَخَشْيَتَكَ بِٱللَّيْلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ مَا أَبْقَيْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa khashyataka billayli wa alnnahari ma abqaytani",
          "translation": "and fear of You all over day and night as long as You keep me alive."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا رَبَّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "ya rabba al`alamina",
          "translation": "O Lord of the worlds!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي كُلَّمَا قُلْتُ قَدْ تَهَيَّأْتُ وَتَعَبَّأْتُ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma inni kullama qultu qad tahayya'tu wa ta`abba'tu",
          "translation": "O Allah, each time I decide to prepare and ready myself"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقُمْتُ لِلصَّلاَةِ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ وَنَاجَيْتُكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa qumtu lilssalati bayna yadayka wa najaytuka",
          "translation": "for offering prayers before You and conversing confidentially with You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَلْقَيْتَ عَلَيَّ نُعَاساً إِذَا أَنَا صَلَّيْتُ",
          "transliteration": "alqayta `alayya nu`asan idha ana sallaytu",
          "translation": "You throw on me slumber whenever I stand for prayer;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسَلَبْتَنِي مُنَاجَاتَكَ إِذَا أَنَا نَاجَيْتُ",
          "transliteration": "wa salabtani munajataka idha ana najaytu",
          "translation": "thus, You deprive me of conversing with You confidentially whenever I try so."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَالِي كُلَّمَا قُلْتُ قَدْ صَلُحَتْ سَرِيرَتِي",
          "transliteration": "mali kullama qultu qad saluhat sarirati",
          "translation": "What is the wrong with me? Whenever I feel that my inner self has become decent"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَرُبَ مِنْ مَجَالِسِ ٱلتَّوَّابِينَ مَجْلِسِي",
          "transliteration": "wa qaruba min majalisi alttawwabina majlisi",
          "translation": "and that my session has become similar to the sessions of those who turn much to You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "عَرَضَتْ لِي بَلِيَّةٌ أَزَالَتْ قَدَمِي وَحَالَتْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ خِدْمَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "`aradat li baliyyatun azalat qadami wa halat bayni wa bayna khidmatika",
          "translation": "a misfortune would inflict me, causing my feet to be shaken, and standing against my showing servitude to You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدِي لَعَلَّكَ عَنْ بَابِكَ طَرَدْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "sayyidi la`allaka `an babika taradtani",
          "translation": "O my Master, perhaps You have pushed me away from Your door"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَنْ خِدْمَتِكَ نَحَّيْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa `an khidmatika nahhaytani",
          "translation": "and You have dismissed me from Your service!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَوْ لَعَلَّكَ رَأَيْتَنِي مُسْتَخِفّاً بِحَقِّكَ فَأَقْصَيْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "aw la`allaka ra'aytani mustakhiffan bihaqqika fa'aqsaytani",
          "translation": "Or, perhaps, You have noticed that I belittled the duties that You have made incumbent upon me, and You thus set me aside!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَوْ لَعَلَّكَ رَأَيْتَنِي مُعْرِضاً عَنْكَ فَقَلَيْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "aw la`allaka ra'aytani mu`ridan `anka faqalaytani",
          "translation": "Or, perhaps, You have seen me turning away from You and thus You have turned away from me!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَوْ لَعَلَّكَ وَجَدْتَنِي فِي مَقَامِ ٱلْكَاذِبِينَ فَرَفَضْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "aw la`allaka wajadtani fi maqami alkadhibina farafadtani",
          "translation": "Or, perhaps, You have found me in the manner of the liars and thus You have rejected me!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَوْ لَعَلَّكَ رَأَيْتَنِي غَيْرَ شَاكِرٍ لِنَعْمَائِكَ فَحَرَمْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "aw la`allaka ra'aytani ghayra shakirin lina`ma'ika faharamtani",
          "translation": "Or, perhaps, You have observed me showing no gratitude for Your graces and thus You have deprived me of them!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَوْ لَعَلَّكَ فَقَدْتَنِي مِنْ مَجَالِسِ ٱلْعُلَمَاءِ فَخَذَلْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "aw la`allaka faqadtani min majalisi al`ulama'i fakhadhaltani",
          "translation": "Or, perhaps, You have not found me in the meetings of the scholars and thus You have let me down!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَوْ لَعَلَّكَ رَأَيْتَنِي فِي ٱلْغَافِلِينَ فَمِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ آيَسْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "aw la`allaka ra'aytani filghafilina famin rahmatika ayastani",
          "translation": "Or, perhaps, You have seen me among the inattentive ones and thus You have made me despair of Your mercy!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَوْ لَعَلَّكَ رَأَيْتَنِي آلِفَ مَجَالِسِ ٱلْبَطَّالِينَ فَبَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُمْ خَلَّيْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "aw la`allaka ra'aytani alafu majalisa albattalina fabayni wa baynahum khallaytani",
          "translation": "Or, perhaps, You have found me fond of the sessions of the wrongdoers and thus You have referred me to them!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَوْ لَعَلَّكَ لَمْ تُحِبَّ أَنْ تَسْمَعَ دُعَائِي فَبَاعَدْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "aw la`allaka lam tuhibba an tasma`a du`a'i faba`adtani",
          "translation": "Or, perhaps, You have not willed to hear my prayers and thus You have kept me away from You!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَوْ لَعَلَّكَ بِجُرْمِي وَجَرِيرَتِي كَافَيْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "aw la`allaka bijurmi wa jarirati kafaytani",
          "translation": "Or, perhaps, You have punished me for my offenses and sins!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَوْ لَعَلَّكَ بِقِلَّةِ حَيَائِي مِنْكَ جَازَيْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "aw la`allaka biqillati haya'i minka jazaytani",
          "translation": "Or, perhaps, You have penalized me for my shamelessness!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَإِنْ عَفَوْتَ يَا رَبِّ فَطَالَمَا عَفَوْتَ عَنِ ٱلْمُذْنِبِينَ قَبْلِي",
          "transliteration": "fa'in `afawta ya rabbi fatalama `afawta `an almudhnibina qabli",
          "translation": "If You forgive me, O Lord, then You have occasionally forgiven the sinners like me,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لأَنَّ كَرَمَكَ أَيْ رَبِّ يَجِلُّ عَنْ مُكَافَاةِ ٱلْمُقَصِّرِينَ",
          "transliteration": "li'anna karamaka ay rabbi yajillu `an mukafati almuqassirina",
          "translation": "because Your compassion, O my Lord, is too great to be compared to the punishment of the negligent."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَا عَائِذٌ بِفَضْلِكَ هَارِبٌ مِنْكَ إِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ana `a'idhun bifadlika haribun minka ilayka",
          "translation": "I am now seeking refuge with Your generosity and fleeing for You to You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مُتَنَجِّزٌ مَا وَعَدْتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّفْحِ عَمَّنْ أَحْسَنَ بِكَ ظَنّاً",
          "transliteration": "mutanajjizun ma wa`adta min alssafhi `amman ahsana bika zannan",
          "translation": "hoping for the promise that You have taken as regards pardoning those who have good idea about You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي أَنْتَ أَوْسَعُ فَضْلاً",
          "transliteration": "ilahi anta awsa`u fadlan",
          "translation": "O my God, You are too expansive in favor"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَعْظَمُ حِلْماً مِنْ أَنْ تُقَايِسَنِي بِعَمَلِي",
          "transliteration": "wa a`zamu hilman min an tuqayisani bi`amali",
          "translation": "and too great in forbearance to punish me for my deed"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَوْ أَنْ تَسْتَزِلَّنِي بِخَطِيئَتِي",
          "transliteration": "aw an tastazillani bikhati'ati",
          "translation": "or to chastise me for my sin."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَا أَنَا يَا سَيِّدِي وَمَا خَطَرِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ma ana ya sayyidi wa ma khatari",
          "translation": "What am I? O Master! What is my weight?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "هَبْنِي بِفَضْلِكَ سَيِّدِي",
          "transliteration": "habni bifadlika sayyidi",
          "translation": "Excuse me out of Your favor, O my Master,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَصَدَّقْ عَلَيَّ بِعَفْوِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa tasaddaq `alayya bi`afwika",
          "translation": "act to me charitably our of Your pardon,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَجَلِّلْنِي بِسِتْرِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa jallilni bisitrika",
          "translation": "cover me with Your covering,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱعْفُ عَنْ تَوْبِيخِي بِكَرَمِ وَجْهِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa`fu `an tawbikhi bikarami wajhika",
          "translation": "and let off chiding me out of the liberality of Your Face."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدِي أَنَا ٱلصَّغِيرُ ٱلَّذِي رَبَّيْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "sayyidi ana alssaghiru alladhi rabbaytahu",
          "translation": "O my Master! I am the little that You have brought up,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَا ٱلْجَاهِلُ ٱلَّذِي عَلَّمْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa ana aljahilu alladhi `allamtahu",
          "translation": "I am the ignorant that You have taught,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَا ٱلضَّالُّ ٱلَّذِي هَدَيْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa ana alddallu alladhi hadaytahu",
          "translation": "I am the straying that You have guided,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَا ٱلْوَضِيعُ ٱلَّذِي رَفَعْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa ana alwadi`u alladhi rafa`tahu",
          "translation": "I am the humble that You have given rise,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَا ٱلْخَائِفُ ٱلَّذِي آمَنْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa ana alkha'ifu alladhi amantahu",
          "translation": "I am the afraid that You have given security,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْجَائِعُ ٱلَّذِي أَشْبَعْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "walja'i`u alladhi ashba`tahu",
          "translation": "I am the hungry that You have satiated,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْعَطْشَانُ ٱلَّذِي أَرْوَيْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wal`atshanu alladhi arwaytahu",
          "translation": "I am the thirsty that You have watered,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْعَارِي ٱلَّذِي كَسَوْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wal`ari alladhi kasawtahu",
          "translation": "I am the naked that You have dressed,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْفَقِيرُ ٱلَّذِي أَغْنَيْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "walfaqiru alladhi aghnaytahu",
          "translation": "I am the poor that You have given affluence,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلضَّعِيفُ ٱلَّذِي قَوَّيْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "waldda`ifu alladhi qawwaytahu",
          "translation": "I am the weak that You have strengthened,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلذَّلِيلُ ٱلَّذِي أَعْزَزْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "waldhdhalilu alladhi a`zaztahu",
          "translation": "I am the lowly that You have given might,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلسَّقِيمُ ٱلَّذِي شَفَيْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "walssaqimu alladhi shafaytahu",
          "translation": "I am the ill that You have cured,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلسَّائِلُ ٱلَّذِي أَعْطَيْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "walssa'ilu alladhi a`taytahu",
          "translation": "I am the beggar that You have donated,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْمُذْنِبُ ٱلَّذِي سَتَرْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "walmudhnibu alladhi satartahu",
          "translation": "I am the sinner that You have covered,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْخَاطِئُ ٱلَّذِي أَقَلْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "walkhati'u alladhi aqaltahu",
          "translation": "I am the guilty that You have excused,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَا ٱلْقَلِيلُ ٱلَّذِي كَثَّرْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa ana alqalilu alladhi kaththartahu",
          "translation": "I am the valueless that You have evaluated,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفُ ٱلَّذِي نَصَرْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "walmustad`afu alladhi nasartahu",
          "translation": "I am the helpless that You have backed,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَا ٱلطَّرِيدُ ٱلَّذِي آوَيْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa ana alttaridu alladhi awaytahu",
          "translation": "and I am the expelled that You have boarded."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنَا يَا رَبِّ ٱلَّذِي لَمْ أَسْتَحْيِكَ فِي ٱلْخَلاَءِ",
          "transliteration": "ana ya rabbi alladhi lam astahyika fi alkhala'i",
          "translation": "I am, O my Lord, the one who has not felt ashamed of You in secrets"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَمْ أُرَاقِبْكَ فِي ٱلْمَلاَءِ",
          "transliteration": "wa lam uraqibka fi almala'i",
          "translation": "and the one who has not considered Your watching over him in the public."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنَا صَاحِبُ ٱلدَّوَاهِي ٱلْعُظْمَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "ana sahibu alddawahi al`uzma",
          "translation": "I am the committer of the grave transgressions,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنَا ٱلَّذِي عَلَىٰ سَيِّدِهِ ٱجْتَرأَ",
          "transliteration": "ana alladhi `ala sayyidihi ijtara'a",
          "translation": "I am the one who challenged his Master,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنَا ٱلَّذِي عَصَيْتُ جَبَّارَ ٱلسَّمَاءِ",
          "transliteration": "ana alladhi `asaytu jabbara alssama'a",
          "translation": "I am the one who disobeyed the All-great of the heavens,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنَا ٱلَّذِي أَعْطَيْتُ عَلَىٰ مَعَاصِي ٱلْجَلِيلِ ٱلرِّشَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "ana alladhi a`taytu `ala ma`asi aljalili alrrisha",
          "translation": "I am the one who has given bribes violating the laws of the All-lofty Lord,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنَا ٱلَّذِي حِينَ بُشِّرْتُ بِهَا خَرَجْتُ إِلَيْهَا أَسْعَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "ana alladhi hina bushshirtu biha kharajtu ilayha as`a",
          "translation": "I am the one who has been delighted for committing such sins,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنَا ٱلَّذِي أَمْهَلْتَنِي فَمَا ٱرْعَوَيْتُ",
          "transliteration": "ana alladhi amhaltani fama ir`awaytu",
          "translation": "I am the one who, although You have respited, has not cared,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسَتَرْتَ عَلَيَّ فَمَا ٱسْتَحْيَيْتُ",
          "transliteration": "wa satarta `alayya fama istahyaytu",
          "translation": "I am the one whom, although You have covered him, has not felt ashamed,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَمِلْتُ بِٱلْمَعَاصِي فَتَعَدَّيْتُ",
          "transliteration": "wa `amiltu bilma`asi fata`addaytu",
          "translation": "who committed so many acts of disobedience that he has violated (all terms),"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَسْقَطْتَنِي مِنْ عَيْنِكَ فَمَا بَالَيْتُ",
          "transliteration": "wa asqattani min `aynika fama balaytu",
          "translation": "and who, although You have disregarded, has not minded."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَبِحِلْمِكَ أَمْهَلْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "fabihilmika amhaltani",
          "translation": "So, out of Your forbearance have You given me respite."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِسِتْرِكَ سَتَرْتَنِي حَتَّىٰ كَأَنَّكَ أَغْفَلْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa bisitrika satartani hatta ka'annaka aghfaltani",
          "translation": "You have concealed (my faults) with Your untouchable concealment as if You have been unaware of my acts."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمِنْ عُقُوبَاتِ ٱلْمَعَاصِي جَنَّبْتَنِي حَتَّىٰ كَأَنَّكَ ٱسْتَحْيَيْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa min `uqubati alma`asi jannabtani hatta ka'annaka istahyaytani",
          "translation": "You have not applied to me the punishments of committing acts of disobedience (to You) as if You are ashamed to face me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي لَمْ أَعْصِكَ حِينَ عَصَيْتُكَ وَأَنَا بِرُبُوبِيَّتِكَ جَاحِدٌ",
          "transliteration": "ilahi lam a`sika hina `asaytuka wa ana birububiyyatika jahidun",
          "translation": "O my God, as I disobeyed You, I have never denied Your Lordship,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ بِأَمْرِكَ مُسْتَخِفٌّ",
          "transliteration": "wa la bi-amrika mustakhiffun",
          "translation": "have never belittled Your ordains,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ لِعُقُوبَتِكَ مُتَعَرِّضٌ",
          "transliteration": "wa la li`uqubatika muta`arridun",
          "translation": "have never wished for exposing myself to Your chastisement,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ لِوَعِيدِكَ مُتَهَاوِنٌ",
          "transliteration": "wa la liwa`idika mutahawinun",
          "translation": "and have never disparaged Your threat."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لَكِنْ خَطِيئَةٌ عَرَضَتْ وَسَوَّلَتْ لِي نَفْسِي",
          "transliteration": "lakin khati'atun `aradat wa sawwalat li nafsi",
          "translation": "Nevertheless, sins showed themselves desirable before me, my self commended to me,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَغَلَبَنِي هَوَايَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ghalabani hawaya",
          "translation": "my whim overwhelmed me,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَعَانَنِي عَلَيْهَا شِقْوَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa a`anani `alayha shiqwati",
          "translation": "my impudence helped me accordingly,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَغَرَّنِي سِتْرُكَ ٱلْمُرْخَىٰ عَلَيَّ",
          "transliteration": "wa gharrani sitruka almurkha `alayya",
          "translation": "and I have been deceived by Your covering that You have laid on me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَقَدْ عَصَيْتُكَ وَخَالَفْتُكَ بِجُهْدِي",
          "transliteration": "faqad `asaytuka wa khalaftuka bijuhdi",
          "translation": "So, I have exerted efforts in violating Your orders and disobeying You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَٱلآنَ مِنْ عَذَابِكَ مَنْ يَسْتَنْقِذُنِي",
          "transliteration": "fal'ana min `adhabika man yastanqidhuni",
          "translation": "Now, who can ever save me from Your chastisement?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمِنْ أَيْدِي ٱلْخُصَمَاءِ غَداً مَنْ يُخَلِّصُنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa min aydi alkhusama'i ghadan man yukhallisuni",
          "translation": "Tomorrow, who can save me from the hands of my rivals?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِحَبْلِ مَنْ أَتَّصِلُ إِنْ أَنْتَ قَطَعْتَ حَبْلَكَ عَنِّي",
          "transliteration": "wa bihabli man attasilu in anta qata`ta hablaka `anni",
          "translation": "Whose rope will I catch if You cut off the rope between You and me?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَوَاسَوْأَتَا عَلَىٰ مَا أَحْصَىٰ كِتَابُكَ مِنْ عَمَلِي",
          "transliteration": "fa wa saw'ata `ala ma ahsa kitabuka min `amaliya alladhi",
          "translation": "Shame on me for my evildoings that Your Book has recorded."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ٱلَّذِي لَوْلاَ مَا أَرْجُو مِنْ كَرَمِكَ وَسَعَةِ رَحْمَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "lawla ma arju min karamika wa sa`ati rahmatika",
          "translation": "Had it not been for Your generosity, the breadth of Your mercy,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَنَهْيِكَ إِيَّايَ عَنِ ٱلَّذِي لْقُنُوطِ لَقَنَطْتُ عِنْدَمَا أَتَذَكَّرُهَا",
          "transliteration": "wa nahyika iyyaya `an alqunuti laqanattu `indama atadhakkaruha",
          "translation": "and Your warning me against being desperate—the matters that I hopefully depend on, I would have despaired whenever I remember my sins."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا خَيْرَ مَنْ دَعَاهُ دَاعٍ",
          "transliteration": "ya khayra man da`ahu da`in",
          "translation": "O Greatest Besought Who has been ever besought!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَفْضَلَ مَنْ رَجَاهُ رَاجٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa afdala man rajahu rajin",
          "translation": "O Most Favorable Hoped!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ بِذِمَّةِ ٱلإِسْلاَمِ أَتَوَسَّلُ إِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma bidhimmati al-islami atawassalu ilayka",
          "translation": "O Allah! I beseech You in the name of the liability of Islam,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِحُرْمَةِ ٱلْقُرْآنِ أَعْتَمِدُ عَلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa bihurmati alqur'ani a`tamidu `alayka",
          "translation": "I rely upon You in the name of the sanctity of the Qur’an,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِحُبِّي ٱلنَّبِيَّ ٱلأُمِّيَّ",
          "transliteration": "wa bihubbi alnnabiyya al-ummiyya",
          "translation": "in the name of my love for the Prophet; the Ummi (inhabitant of Mecca),"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ٱلْقُرَشِيَّ ٱلْهَاشِمِيَّ",
          "transliteration": "alqurashiyya alhashimiyya",
          "translation": "the Qurayshite, the Hashemite,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ٱلْعَرَبِيَّ ٱلتُّهَامِيَّ",
          "transliteration": "al`arabiyya alttuhamiyya",
          "translation": "the Arab, the Tuhamite,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ٱلْمَكِّيَّ ٱلْمَدَنِيَّ",
          "transliteration": "almakkiyya almadaniyya",
          "translation": "the Meccan, and the Madanite,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَرْجُو ٱلزُّلْفَةَ لَدَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "arju alzzulfata ladayka",
          "translation": "I hope for proximity to You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَلاَ تُوحِشِ ٱسْتِينَاسَ إِيـمَانِي",
          "transliteration": "fala tuhish isti'nasa imani",
          "translation": "So, do not disturb my familiarity with faith"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تَجْعَلْ ثَوَابِي ثَوَابَ مَنْ عَبَدَ سِوَاكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la taj`al thawabi thawaba man `abada siwaka",
          "translation": "and do not make my reward the same as reward given to those who serve one other than You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَإِنَّ قَوْماً آمَنُوٱ بِأَلْسِنَتِهِمْ لِيَحْقِنُوٱ بِهِ دِمَاءَهُمْ",
          "transliteration": "fa'inna qawman amanu bi'alsinatihim liyahqinu bihi dima'ahum",
          "translation": "Certainly, some people outwardly declared the faith so that they could prevent their blood from being shed."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَأَدْرَكُوٱ مَا أَمَّلُوٱ",
          "transliteration": "fa'adraku ma ammalu",
          "translation": "However, they attained their goals."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِنَّا آمَنَّا بِكَ بِأَلْسِنَتِنَا وَقُلُوبِنَا لِتَعْفُوَ عَنَّا",
          "transliteration": "wa'inna amanna bika bi'alsinatina wa qulubina lita`fuwa `anna",
          "translation": "We have believed in You by heart and tongue so that You may excuse us."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَأَدْرِكْنَا مَا أَمَّلْنَا",
          "transliteration": "fa'adrikna ma ammalna",
          "translation": "Hence, make us attain our goals,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَثَبِّتْ رَجَاءَكَ فِي صُدُورِنَا",
          "transliteration": "wa thabbit raja'aka fi sudurina",
          "translation": "make firm our hope for You in our hearts,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا",
          "transliteration": "wa la tuzigh qulubana ba`da idh hadaytana",
          "translation": "make not our hearts to deviate after You have guided us aright,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَهَبْ لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً",
          "transliteration": "wa hab lana min ladunka rahmatan",
          "translation": "and grant us from You mercy."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ ٱلْوَهَّابُ",
          "transliteration": "innaka anta alwahhabu",
          "translation": "Surely, You are the most liberal Giver."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَوَعِزَّتِكَ لَوِ ٱنْتَهَرْتَنِي مَا بَرِحْتُ مِنْ بَابِكَ",
          "transliteration": "fawa`izzatika law intahartani ma barihtu min babika",
          "translation": "By Your Majesty I swear, O my Lord, even if You chide me, I shall never leave Your Door"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ كَفَفْتُ عَنْ تَمَلُّقِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la kafaftu `an tamalluqika",
          "translation": "and I shall never stop flattering You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لِمَا أُلْهِمَ قَلْبِي مِنَ ٱلْمَعْرِفَةِ بِكَرَمِكَ وَسَعَةِ رَحْمَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "lima ulhima qalbi min alma`rifati bikaramika wa sa`ati rahmatika",
          "translation": "This is because I have full acquaintance with Your (indescribable) generosity and bounty."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلَىٰ مَنْ يَذْهَبُ ٱلْعَبْدُ إِلاَّ إِلَىٰ مَوْلاهُ",
          "transliteration": "ila man yadhhabu al`abdul illa ila mawlahu",
          "translation": "To whom may a servant go save to his Lord?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِلَىٰ مَنْ يَلْتَجِئُ ٱلْمَخْلُوقُ إِلاَّ إِلَىٰ خَالِقِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa ila man yaltaji'u almakhluqu illa ila khaliqihi",
          "translation": "To whom may a mortal resort save to his Creator?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي لَوْ قَرَنْتَنِي بِٱلأَصْفَادِ",
          "transliteration": "ilahi law qarantani bil-asfadi",
          "translation": "O my God, even if You tie me with chains,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَنَعْتَنِي سَيْبَكَ مِنْ بَيْنِ ٱلأَشْهَادِ",
          "transliteration": "wa mana`tani saybaka min bayni al-ashhadi",
          "translation": "deprive me of the stream of Your bounties in the presence of people,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَدَلَلْتَ عَلَىٰ فَضَائِحِي عُيُونَ ٱلْعِبَادِ",
          "transliteration": "wa dalalta `ala fada'ihi `uyuna al`ibadi",
          "translation": "divulge all my scandalous acts before the eyes of all Your servants,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَمَرْتَ بِي إِلَىٰ ٱلنَّارِ",
          "transliteration": "wa amarta bi ila alnnari",
          "translation": "order me to Hell,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَحُلْتَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ ٱلأَبْرَارِ",
          "transliteration": "wa hulta bayni wa bayna al-abrari",
          "translation": "and prevent me from communicating the Pious ones,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَا قَطَعْتُ رَجَائِي مِنْكَ",
          "transliteration": "ma qata`tu raja'i minka",
          "translation": "(in spite of all that) I will never stop hoping for You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَا صَرَفْتُ تَأْمِيلِي لِلْعَفْوِ عَنْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ma saraftu ta'mili lil`afwi `anka",
          "translation": "I will never stop expecting Your pardon,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ خَرَجَ حُبُّكَ مِنْ قَلْبِي",
          "transliteration": "wa la kharaja hubbuka min qalbi",
          "translation": "and Your love will never exit my heart."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنَا لاَ أَنْسَىٰ أَيَادِيَكَ عِنْدِي",
          "transliteration": "ana la ansa ayadiyaka `indi",
          "translation": "I never forget Your graces that I enjoy"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسِتْرَكَ عَلَيَّ فِي دَارِ ٱلدُّنْيَا",
          "transliteration": "wa sitraka `alayya fi dari alddunya",
          "translation": "and Your having concealed my defects in the worldly abode."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدِي أَخْرِجْ حُبَّ ٱلدُّنْيَا مِنْ قَلْبِي",
          "transliteration": "sayyidi akhrij hubba alddunya min qalbi",
          "translation": "O my Master, (please) expel love for the world out of my heart,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْمَعْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ ٱلْمُصْطَفَىٰ وَآلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa ijma` bayni wa bayna almustafa wa alihi",
          "translation": "join me with the Divinely-chosen Prophet and his Household,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "خِيَرَتِكَ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ وَخَاتَمِ ٱلنَّبِيِّينَ",
          "transliteration": "khiyaratika min khalqika wa khatami alnnabiyyina",
          "translation": "the choicest of Your creatures and the seal of the Prophets:"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَىٰ آلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "muhammadin salla allahu `alyhi wa alihi",
          "translation": "Muhammad, blessings of Allah be on him and on his Household."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱنْقُلْنِي إِلَىٰ دَرَجَةِ ٱلتَّوْبَةِ إِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wanqulni ila darajati alttawbati ilayka",
          "translation": "Move me to the rank of repentance with You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَعِنِّي بِٱلْبُكَاءِ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِي فَقَدْ أَفْنَيْتُ عُمْرِي",
          "transliteration": "wa a`inni bilbuka'i `ala nafsi faqad afnaytu `umuri",
          "translation": "help me weep for myself after I have come upon the last of my age,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَدْ نَزَلْتُ مَنْزِلَةَ ٱلآيِسِينَ مِنْ خَيْرِي",
          "transliteration": "wa qad nazaltu manzilata al-ayisina min khayri",
          "translation": "being in the manner of those who despair of any self-decency."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَمَنْ يَكُونُ أَسْوَأَ حَالاً مِنِّي",
          "transliteration": "faman yakunu aswa'a halan minni",
          "translation": "Who is then worse than I am"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِنْ أَنَا نُقِلْتُ عَلَىٰ مِثْلِ حَالِي",
          "transliteration": "in ana nuqiltu `ala mithli hali ila qabrin",
          "translation": "when I, such being my case, will be taken to a grave"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلَىٰ قَبْرٍ لَمْ أُمَهِّدْهُ لِرَقْدَتِي",
          "transliteration": "lam umahhid-hu liraqdati",
          "translation": "that I have neither paved for my long stay"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَمْ أَفْرُشْهُ بِٱلْعَمَلِ ٱلصَّالِحِ لِضَجْعَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa lam afrishhu bil`amali alssalihi lidaj`ati",
          "translation": "nor furnished with righteous deed for my extended abode."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَا لِي لاَ أَبْكِي",
          "transliteration": "wa mali la abki",
          "translation": "Why should I not weep"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ أَدْرِي إِلَىٰ مَا يَكُونُ مَصِيرِي",
          "transliteration": "wa la adri ila ma yakunu masiri",
          "translation": "while I do not know what my destiny will be?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَرَىٰ نَفْسِي تُخَادِعُنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ara nafsi tukhadi`uni",
          "translation": "And while I notice that my self is cheating me,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَيَّامِي تُخَاتِلُنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ayyami tukhatiluni",
          "translation": "my days are deceiving me,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَدْ خَفَقَتْ عِنْدَ رَأْسِي أَجْنِحَةُ ٱلْمَوْتِ",
          "transliteration": "wa qad khafaqat `inda ra'si ajnihatu almawti",
          "translation": "and the wings of death are fluttering over my head."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَمَا لِي لاَ أَبْكِي",
          "transliteration": "famali la abki",
          "translation": "So, why should I not weep?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَبْكِي لِخُرُوجِ نَفْسِي",
          "transliteration": "abki likhuruji nafsi",
          "translation": "I weep for my soul’s departing my body."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَبْكِي لِظُلْمَةِ قَبْرِي",
          "transliteration": "abki lizulmati qabri",
          "translation": "I weep for the darkness of my grave."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَبْكِي لِضِيقِ لَحْدِي",
          "transliteration": "abki lidiqi lahdi",
          "translation": "I weep for the narrowness of my vault."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَبْكِي لِسُؤَالِ مُنْكَرٍ وَنَكِيرٍ إِيَّايَ",
          "transliteration": "abki lisu'ali munkarin wa nakirin iyyaya",
          "translation": "I weep for Munkar and Nakir (the two angels interrogating in graves) being interrogating me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَبْكِي لِخُرُوجِي مِنْ قَبْرِي عُرْيَاناً ذَلِيلاً",
          "transliteration": "abki likhuruji min qabri `uryanan dhalilan",
          "translation": "I weep for my coming out of my grave (on the Resurrection Day) naked, humiliated,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "حَامِلاً ثِقْلِي عَلَىٰ ظَهْرِي",
          "transliteration": "hamilan thiqli `ala zahri",
          "translation": "carrying my burdens on my back,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنْظُرُ مَرَّةً عَنْ يَمِينِي وَأُخْرَىٰ عَنْ شِمَالِي",
          "transliteration": "anzuru marratan `an yamini wa ukhra `an shimali",
          "translation": "distributing my sights to my right and my left."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِذِ ٱلْخَلائِقُ فِي شَأْنٍ غَيْرِ شَأْنِي",
          "transliteration": "idh alkhala'iqu fi sha'nin ghayri sha'ni",
          "translation": "Behold! The creatures will each be engaged with matters other than mine."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "”لِكُلِّ ٱمْرِئٍ مِنْهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ شَأْنٌ يُغْنِيهِ“",
          "transliteration": "likulli imri'in minhum yawma'idhin sha'nun yughnihi",
          "translation": "Every man that day will have concern enough to make him heedless of others."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "”وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُسْفِرَةٌ ضَاحِكَةٌ مُسْتَبْشِرَةٌ",
          "transliteration": "wujuhun yawma'idhin musfiratun dahikatun mustabshiratun",
          "translation": "Many faces on that day shall be bright, laughing, joyous."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَوُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَلَيْهَا غَبَرَةٌ تَرْهَقُهَا قَتَرَةٌ“ وَذِلَّةٌ",
          "transliteration": "wa wujuhun yawma'idhin `alayha ghabaratun tarhaquha qataratun wa dhillatun",
          "translation": "And many faces on that day, on them shall be dust. Darkness, and humiliation shall cover them."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدِي عَلَيْكَ مُعَوَّلِي وَمُعْتَمَدِي",
          "transliteration": "sayyidi `alayka mu`awwali wa mu`tamadi",
          "translation": "O my Master, on You I depend and rely."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَرَجَائِي وَتَوَكُّلِي",
          "transliteration": "wa raja'i wa tawakkuli",
          "translation": "In You I put my hope and faith."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِرَحْمَتِكَ تَعَلُّقِي",
          "transliteration": "wa birahmatika ta`alluqi",
          "translation": "To Your mercy I hang."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "تُصِيبُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ مَنْ تَشَاءُ",
          "transliteration": "tusibu birahmatika man tasha'u",
          "translation": "You direct Your mercy towards whomsoever You like"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَهْدِي بِكَرَامَتِكَ مَنْ تُحِبُّ",
          "transliteration": "wa tahdi bikaramatika man tuhibbu",
          "translation": "and You guide, out of Your honoring, whomsoever You will."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَلَكَ ٱلْحَمْدُ عَلَىٰ مَا نَقَّيْتَ مِنَ ٱلشِّرْكِ قَلْبِي",
          "transliteration": "falaka alhamdu `ala ma naqqayta min alshshirki qalbi",
          "translation": "So, all praise be to You for You have purified my heart from polytheism."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَكَ ٱلْحَمْدُ عَلَىٰ بَسْطِ لِسَانِي",
          "transliteration": "wa laka alhamdu `ala basti lisani",
          "translation": "All praise be to You for You have made my tongue express utterly."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَفَبِلِسَانِي هٰذَا ٱلْكَالِّ أَشْكُرُكَ",
          "transliteration": "afabilisani hadha alkalli ashkuruka",
          "translation": "How can I praise You properly while my tongue is too short to do so?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَمْ بِغَايَةِ جُهْدِي فِي عَمَلِي أُرْضِيكَ",
          "transliteration": "am bighayati juhdi fi `amali urdika",
          "translation": "How can I please You while the extent of my efforts is too short to do so?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَا قَدْرُ لِسَانِي يَا رَبِّ فِي جَنْبِ شُكْرِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ma qadru lisani ya rabbi fi janbi shukrika",
          "translation": "What extent can my tongue reach if compared to the limitless extent of thanking You?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَا قَدْرُ عَمَلِي فِي جَنْبِ نِعَمِكَ وَإِحْسَانِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ma qadru `amali fi janbi ni`amika wa ihsanika",
          "translation": "What amount can my efforts reach if compared to the limitless amount of Your graces and favors?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي إِنَّ جُودَكَ بَسَطَ أَمَلِي",
          "transliteration": "ilahi inna judaka basata amali",
          "translation": "O my God! It is certainly Your benevolence that has given me hope."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَشُكْرَكَ قَبِلَ عَمَلِي",
          "transliteration": "wa shukraka qabila `amali",
          "translation": "It is my thanks to You that have granted approval for my deeds."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدِي إِلَيْكَ رَغْبَتِي",
          "transliteration": "sayyidi ilayka raghbati",
          "translation": "O my Master, for You do I desire,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِلَيْكَ رَهْبَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ilayka rahbati",
          "translation": "You do I fear,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِلَيْكَ تَأْمِيلِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ilayka ta'mili",
          "translation": "and to You do I look forward."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَدْ سَاقَنِي إِلَيْكَ أَمَلِي",
          "transliteration": "wa qad saqani ilayka amali",
          "translation": "It is my hope that has driven me towards You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَلَيْكَ يَا وَاحِدِي عَكَفَتْ هِمَّتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa `alayka ya wahidi `akaftu himmati",
          "translation": "To You, O my One and Only God, do I direct my determination."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَفِيمَا عِنْدَكَ ٱنْبَسَطَتْ رَغْبَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa fima `indaka inbasatat raghbati",
          "translation": "Towards what You have in possession are my desires directed."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَكَ خَالِصُ رَجَائِي وَخَوْفِي",
          "transliteration": "wa laka khalisu raja'i wa khawfi",
          "translation": "For You is the ultimate of my hope and fear."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِكَ أَنِسَتْ مَحَبَّتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa bika anisat mahabbati",
          "translation": "With You have I become familiar."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِلَيْكَ أَلْقَيْتُ بِيَدِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ilayka alqaytu biyadi",
          "translation": "To You have I submitted my hand."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِحَبْلِ طَاعَتِكَ مَدَدْتُ رَهْبَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa bihabli ta`atika madadtu rahbati",
          "translation": "To the rope of obedience to You have I extended my fears."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا مَوْلايَ بِذِكْرِكَ عَاشَ قَلْبِي",
          "transliteration": "ya mawlaya bidhikrika `asha qalbi",
          "translation": "O my Master, only through mentioning You have my heart lived."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِمُنَاجَاتِكَ بَرَّدْتُ أَلَمَ ٱلْخَوْفِ عَنِّي",
          "transliteration": "wa bimunajatika barradtu alama alkhawfi `anni",
          "translation": "Only through my confidential conversations with You have I cooled the pains of my fear."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَيَا مَوْلايَ وَيَا مُؤَمَّلِي وَيَا مُنْتَهَىٰ سُؤْلِي",
          "transliteration": "faya mawlaya wa ya mu'ammali wa ya muntaha su'li",
          "translation": "So, O my Master! O my Trusty Patron! O Ultimate Hope!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَرِّقْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ ذَنْبِيَ ٱلْمَانِعِ لِي مِنْ لُزُومِ طَاعَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "farriq bayni wa bayna dhanbiya almani`i li min luzumi ta`atika",
          "translation": "Separate me from my transgressions which prevent me from adhering to the obedience to You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَإِنَّمَا أَسْأَلُكَ لِقَدِيمِ ٱلرَّجَاءِ فِيكَ",
          "transliteration": "fa'innama as'aluka liqadimi alrraja'i fika",
          "translation": "I only pray You on account of my eternal faith in You"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَظِيمِ ٱلطَّمَعِ مِنْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa `azimi alttama`i minka",
          "translation": "and my desire for Your mercy and kindness"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ٱلَّذِي أَوْجَبْتَهُ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِكَ مِنَ ٱلرَّأْفَةِ وَٱلرَّحْمَةِ",
          "transliteration": "alladhi awjabtahu `ala nafsika min alrra'fati walrrahmati",
          "translation": "that You have made incumbent upon Yourself."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَٱلأَمْرُ لَكَ وَحْدَكَ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَكَ",
          "transliteration": "fal-amru laka wahdaka la sharika laka",
          "translation": "So, the whole affair is Yours alone. There is no partner with You at all."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْخَلْقُ كُلُّهُمْ عِيَالُكَ وَفِي قَبْضَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "walkhalqu kulluhum `iyaluka wa fi qabdatika",
          "translation": "All the creatures are dependent upon You and are in Your grip."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ خَاضِعٌ لَكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa kullu shay'in khadi`un laka",
          "translation": "All things are submissive to You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "تَبَارَكْتَ يَا رَبَّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "tabarakta ya rabba al`alamina",
          "translation": "Blessed be You, O Lord of the worlds."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي ٱرْحَمْنِي إِذَا ٱنْقَطَعَتْ حُجَّتِي",
          "transliteration": "ilahi irhamni idha inqata`at hujjati",
          "translation": "O my God, have mercy on me when my argument is proven nil,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَكَلَّ عَنْ جَوَابِكَ لِسَانِي",
          "transliteration": "wa kalla `an jawabika lisani",
          "translation": "when my tongue can no longer find any answer,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَطَاشَ عِنْدَ سُؤَالِكَ إِيَّايَ لُبِّي",
          "transliteration": "wa tasha `inda su'alika iyyaya lubbi",
          "translation": "and when my mind scatters as soon as You start interrogating me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَيَا عَظِيمَ رَجَائِي لاَ تُخَيِّبْنِي إِذَا ٱشْتَدَّتْ فَاقَتِي",
          "transliteration": "faya `azima raja'i la tukhayyibni idha ishtaddat faqati",
          "translation": "So, O my great hope, do not forsake me when my need terribly increases,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تَرُدَّنِي لِجَهْلِي",
          "transliteration": "wa la taruddani lijahli",
          "translation": "do not reject me on account of my ignorance,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تَمْنَعْنِي لِقِلَّةِ صَبْرِي",
          "transliteration": "wa la tamna`ni liqillati sabri",
          "translation": "and do not stop conferring upon me on account of my lack of patience."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَعْطِنِي لِفَقْرِي",
          "transliteration": "a`tini lifaqri",
          "translation": "Grant me for I am poor."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱرْحَمْنِي لِضَعْفِي",
          "transliteration": "warhamni lida`fi",
          "translation": "Have mercy upon me for I am weak."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدِي عَلَيْكَ مُعْتَمَدِي وَمُعَوَّلِي",
          "transliteration": "sayyidi `alayka mu`tamadi wa mu`awwali",
          "translation": "O my Master, on You do I rely and lean."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَرَجَائِي وَتَوَكُّلِي",
          "transliteration": "wa raja'i wa tawakkuli",
          "translation": "You are my hope, and in You do I have faith."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِرَحْمَتِكَ تَعَلُّقِي",
          "transliteration": "wa birahmatika ta`alluqi",
          "translation": "To Your mercy do I attach myself."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِفِنَائِكَ أَحُطُّ رَحْلِي",
          "transliteration": "wa bifina'ika ahuttu rahli",
          "translation": "In Your courtyard do I dwell."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِجُودِكَ أَقْصِدُ طَلِبَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa bijudika aqsidu talibati",
          "translation": "On account of Your benevolence do I declare my request."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِكَرَمِكَ أَيْ رَبِّ أَسْتَفْتِحُ دُعَائِي",
          "transliteration": "wa bikaramika ay rabbi astaftihu du`a'i",
          "translation": "With Your generosity, O my Lord, do I begin my prayers."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَدَيْكَ أَرْجُو فَاقَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ladayka arju faqati",
          "translation": "With You do I desire for meeting my needs."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِغِنَاكَ أَجْبُرُ عَيْلَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa bighinaka ajburu `aylati",
          "translation": "Through Your wealth do I settle my poverty."
        },

          "arabic": "وَتَحْتَ ظِلِّ عَفْوِكَ قِيَامِي",
          "transliteration": "wa tahta zilli `afwika qiyami",
          "translation": "Under the shade of Your pardon do I stand."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِلَىٰ جُودِكَ وَكَرَمِكَ أَرْفَعُ بَصَرِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ila judika wa karamika arfa`u basari",
          "translation": "Towards Your benevolence and generosity do I raise my sight."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِلَىٰ مَعْرُوفِكَ أُدِيمُ نَظَرِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ila ma`rufika udimu nazari",
          "translation": "I persistently look for Your favors;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَلاَ تُحْرِقْنِي بِٱلنَّارِ وَأَنْتَ مَوْضِعُ أَمَلِي",
          "transliteration": "fala tuhriqni bilnnari wa anta mawdi`u amali",
          "translation": "so, do not let the flames of the Fire consume me while You are my ultimate hope,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تُسْكِنِّي ٱلْهَاوِيَةَ فَإِنَّكَ قُرَّةُ عَيْنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa la tuskinni alhawiyata fa'innaka qurratu `ayni",
          "translation": "and do not embed me in the deep black abyss while You are the delight of my eyes."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا سَيِّدِي لاَ تُكَذِّبْ ظَنِّي بِإِحْسَانِكَ وَمَعْرُوفِكَ",
          "transliteration": "ya sayyidi la tukadhdhib zanni bi'ihsanika wa ma`rufika",
          "translation": "O my Master, do not thwart my idea about Your grace and favors,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَإِنَّكَ ثِقَتِي",
          "transliteration": "fa'innaka thiqati",
          "translation": "for in You I trust."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تَحْرِمْنِي ثَوَابَكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la tahrimni thawabaka",
          "translation": "Do not deprive me of Your rewards,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَإِنَّكَ ٱلْعَارِفُ بِفَقْرِي",
          "transliteration": "fa'innaka al`arifu bifaqri",
          "translation": "for You best know my poverty."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي إِنْ كَانَ قَدْ دَنَا أَجَلِي وَلَمْ يُقَرِّبْنِي مِنْكَ عَمَلِي",
          "transliteration": "ilahi in kana qad dana ajali wa lam yuqarribni minka `amali",
          "translation": "O my God, if my death is drawing near while my deeds have not yet drawn me near You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَقَدْ جَعَلْتُ ٱلإِعْتِرَافَ إِلَيْكَ بِذَنْبِي وَسَائِلَ عِلَلِي",
          "transliteration": "faqad ja`altu ali`tirafa ilayka bidhanbi wasa'ila `ilali",
          "translation": "then let my confession of having committed sins be my means of justification."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي إِنْ عَفَوْتَ فَمَنْ أَوْلَىٰ مِنْكَ بِٱلْعَفْوِ",
          "transliteration": "ilahi in `afawta faman awla minka bil`afwi",
          "translation": "O my God, if You forgive, then who is worthier than You in forgiveness?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِنْ عَذَّبْتَ فَمَنْ أَعْدَلُ مِنْكَ فِي ٱلْحُكْمِ",
          "transliteration": "wa in `adhdhabta faman a`dalu minka fi allhukmi",
          "translation": "And if You punish, then who is fairer than You in judgment?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ٱرْحَمْ فِي هٰذِهِ ٱلدُّنْيَا غُرْبَتِي",
          "transliteration": "irham fi hadhihi alddunya ghurbati",
          "translation": "Have mercy on my misery in this world,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعِنْدَ ٱلْمَوْتِ كُرْبَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa `inda almawti kurbati",
          "translation": "on my grief at the time of death,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَفِي ٱلْقَبْرِ وَحْدَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa fi alqabri wahdati",
          "translation": "on my loneliness in the grave,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَفِي ٱللَّحْدِ وَحْشَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa fi allahdi wahshati",
          "translation": "on my lonesomeness in the underground hole,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِذَا نُشِرْتُ لِلْحِسَابِ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ ذُلَّ مَوْقِفِي",
          "transliteration": "wa idha nushirtu lilhisabi bayna yadayka dhulla mawqifi",
          "translation": "and on my humiliating situation when I shall be resurrected for account before You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱغْفِرْ لِي مَا خَفِيَ عَلَىٰ ٱلآدَمِيِّينَ مِنْ عَمَلِي",
          "transliteration": "waghfir li ma khafiya `ala al-adamiyyina min `amali",
          "translation": "Forgive my deeds that have been concealed from the other human beings,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَدِمْ لِي مَا بِهِ سَتَرْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa adim li ma bihi satartani",
          "translation": "make permanent for me that on account of which You have covered my faults,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱرْحَمْنِي صَرِيعاً عَلَىٰ ٱلْفِرَاشِ تُقَلِّبُنِي أَيْدِي أَحِبَّتِي",
          "transliteration": "warhamni sari`an `ala alfirashi tuqallibuni aydi ahibbati",
          "translation": "have mercy on me when I am thrown on the death bed turned over at the hands of my dear ones,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَفَضَّلْ عَلَيَّ مَمْدُوداً عَلَىٰ ٱلْمُغْتَسَلِ يُقَلِّبُنِي صَالِحُ جِيرَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa tafaddal `alayya mamdudan `ala almughtasali yuqallibuni salihu jirati",
          "translation": "do a favor to me when I am laid on the table of the dead bathroom turned over at the hands of my righteous neighbors,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَحَنَّنْ عَلَيَّ مَحْمُولاً قَدْ تَنَاوَلَ ٱلأَقْرِبَاءُ أَطْرَافَ جِنَازَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa tahannan `alayya mahmulan qad tanawala al-aqriba'u atrafa janazati",
          "translation": "act kindly towards me when I am carried while my relatives hold the edges of my coffin,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَجُدْ عَلَيَّ مَنْقُولاً قَدْ نَزَلْتُ بِكَ وَحِيداً فِي حُفْرَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa jud `alayya manqulan qad nazaltu bika wahidan fi hufrati",
          "translation": "be generous with me when I am carried, alone, to my hole,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱرْحَمْ فِي ذٰلِكَ ٱلْبَيْتِ ٱلْجَدِيدِ غُرْبَتِي حَتَّىٰ لاَ أَسْتَأْنِسَ بِغَيْرِكَ",
          "transliteration": "warham fi dhalika albayti aljadidi ghurbati hatta la asta'nisa bighayrika",
          "translation": "have mercy on my loneliness in that (new) dwelling so that I will not feel at ease with anyone other than You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا سَيِّدِي إِنْ وَكَلْتَنِي إِلَىٰ نَفْسِي هَلَكْتُ",
          "transliteration": "ya sayyidi in wakaltani ila nafsi halaktu",
          "translation": "O my Master, if You leave me for myself, I will certainly perish."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدِي فَبِمَنْ أَسْتَغِيثُ إِنْ لَمْ تُقِلْنِي عَثْرَتِي",
          "transliteration": "sayyidi fabiman astaghithu in lam tuqilni `athrati",
          "translation": "O my Master, to whom will I resort if You do not overlook my slips?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَإِلَىٰ مَنْ أَفْزَعُ إِنْ فَقَدْتُ عِنَايَتَكَ فِي ضَجْعَتِي",
          "transliteration": "fa'ila man afza`u in faqadtu `inayataka fi daj`ati",
          "translation": "To whom will I run for help if I miss Your care for me in my stay (in grave)?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِلَىٰ مَنْ أَلْتَجِئُ إِنْ لَمْ تُنَفِّسْ كُرْبَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa'ila man altaji'u in lam tunaffis kurbati",
          "translation": "To whom will I refer if You do not relieve my grief?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدِي مَنْ لِي",
          "transliteration": "sayyidi man li",
          "translation": "O my Master! Who will be with me?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَنْ يَرْحَمُنِي إِنْ لَمْ تَرْحَمْنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa man yarhamuni in lam tarhamni",
          "translation": "Who will have mercy on me if You do not?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَفَضْلَ مَنْ أُؤَمِّلُ إِنْ عَدِمْتُ فَضْلَكَ يَوْمَ فَاقَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa fadla man u'ammilu in `adimtu fadlaka yawma faqati",
          "translation": "Whose favor will I expect if I miss Your favors on the day of my neediness?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِلَىٰ مَنِ ٱلْفِرَارُ مِنَ ٱلذُّنُوبِ إِذَا ٱنْقَضَىٰ أَجَلِي",
          "transliteration": "wa'ila man alfararu min aldhdhunubi idha inqada ajali",
          "translation": "To whom will I flee from my sins when my deadline comes?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدِي لاَ تُعَذِّبْنِي وَأَنَا أَرْجُوكَ",
          "transliteration": "sayyidi la tu`adhdhibni wa ana arjuka",
          "translation": "O my Master, do not punish me while I please You hopefully."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي حَقِّقْ رَجَائِي",
          "transliteration": "ilahi haqqiq raja'i",
          "translation": "O my God, (please do) give success to my expectations"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَآمِنْ خَوْفِي",
          "transliteration": "wa amin khawfi",
          "translation": "and dispel my fear."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَإِنَّ كَثْرَةَ ذُنُوبِي لاَ أَرْجُو فِيهَا إِلاَّ عَفْوَكَ",
          "transliteration": "fa'inna kathrata dhunubi la arju fiha illa `afwaka",
          "translation": "As for my numerous sins, I hope for nothing other than Your pardon."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدِي أَنَا أَسْأَلُكَ مَا لاَ أَسْتَحِقُّ",
          "transliteration": "sayyidi ana as'aluka ma la astahiqqu",
          "translation": "O my Master, I am asking You for things that I do not deserve"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنْتَ أَهْلُ ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ وَأَهْلُ ٱلْمَغْفِرَةِ",
          "transliteration": "wa anta ahlu alttaqwa wa ahlu almaghfirati",
          "translation": "and You are verily the worthiest of being feared and the worthiest of forgiving."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَٱغْفِرْ لِي وَأَلْبِسْنِي مِنْ نَظَرِكَ ثَوْباً يُغَطِّي عَلَيَّ ٱلتَّبِعَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "faghfir li wa albisni min nazarika thawban yughatti `alayya alttabi`ati",
          "translation": "So, forgive me and dress me, out of Your relief, a garment covering all my defects,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَغْفِرُهَا لِي وَلاَ أُطَالَبُ بِهَا",
          "transliteration": "wa taghfiruha li wa la utalabu biha",
          "translation": "and forgive them for me so that I will not be responsible for them."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِنَّكَ ذُو مَنٍّ قَدِيمٍ",
          "transliteration": "innaka dhu mannin qadimin",
          "translation": "Verily, You are the Lord of eternal favoring,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَصَفْحٍ عَظِيمٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa safhin `azimin",
          "translation": "great pardon,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَجَاوُزٍ كَرِيمٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa tajawuzin karimin",
          "translation": "and liberal exoneration."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي أَنْتَ ٱلَّذِي تُفِيضُ سَيْبَكَ عَلَىٰ مَنْ لاَ يَسْأَلُكَ",
          "transliteration": "ilahi anta alladhi tufidu saybaka `ala man la yas'aluka",
          "translation": "O my God, You make Your flowing graces reach those who never pray You"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَلَىٰ ٱلْجَاحِدِينَ بِرُبُوْبِيَّتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa `ala aljahidina birububiyyatika",
          "translation": "and those who deny Your Lordship."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَكَيْفَ سَيِّدِي بِمَنْ سَأَلَكَ وَأَيْقَنَ أَنَّ ٱلْخَلْقَ لَكَ وَٱلأَمْرَ إِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "fakayfa sayyidi biman sa'alaka wa ayqana anna alkhalqa laka wal-amra ilayka",
          "translation": "So, O my Master, what should You do to those who pray You and believe undoubtedly that You manage all creation and all affairs!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "تَبَارَكْتَ وَتَعَالَيْتَ يَا رَبَّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "tabarakta wa ta`alayta ya rabba al`alamina",
          "translation": "Blessed by You and Exalted be You, O Lord of the worlds!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدِي عَبْدُكَ بِبَابِكَ أَقَامَتْهُ ٱلْخَصَاصَةُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "sayyidi `abduka bibabika aqamat-hu alkhasasatu bayna yadayka",
          "translation": "O my Master, I, Your servant, am standing at Your door owing to neediness,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَقْرَعُ بَابَ إِحْسَانِكَ بِدُعَائِهِ",
          "transliteration": "yaqra`u baba ihsanika bidu`a'ihi",
          "translation": "am knocking at it suppliantly."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَلاَ تُعْرِضْ بِوَجْهِكَ ٱلْكَرِيمِ عَنِّي",
          "transliteration": "fala tu`rid biwajhika alkarimi `anni",
          "translation": "So, do not turn Your generous Face away from me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱقْبَلْ مِنِّي مَا أَقُولُ فَقَدْ دَعَوْتُ بِهٰذَا ٱلدُّعَاءِ",
          "transliteration": "waqbal minni ma aqulu faqad da`awtu bihadha alddu`a'i",
          "translation": "Accept that which I utter, for I have prayed using this supplication,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَا أَرْجُو أَنْ لاَ تَرُدَّنِي مَعْرِفَةً مِنِّي بِرَأْفَتِكَ وَرَحْمَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ana arju an la taruddani ma`rifatan minni bira'fatika wa rahmatika",
          "translation": "hoping that You will not reject me since I have full awareness of Your kindness and mercifulness."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي أَنْتَ ٱلَّذِي لاَ يُحْفِيكَ سَائِلٌ",
          "transliteration": "ilahi anta alladhi la yuhfika sa'ilun",
          "translation": "O my God, it is You Whom is never disturbed by any suppliant"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ يَنْقُصُكَ نَائِلٌ",
          "transliteration": "wa la yanqusuka na'ilun",
          "translation": "and Whose kingdom is never decreased owing to donations."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَنْتَ كَمَا تَقُولُ وَفَوْقَ مَا نَقُولُ",
          "transliteration": "anta kama taqulu wa fawqa ma naqulu",
          "translation": "You are as exactly as You describe Yourself and is above all that which we say."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ صَبْراً جَمِيلاً",
          "transliteration": "allahumma inni as'aluka sabran jamilan",
          "translation": "O Allah, I beseech You for comely patience,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَفَرَجاً قَرِيباً",
          "transliteration": "wa farajan qariban",
          "translation": "immediate relief,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَوْلاً صَادِقاً",
          "transliteration": "wa qawlan sadiqan",
          "translation": "truthful wording,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَجْراً عَظِيماً",
          "transliteration": "wa ajran `aziman",
          "translation": "and splendid reward."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَسْأَلُكَ يَا رَبِّ مِنَ ٱلْخَيْرِ كُلِّهِ",
          "transliteration": "as'aluka ya rabbi min alkhayri kullihi",
          "translation": "I pray You, O Lord, for all goodness,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ",
          "transliteration": "ma `alimtu minhu wa ma lam a`lam",
          "translation": "be it known by me or unknown."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَسْأَلُكَ ٱللَّهُمَّ مِنْ خَيْرِ مَا سَأَلَكَ مِنْهُ عِبَادُكَ ٱلصَّالِحُونَ",
          "transliteration": "as'aluka allahumma min khayri ma sa'alaka minhu `ibaduka alssalihuna",
          "translation": "I pray You, O Allah, for the goodness that Your righteous servants have besought from You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا خَيْرَ مَنْ سُئِلَ",
          "transliteration": "ya khayra man su'ila",
          "translation": "O All-excellent One that is asked!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَجْوَدَ مَنْ أَعْطَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa ajwada man a`ta",
          "translation": "O most benevolent of those who may give!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَعْطِنِي سُؤْلِي فِي نَفْسِي وَأَهْلِي",
          "transliteration": "a`tini su'li fi nafsi wa ahli",
          "translation": "(Please do) respond to my request as regards myself, my family,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَوَالِدَيَّ وَوُلْدِي",
          "transliteration": "wa walidayya wa wuldi",
          "translation": "my parents, my children,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَهْلِ حُزَانَتِي وَإِخْوَانِي فِيكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ahli huzanati wa ikhwani fika",
          "translation": "my comrades, and my brothers-in-faith."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَرْغِدْ عَيْشِي",
          "transliteration": "wa arghid `ayshi",
          "translation": "Bless my living,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَظْهِرْ مُرُوَّتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa azhir muruwwati",
          "translation": "manifest my integrity,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَصْلِحْ جَمِيعَ أَحْوَالِي",
          "transliteration": "wa aslih jami`a ahwali",
          "translation": "set aright all my affairs,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْنِي مِمَّنْ أَطَلْتَ عُمْرَهُ",
          "transliteration": "waj`alni mimman atalta `umrahu",
          "translation": "and include me with those whom You decide to live long,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَحَسَّنْتَ عَمَلَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa hassanta `amalahu",
          "translation": "whose deeds are righteous,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَتْمَمْتَ عَلَيْهِ نِعْمَتَكَ وَرَضِيتَ عَنْهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa atmamta `alayhi ni`mataka wa radita `anhu",
          "translation": "those for whom You have perfected Your favors, those with whom You are pleased,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَحْيَيْتَهُ حَيَاةً طَيِّبَةً فِي أَدْوَمِ ٱلسُّرُورِ",
          "transliteration": "wa ahyaytahu hayatan tayyibatan fi adwami alssururi",
          "translation": "and those whom You have granted comfortable life with permanent pleasure,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَسْبَغِ ٱلْكَرَامَةِ وَأَتَمِّ ٱلْعَيْشِ",
          "transliteration": "wa asbaghi alkaramati wa atammi al`ayshi",
          "translation": "reputable honor, and perfect contentment."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِنَّكَ تَفْعَلُ مَا تَشَاءُ",
          "transliteration": "innaka taf`alu ma tasha'u",
          "translation": "Verily, You do whatever You will,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يَشَاءُ غَيْرُكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la yaf`alu ma yasha'u ghayruka",
          "translation": "while none else can ever do what one wills."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ خُصَّنِي مِنْكَ بِخَاصَّةِ ذِكْرِكَ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma khussani minka bikhassati dhikrika",
          "translation": "O Allah, give me exclusively the grace of private mention of You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تَجْعَلْ شَيْئاً مِمَّا أَتَقَرَّبُ بِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa la taj`al shay'an mimma ataqarrabu bihi",
          "translation": "do not let any of the things by which I seek Your nearness"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فِي آنَاءِ ٱللَّيْلِ وَأَطْرَافِ ٱلنَّهَارِ",
          "transliteration": "fi ana'i allayli wa atrafi alnnahari",
          "translation": "in the hours of the night and the ends of the days"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "رِيَاءً وَلاَ سُمْعَةً",
          "transliteration": "riya'an wa la sum`atan",
          "translation": "take the form of ostentation, showing off,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ أَشَراً وَلاَ بَطَراً",
          "transliteration": "wa la asharan wa la bataran",
          "translation": "pretension, or insolence."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْنِي لَكَ مِنَ ٱلْخَاشِعِينَ",
          "transliteration": "waj`alni laka min alkhashi`ina",
          "translation": "Include me with the humble ones."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ أَعْطِنِي ٱلسَّعَةَ فِي ٱلرِّزْقِ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma a`tini alssa`ata fi alrrizqi",
          "translation": "O Allah, grant me affluent means of livelihood,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلأَمْنَ فِي ٱلْوَطَنِ",
          "transliteration": "wal-amni fi alwatani",
          "translation": "security in my homeland,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقُرَّةَ ٱلْعَيْنِ فِي ٱلأَهْلِ وَٱلْمَالِ وَٱلْوَلَدِ",
          "transliteration": "wa qurrata al`ayni fi al-ahli walmali walwaladi",
          "translation": "delight in my family, property, and children,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْمُقَامَ فِي نِعَمِكَ عِنْدِي",
          "transliteration": "walmuqama fi ni`amika `indi",
          "translation": "permanence of Your graces,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلصِّحَّةَ فِي ٱلْجِسْمِ",
          "transliteration": "walssihhata fi aljismi",
          "translation": "healthy body,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْقُوَّةَ فِي ٱلْبَدَنِ",

        },

          "arabic": "وَٱلسَّلاَمَةَ فِي ٱلدِّينِ",
          "transliteration": "walssalamata fi addini",
          "translation": "and sound faith."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱسْتَعْمِلْنِي بِطَاعَتِكَ وَطَاعَةِ رَسُولِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wasta`milni bita`atika wa ta`ati rasulika",
          "translation": "Dedicate my affairs to the obedience to You and to Your Messenger,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَىٰ آلِهِ أَبَداً مَا ٱسْتَعْمَرْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "muhammadin salla allahu `alayhi wa `ala alihi abadan ma ista`martani",
          "translation": "Muhammad—Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Household—as long as You give me life."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْنِي مِنْ أَوْفَرِ عِبَادِكَ عِنْدَكَ نَصِيباً",
          "transliteration": "waj`alni min awfari `ibadika `indaka nasiban",
          "translation": "Make me one of the most rewarded servants of You"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فِي كُلِّ خَيْرٍ أَنْزَلْتَهُ وَتُنْزِلُهُ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ",
          "transliteration": "fi kulli khayrin anzaltahu wa tunziluhu fi shahri ramadana",
          "translation": "in each and every item of goodness that You have descended and You will descend during the month of Ramadan"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فِي لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ",
          "transliteration": "fi laylati alqadri",
          "translation": "and at the Destiny Night"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَا أَنْتَ مُنْزِلُهُ فِي كُلِّ سَنَةٍ مِنْ رَحْمَةٍ تَنْشُرُهَا",
          "transliteration": "wa ma anta munziluhu fi kulli sanatin min rahmatin tunshiruha",
          "translation": "as well as all that which You decide to descend throughout the year, including mercy that You spread,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَافِيَةٍ تُلْبِسُهَا",
          "transliteration": "wa `afiyatin tulbisuha",
          "translation": "good health with which You adorn,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبَلِيَّةٍ تَدْفَعُهَا",
          "transliteration": "wa baliyyatin tadfa`uha",
          "translation": "misfortune that You repel,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَحَسَنَاتٍ تَتَقَبَّلُهَا",
          "transliteration": "wa hasanatin tataqabbaluha",
          "translation": "good deeds that You admit,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسَيِّئَاتٍ تَتَجَاوَزُ عَنْهَا",
          "transliteration": "wa sayyi'atin tatajawazu `anha",
          "translation": "and evildoings that You excuse."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱرْزُقْنِي حَجَّ بَيْتِكَ ٱلْحَرَامِ فِي عَامِنَا هٰذَا وَفِي كُلِّ عَامٍ",
          "transliteration": "warzuqni hajja baytika alharami fi `amina hadha wa fi kulli `amin",
          "translation": "Bestow upon me with pilgrimage to Your Holy House in this year plus all years,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱرْزُقْنِي رِزْقاً وَاسِعاً مِنْ فَضْلِكَ ٱلْوَاسِعِ",
          "transliteration": "warzuqni rizqan wasi`an min fadlika alwasi`i",
          "translation": "grant me prosperous sustenance out of Your limitless bounty,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱصْرِفْ عَنِّي يَا سَيِّدِي ٱلأَسْوَاءَ",
          "transliteration": "wasrif `anni ya sayyidi al-aswa'a",
          "translation": "dismiss, O my Master, all evils from me,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱقْضِ عَنِّي ٱلدَّيْنَ وَٱلظًُّلاَمَاتِ حَتَّىٰ لاَ أَتَأَذَّىٰ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْهُ",
          "transliteration": "waqdi `anni alddayna walzzulamati hatta la ata'adhadha bishay'in minhu",
          "translation": "help me settle my debts as well as my evildoings so that I will be saved from their liabilities,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَخُذْ عَنِّي بِأَسْمَاعِ وَأَبْصَارِ أَعْدَائِي وَحُسَّادِي وَٱلْبَاغِينَ عَلَيَّ",
          "transliteration": "wa khudh `anni bi'asma`i wa'absari a`da'i wa hussadi walbaghina `alayya",
          "translation": "save me from the hearings and sights of my enemies, those who envy me, and those who intend to oppress me,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱنْصُرْنِي عَلَيْهِمْ",
          "transliteration": "wansurni `alayhim",
          "translation": "back me against them,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَقِرَّ عَيْنِي وَفَرِّحْ قَلْبِي",
          "transliteration": "wa aqirra `ayni wa farrih qalbi",
          "translation": "give delight to my eye and joy to my heart,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْ لِي مِنْ هَمِّي وَكَرْبِي فَرَجاً وَمَخْرَجاً",
          "transliteration": "waj`al li min hammi wa karbi farajan wa makhrajan",
          "translation": "grant me relief and exit against my grief and misery,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْ مَنْ أَرَادَنِي بِسُوءٍ مِنْ جَمِيعِ خَلْقِكَ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيَّ",
          "transliteration": "waj`al man aradani bisu'in min jami`i khalqika tahta qadamayya",
          "translation": "make all those who intend evil to me, among all Your creatures, be under my feet,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱكْفِنِي شَرَّ ٱلشَّيْطَانِ",
          "transliteration": "wakfini sharra alshshaytani",
          "translation": "protect me against the evil of Satan,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَشَرَّ ٱلسُّلْطَانِ",
          "transliteration": "wa sharra alssultani",
          "translation": "the evil of the ruling authority,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسَيِّئَاتِ عَمَلِي",
          "transliteration": "wa sayyi'ati `amali",
          "translation": "and the consequences of my evildoings,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَطَهِّرْنِي مِنَ ٱلذُّنُوبِ كُلِّهَا",
          "transliteration": "wa tahhirni min aldhdhunubi kulliha",
          "translation": "purify me from all my sins,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَجِرْنِي مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ بِعَفْوِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ajirni min alnnari bi`afwika",
          "translation": "save me from Hellfire on account of Your pardon,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَدْخِلْنِي ٱلْجَنَّةَ بِرَحْمَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa adkhilni aljannata birahmatika",
          "translation": "allow me to enter Paradise on account of Your mercy,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَزَوِّجْنِي مِنَ ٱلْحُورِ ٱلْعِينِ بِفَضْلِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa zawwijni min alhuri al`ini bifadlika",
          "translation": "marry me off the Paradisiacal women on account of Your grace,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِأَوْلِيَائِكَ ٱلصَّالِحِينَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa alhiqni bi'awliya'aka alssalihina muhammadin wa alihi",
          "translation": "and join me to Your righteous intimate servants—Muhammad and his Household,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ٱلأَبْرَارِ ٱلطَّيِّبِينَ ٱلطَّاهِرِينَ ٱلأَخْيَارِ",
          "transliteration": "al-abrari alttayyibina alttahirina al-akhyari",
          "translation": "the purified, the immaculate, and the pious."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَعَلَىٰ أَجْسَادِهِمْ وَأَرْوَاحِهِمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ",
          "transliteration": "salawatuka `alayhim wa `ala ajsadihim wa arwahihim wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu",
          "translation": "May Your peace, mercy, and blessings be upon their bodies and souls."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي وَسَيِّدِي وَعِزَّتِكَ وَجَلالِكَ",
          "transliteration": "ilahi wa sayyidi wa `izzatika wa jalalika",
          "translation": "O my God and my Master, I swear by Your Mighty and Your Glory,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لَئِنْ طَالَبْتَنِي بِذُنُوبِي لَأُطَالِبَنَّكَ بِعَفْوِكَ",
          "transliteration": "la'in talabtani bidhunubi la'utalibannaka bi`afwika",
          "translation": "if You will interrogate me for my sins, I will demand with Your pardon."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَئِنْ طَالَبْتَنِي بِلُؤْمِي لَأُطَالِبَنَّكَ بِكَرَمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la'in talabtani bilu'mi la'utalibannaka bikaramika",
          "translation": "If You interrogate me for my meanness, I will demand with Your kindness."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَئِنْ أَدْخَلْتَنِي ٱلنَّارَ َلأُخْبِرَنَّ أَهْلَ ٱلنَّارِ بِحُبِّي لَكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la'in adkhaltani alnnara la'ukhbiranna ahla alnnari bihubbi laka",
          "translation": "If You order me to Hellfire, I will tell all the inhabitants therein that I love You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي وَسَيِّدِي إِنْ كُنْتَ لاَ تَغْفِرُ إِلاَّ لأَوْلِيَائِكَ وَأَهْلِ طَاعَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "ilahi wa sayyidi in kunta la taghfiru illa li'awliya'ika wa ahli ta`atika",
          "translation": "O my God and Master, if you forgive only Your intimate servants and those who obey You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَإِلَىٰ مَنْ يَفْزَعُ ٱلْمُذْنِبُونَ",
          "transliteration": "fa'ila man yafza`u almudhnibuna",
          "translation": "to whom then will the sinful resort?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِنْ كُنْتَ لاَ تُكْرِمُ إِلاَّ أَهْلَ ٱلْوَفَاءِ بِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa in kunta la tukrimu illa ahla alwafa'i bika",
          "translation": "If You honor none but those who act loyally to You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَبِمَنْ يَسْتَغِيثُ ٱلْمُسِيئُونَ",
          "transliteration": "fabiman yastaghithu almusi'una",
          "translation": "then whose shelter will the evildoers seek?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلٰهِي إِنْ أَدْخَلْتَنِي ٱلنَّارَ فَفِي ذٰلِكَ سُرُورُ عَدُوِّكَ",
          "transliteration": "ilahi in adkhaltani alnnara fafi dhalika sururu `aduwwika",
          "translation": "O my God, if You decide to put me in Hellfire, this will definitely please Your enemies!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِنْ أَدْخَلْتَنِي ٱلْجَنَّةَ فَفِي ذٰلِكَ سُرُورُ نَبِيِّكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa in adkhaltani aljannata fafi dhalika sururu nabiyyika",
          "translation": "But if You decide Paradise for me, then this will certainly please Your Prophet!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَنَا وَٱللَّهِ أَعْلَمُ أَنَّ سُرُورَ نَبِيِّكَ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ سُرُورِ عَدُوِّكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ana wallahi a`lamu anna surura nabiyyika ahabbu ilayka min sururi `aduwwika",
          "translation": "And I—by Allah I swear it—know for sure that the pleasure of Your Prophet is more favorable for You than the pleasure of Your enemies."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تَمْلأَ قَلْبِي حُبّاً لَكَ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma inni as'aluka an tamla'a qalbi hubban laka",
          "translation": "O Allah, I pray You for filling my heart with love for You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَخَشْيَةً مِنْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa khashyatan minka",
          "translation": "with fear of You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَصْدِيقاً بِكِتَابِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa tasdiqan bikitabika",
          "translation": "with belief in Your Book,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِيـمَاناً بِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa imanan bika",
          "translation": "with faith in You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَفَرَقاً مِنْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa faraqan minka",
          "translation": "with dread from You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَشَوْقاً إِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa shawqan ilayka",
          "translation": "and with eagerness to You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا ذَا ٱلْجَلالِ وَٱلإِكْرَامِ حَبِّبْ إِلَيَّ لِقَاءَكَ",
          "transliteration": "ya dha aljalali wal-ikrami habbib ilayya liqa'aka",
          "translation": "O Lord of Glory and Honor, (please do) make me love meeting You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَحْبِبْ لِقَائِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ahbib liqa'i",
          "translation": "(please do) love my meeting,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْ لِي فِي لِقَائِكَ ٱلرَّاحَةَ وَٱلْفَرَجَ وَٱلْكَرَامَةَ",
          "transliteration": "waj`al li fi liqa'ika alrrahata walfaraja walkaramata",
          "translation": "and make my meeting You entail comfort, relief, and honoring."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ أَلْحِقْنِي بِصَالِحِ مَنْ مَضَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma alhiqni bisalihi man mada",
          "translation": "O Allah, join me with the righteous ones among the past generations,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْنِي مِنْ صَالِحِ مَنْ بَقِيَ وَخُذْ بِي سَبِيلَ ٱلصَّالِحِينَ",
          "transliteration": "waj`alni min salihi man baqiya wa khudh bi sabila alssalihina",
          "translation": "include me with the righteous ones of this generation, guide me to the path of the righteous ones,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَعِنِّي عَلَىٰ نَفْسِي بِمَا تُعِينُ بِهِ ٱلصَّالِحِينَ عَلَىٰ أَنْفُسِهِمْ",
          "transliteration": "wa a`inni `ala nafsi bima tu`inu bihi alssalihina `ala anfusihim",
          "translation": "help me against myself in just as You help the righteous ones control themselves,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱخْتِمْ عَمَلِي بِأَحْسَنِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wakhtim `amali bi'ahsanihi",
          "translation": "seal my deed with the best of it,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْ ثَوَابِي مِنْهُ ٱلْجَنَّةَ بِرَحْمَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "waj`al thawabi minhu aljannata birahmatika",
          "translation": "decide Paradise as the reward of my deeds on account of Your mercy,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَعِنِّي عَلَىٰ صَالِحِ مَا أَعْطَيْتَنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa a`inni `ala salihi ma a`taytani",
          "translation": "help me manage the good things that You have endowed upon me,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَثَبِّتْنِي يَا رَبِّ وَلاَ تَرُدَّنِي فِي سُوءٍ ٱسْتَنْقَذْتَنِي مِنْهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa thabbitni ya rabbi wa la taruddani fi su'in istanqadhtani minhu",
          "translation": "make me firm, O Lord, and do not make me return to evildoing after You have saved me from it."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا رَبَّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "ya rabba al`alamina",
          "translation": "O Lord of the worlds!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ إِيـمَاناً لاَ أَجَلَ لَهُ دُونَ لِقَائِكَ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma inni as'aluka imanan la ajala lahu duna liqa'ika",
          "translation": "O Allah, I beseech You for faith that does not stop until I meet You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "أَحْيِنِي مَا أَحْيَيْتَنِي عَلَيْهِ",
          "transliteration": "ahyini ma ahyaytani `alayhi",
          "translation": "As long as You grant me lifetime, (please do) connect me to that faith,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَوَفَّنِي إِذَا تَوَفَّيْتَنِي عَلَيْهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa tawaffani idha tawaffaytani `alayhi",
          "translation": "and when You decide to grasp my soul, make me carry that faith with me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱبْعَثْنِي إِذَا بَعَثْتَنِي عَلَيْهِ",
          "transliteration": "wab`athni idha ba`athnati `alayhi",
          "translation": "When You resurrect me, make me carry it with me."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَبْرِئْ قَلْبِي مِنَ ٱلرِّيَاءِ وَٱلشَّكِّ وَٱلسُّمْعَةِ فِي دِينِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa abri' qalbi min alrriya'i walshshakki walssum`ati fi dinika",
          "translation": "Release my heart from showing off, suspicion, and pretension in the affairs of Your religion"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "حَتَّىٰ يَكُونَ عَمَلِي خَالِصاً لَكَ",
          "transliteration": "hatta takuna `amali khalisan laka",
          "translation": "so that my deed will be purely intended for Your sake."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ أَعْطِنِي بَصِيرَةً فِي دِينِكَ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma a`tini basiratan fi dinika",
          "translation": "O Allah, grant me discerning awareness in Your religion,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَفَهْماً فِي حُكْمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa fahman fi hukmika",
          "translation": "understanding of Your laws,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَفِقْهاً فِي عِلْمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa fiqhan fi `ilmika",
          "translation": "insight in Your knowledge,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَكِفْلَيْنِ مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa kiflayni min rahmatika",
          "translation": "two folds of Your mercy,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَوَرَعاً يَحْجُزُنِي عَنْ مَعَاصِيكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa wara`an yahjuzuni `an ma`asika",
          "translation": "and piety that impedes me from disobeying You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبَيِّضْ وَجْهِي بِنُورِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa bayyid wajhi binurika",
          "translation": "Make my face glitter on account of Your light,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْ رَغْبَتِي فِيمَا عِنْدَكَ",
          "transliteration": "waj`al raghbati fima `indaka",
          "translation": "make me desire for nothing but that which You hold,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَوَفَّنِي فِي سَبِيلِكَ وَعَلَىٰ مِلَّةِ رَسُولِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa tawaffani fi sabilika wa `ala millati rasulika",
          "translation": "and when I die, make me die following Your Path and carrying the principles of Your Prophet—"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَىٰ آلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "salla allahu `alayhi wa ala alihi",
          "translation": "Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Household."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ ٱلْكَسَلِ وَٱلْفَشَلِ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma inni a`udhu bika min alkasali walfashali",
          "translation": "O Allah, I seek Your protection against laziness, failure,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْهَمِّ وَٱلْجُبْنِ وَٱلْبُخْلِ",
          "transliteration": "walhammi waljubni walbukhli",
          "translation": "grief, cowardice, stinginess,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْغَفْلَةِ وَٱلْقَسْوَةِ وَٱلْمَسْكَنَةِ",
          "transliteration": "walghaflati walqaswati walmaskanati",
          "translation": "inattentiveness, brutality, poverty,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْفَقْرِ وَٱلْفَاقَةِ",
          "transliteration": "walfaqri walfaqati",
          "translation": "neediness, destitution,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَكُلِّ بَلِيَّةٍ وَٱلْفَوَاحِشِ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ",
          "transliteration": "wa kulli baliyyatin walfawahishi ma zahara minha wa ma batana",
          "translation": "and against all misfortunes and all shameful deeds, whether open or secret."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ نَفْسٍ لاَ تَقْنَعُ",
          "transliteration": "wa a`udhu bika min nafsin la taqna`u",
          "translation": "I seek Your protection against having unsatisfied self,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبَطْنٍ لاَ يَشْبَعُ",
          "transliteration": "wa batnin la yashba`u",
          "translation": "insatiate stomach,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَلْبٍ لاَ يَخْشَعُ",
          "transliteration": "wa qalbin la yakhsha`u",
          "translation": "fearless heart,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَدُعَاءٍ لاَ يُسْمَعُ",
          "transliteration": "wa du`a'in la yusma`u",
          "translation": "unanswered prayers,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَمَلٍ لاَ يَنْفَعُ",
          "transliteration": "wa `amalin la yanfa`u",
          "translation": "and futile deed."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ يَا رَبِّ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِي وَدِينِي وَمَالِي",
          "transliteration": "wa a`udhu bika ya rabbi `ala nafsi wa dini wa mali",
          "translation": "I ask You, O Lord, to guard myself, my religion, my properties,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَلَىٰ جَمِيعِ مَا رَزَقْتَنِي مِنَ ٱلشَّيْطَانِ ٱلرَّجِيمِ",
          "transliteration": "wa `ala jami`i ma razaqtani min alshshaytani alrrajimi",
          "translation": "and all that which You have granted me against Satan the accursed."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ",
          "transliteration": "innaka anta alssami`u al`alimu",
          "translation": "Verily, You are the All-hearing, the All-knowing."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُجِيرُنِي مِنْكَ أَحَدٌ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma innahu la yujiruni minka ahadun",
          "translation": "O Allah, none can ever save me against You"

          "arabic": "وَلاَ أَجِدُ مِنْ دُونِكَ مُلْتَحَداً",
          "transliteration": "wa la ajidu min dunika multahadan",
          "translation": "and I can never find any shelter against You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَلاَ تَجْعَلْ نَفْسِي فِي شَيْءٍ مِنْ عَذَابِكَ",
          "transliteration": "fala taj`al nafsi fi shay'in min `adhabika",
          "translation": "So, (please) do not make anything that brings about Your punishment control over me,"
        },

          "arabic": "وَلاَ تَرُدَّنِي بِهَلَكَةٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa la taruddani bihalakatin",
          "translation": "do not let me lead myself to perdition,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تَرُدَّنِي بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa la taruddani bi`adhabin alimin",
          "translation": "and do not make me deserve the painful chastisement."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي",
          "transliteration": "allahumma taqabbal minni",
          "translation": "O Allah, accept from me,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَعْلِ ذِكْرِي",
          "transliteration": "wa a`li dhikri",
          "translation": "grant me reputation,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱرْفَعْ دَرَجَتِي",
          "transliteration": "warfa` darajati",
          "translation": "elevate my rank,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَحُطَّ وِزْرِي",
          "transliteration": "wa huttta wizri",
          "translation": "exonerate my offenses,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تَذْكُرْنِي بِخَطِيئَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa la tadhkurni bikhati'ati",
          "translation": "do not refer to me with my faults,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْ ثَوَابَ مَجْلِسِي",
          "transliteration": "waj`al thawaba majlisi",
          "translation": "let the reward of my sessions,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَثَوَابَ مَنْطِقِي",
          "transliteration": "wa thawaba mantiqi",
          "translation": "my utterance,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَثَوَابَ دُعَائِي رِضَاكَ وَٱلْجَنَّةَ",
          "transliteration": "wa thawaba du`a'i ridaka waljannata",
          "translation": "and my prayer be Your pleasure and Paradise."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَعْطِنِي يَا رَبِّ جَمِيعَ مَا سَأَلْتُكَ وَزِدْنِي مِنْ فَضْلِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa a`tini ya rabbi jami`a ma sa'altuka wa zidni min fadlika",
          "translation": "Give me, O Lord, all that which I have asked for from You and grant me more favor,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِنِّي إِلَيْكَ رَاغِبٌ يَا رَبَّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "inni ilayka raghibun ya rabba al`alamina",
          "translation": "for I seek none but You, O Lord of the worlds!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْزَلْتَ فِي كِتَابِكَ أَنْ نَعْفُوَ عَمَّنْ ظَلَمَنَا",
          "transliteration": "allahumma innaka anzalta fi kitabika an na`fuwa `amman zalamana",
          "translation": "O Allah, You have ordered us in Your book that we should overlook those who wrong us."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَدْ ظَلَمْنَا أَنْفُسَنَا فَٱعْفُ عَنَّا فَإِنَّكَ أَوْلَىٰ بِذٰلِكَ مِنَّا",
          "transliteration": "wa qad zalamna anfusana fa`fu `anna fa'innaka awla bidhalika minna",
          "translation": "We have thus wronged ourselves; so, forgive us, for You are worthier of forgiveness than we are."
        },

          "arabic": "وَأَمَرْتَنَا أَنْ لاَ نَرُدَّ سَائِلاً عَنْ أَبْوَابِنَا",
          "transliteration": "wa amartana an la narudda sa'ilan `an abwabina",
          "translation": "You have ordered us not to reject any beggar being on our doors."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَدْ جِئْتُكَ سَائِلاً فَلاَ تَرُدَّنِي إِلاَّ بِقَضَاءِ حَاجَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa qad ji'tuka sa'ilan fala taruddani illa biqada'i hajati",
          "translation": "Here I am begging You; so, do not reject me; rather, respond to my need."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَأَمَرْتَنَا بِٱلإِحْسَانِ إِلَىٰ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُنَا",
          "transliteration": "wa amartana bil-ihsani ila ma malakat aymanuna",
          "translation": "You have ordered us to act nicely to those under our authorities."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَنَحْنُ أَرِقَّاؤُكَ فَأَعْتِقْ رِقَابَنَا مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ",
          "transliteration": "wa nahnu ariqqa'uka fa'a`tiq riqabana min alnnari",
          "translation": "We are surely under Your authority; so, release us from Hellfire."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا مَفْزَعِي عِنْدَ كُرْبَتِي",
          "transliteration": "ya mafza`i `inda kurbati",
          "translation": "O my Shelter whenever I am aggrieved!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيَا غَوْثِي عِنْدَ شِدَّتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa ya ghawthi `inda shiddati",
          "translation": "O my Aid whenever hardships hit me!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلَيْكَ فَزِعْتُ",
          "transliteration": "ilayka fazi`tu",
          "translation": "To You have I resorted."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبِكَ ٱسْتَغَثْتُ وَلُذْتُ",
          "transliteration": "wa bika istaghathtu wa ludhtu",
          "translation": "With You have I sought refuge and haven."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لاَ أَلُوذُ بِسِوَاكَ",
          "transliteration": "la aludhu bisiwaka",
          "translation": "To none save You shall I ever resort."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ أَطْلُبُ ٱلْفَرَجَ إِلاَّ مِنْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa la atlubu alfaraja illa minka",
          "translation": "From none save You shall I ever seek for relief."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَأَغِثْنِي وَفَرِّجْ عَنِّي",
          "transliteration": "fa'aghithni wa farrij `anni",
          "translation": "So, (please do) aid me and relieve my hardship."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا مَنْ يَقْبَلُ ٱلْيَسِيرَ وَيَعْفُو عَنِ ٱلْكَثِيرِ",
          "transliteration": "ya man yaqbalu alyasira wa ya`fu `an alkathira",
          "translation": "O He Who accepts the little (deed) and overlooks the much (wrong)!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ٱقْبَلْ مِنِّيَ ٱلْيَسِيرَ وَٱعْفُ عَنِّيَ ٱلْكَثِيرَ",
          "transliteration": "iqbal minni alyasira wa`fu `anni alkathira",
          "translation": "Accept my little (deed) and overlook my much (wrong)."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ٱلْغَفُورُ",
          "transliteration": "innaka anta alghafuru alrrahimu",
          "translation": "You are certainly the All-merciful, the All-forgiving."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ إِيـمَاناً تُبَاشِرُ بِهِ قَلْبِي",
          "transliteration": "allahumma inni as'aluka imanan tubashiru bihi qalbi",
          "translation": "O Allah, I pray You for faith that covers my heart"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيَقِيناً صَادِقاً حَتَّىٰ أَعْلَمَ أَنَّهُ لَنْ يُصِيبَنِي إِلاَّ مَا كَتَبْتَ لِي",
          "transliteration": "wa yaqinan sadiqan hatta a`lama annahu lan yusibani illa ma katabta li",
          "translation": "and for honest conviction so that I will believe that nothing will inflict me save that about which You have already known."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَرَضِّنِي مِنَ ٱلْعَيْشِ بِمَا قَسَمْتَ لِي",
          "transliteration": "wa raddini min al`ayshi bima qasamta li",
          "translation": "Make me be satisfied with my livelihood that You have decided for me."
        },

          "arabic": "يَا أَرْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "ya arhama alrrahimina",
          "translation": "O most Merciful of all those who show mercy!"
        }
