      "description": "<b>Calling out to Imam Mahdi(ajtfs)</b> recommended for Friday Mornings and day of Eid<br>\n\nDua al-Nudba, or the “supplication of lamentation” is traditionally recited weekly on the day of Friday. The supplication is narrated by Sayed Ibn Tawus, who was one of the greatest scholars within the school of Ahl al-Bayt (p), in one of his famous works.2 Ibn Mashadi, who is also one of the greatest scholars, narrates it in his famous encyclopedic work of supplications and visitations of the Holy Household.3 It is known as the “supplication of lamentation” because it brings the believers to tears during the course of its recitation, due to the fact that the Imam is in occultation when we are in great need and desire for his presence. From its early onset, upon praising God and sending salutations upon the Prophet Muhammad and his progeny (pbut), we immediately enter into the emotional invocation.",
      "arabic": "الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ\nوَصَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيِّهِ\nوَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَسْلِيماً\nاَللَّهُمَّ لَكَ ٱلْحَمْدُ\nعَلَىٰ مَا جَرَىٰ بِهِ قَضَاؤُكَ\nفِي اوْلِيَائِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتَخْلَصْتَهُمْ لِنَفْسِكَ وَدِينِكَ\nإِِذِ ٱخْتَرْتَ لَهُمْ جَزِيلَ مَا عِنْدَكَ\nمِنَ ٱلنَّعِيمِ ٱلْمُقِيمِ\nٱلَّذِي لاََ زَوَالَ لَهُ وَلاَ ٱضْمِحْلاَلَ\nبَعْدَ انْ شَرَطْتَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلزُّهْدَ\nفِي دَرَجَاتِ هٰذِهِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ٱلدَّنِيَّةِ\nوَزُخْرُفِهَا وَزِبْرِجِهَا\nفَشَرَطُوٱ لَكَ ذٰلِكَ\nوَعَلِمْتَ مِنْهُمُ ٱلْوَفَاءَ بِهِ\nفَقَبِلْتَهُمْ وَقَرَّبْتَهُمْ\nوَقَدَّمْتَ لَهُمُ ٱلذِّكْرَ ٱلْعَلِيَّ\nوَٱلثَّنَاءَ ٱلْجَلِيَّ\nوَاهْبَطْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ مَلاَئِكَتَكَ\nوَكَرَّمْتَهُمْ بِوَحْيِكَ\nوَرَفَدْتَهُمْ بِعِلْمِكَ\nوَجَعَلْتَهُمُ ٱلذَّرِيعَةَ إِِلَيْكَ\nوَٱلْوَسِيلَةَ إِلَىٰ رِضْوَانِكَ\nفَبَعْضٌ اسْكَنْتَهُ جَنَّتَكَ\nإِلَىٰ انْ اخْرَجْتَهُ مِنْهَا\nوَبَعْضٌ حَمَلْتَهُ فِي فُلْكِكَ\nوَنَجَّيْتَهُ وَمَنْ آمَنَ مَعَهُ\nمِنَ ٱلْهَلَكَةِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ\nوَبَعْضٌ ٱتَّخَذْتَهُ لِنَفْسِكَ خَلِيلاًَ\nوَسَالَكَ لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ فِي ٱلآخِرِينَ فَاجَبْتَهُ\nوَجَعَلْتَ ذٰلِكَ عَلِيّاً\nوَبَعْضٌ كَلَّمْتَهُ مِنْ شَجَرَةٍ تَكْلِيماً\nوَجَعَلْتَ لَهُ مِنْ اخِيهِ رِدْءاً وَوَزِيراً\nوَبَعْضٌ اوْلَدْتَهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ ابٍ\nوَآتَيْتَهُ ٱلْبَيِّنَاتِ\nوَايَّدْتَهُ بِرُوحِ ٱلْقُدُسِ\nوَكُلٌّ شَرَعْتَ لَهُ شَرِيعَةً\nوَنَهَجْتَ لَهُ مِنْهَاجاً\nوَتَخَيَّرْتَ لَهُ اوْصِيَاءَ\nمُسْتَحْفِظاً بَعْدَ مُسْتَحْفِظٍ\nمِنْ مُدَّةٍ إِلَىٰ مُدَّةٍ\nإِِقَامَةً لِدِينِكَ\nوَحُجَّةً عَلَىٰ عِبَادِكَ\nوَلِئَلاَّ يَزُولَ ٱلْحَقُّ عَنْ مَقَرِّهِ\nوَيَغْلِبَ ٱلْبَاطِلُ عَلَىٰ اهْلِهِ\nوَلاَ يَقُولَ احَدٌ\nلَوْ لاَ ارْسَلْتَ إِِلَيْنَا رَسُولاًَ مُنْذِراً\nوَاقَمْتَ لَنَا عَلَماً هَادِياً\nفَنَتَّبِعَ آيَاتِكَ مِنْ قَبْلِ انْ نَذِلَّ وَنَخْزَىٰ\nإِلَىٰ انِ ٱنْتَهَيْتَ بِٱلامْرِ إِلَىٰ حَبِيبِكَ وَنَجِيبِكَ مُحَمَّدٍ\nصَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ\nفَكَانَ كَمَا ٱنْتَجَبْتَهُ\nسَيِّدَ مَنْ خَلَقْتَهُ\nوَصَفْوَةَ مَنِ ٱصْطَفَيْتَهُ\nوَافْضَلَ مَنِ ٱجْتَبَيْتَهُ\nوَاكْرَمَ مَنِ ٱعْتَمَدْتَهُ\nقَدَّمْتَهُ عَلَىٰ انْبِيَائِكَ\nوَبَعَثْتَهُ إِِلَىٰ ٱلثَّقَلَيْنِ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ\nوَاوْطَاتَهُ مَشَارِقَكَ وَمَغَارِبَكَ\nوَسَخَّرْتَ لَهُ ٱلْبُرَاقَ\nوَعَرَجْتَ بِهِ إِلَىٰ سَمَائِكَ\nوَاوْدَعْتَهُ عِلْمَ مَا كَانَ\nوَمَا يَكُونُ إِِلَىٰ ٱنْقِضَاءِ خَلْقِكَ\nثُمَّ نَصَرْتَهُ بِٱلرُّعْبِ\nوَحَفَفْتَهُ بِجَبْرَئِيلَ وَمِيكَائِيلَ\nوَٱلْمُسَوِّمِينَ مِنْ مَلاَئِكَتِكَ\nوَوَعَدْتَهُ انْ تُظْهِرَ دِينَهُ عَلَىٰ ٱلدِّينِ كُلِّهِ\nوَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْمُشْرِكُونَ\nوَذٰلِكَ بَعْدَ انْ بَوَّاتَهُ مُبَوَّا صِدْقٍ مِنْ اهْلِهِ\nوَجَعَلْتَ لَهُ وَلَهُمْ اوَّلَ بَيْتٍ\nوُضِعَ لِلنَّاسِ لَلَّذي بِبَكَّةَ\nمُبَارَكاً وَهُدىًٰ لِلْعَالَمينَ\nفِيهِ آيَاتٌ بَيِّنَاتٌ\nمَقَامُ إِِبْرَاهِيمَ\nوَمَنْ دَخَلَهُ كَانَ آمِناً\nوَقُلْتَ «إِِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنْكُمُ ٱلرِّجْسَ\nاهْلَ ٱلْبَيْتِ\nوَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيراً.»\nثُمَّ جَعَلْتَ اجْرَ مُحَمَّدٍ\nصَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ\nمَوَدَّتَهُمْ فِي كِتَابِكَ\nفَقُلْتَ «قُلْ لاََ اسْالُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ اجْراً\nإِِلاَّ ٱلْمَوَدَّةَ فِي ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ.»\nوَقُلْتَ «مَا سَالْتُكُمْ مِنْ اجْرٍ فَهُوَ لَكُمْ.»\nوَقُلْتَ «مَا اسْالُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ اجْرٍ\nإِلاَّ مَنْ شَاءَ انْ يَتَّخِذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِ سَبِيلاًَ.»\nفَكَانُوٱ هُمُ ٱلسَّبِيلَ إِِلَيْكَ\nوَٱلْمَسْلَكَ إِلَىٰ رِضْوَانِكَ\nفَلَمَّا ٱنْقَضَتْ ايَّامُهُ\nاقَامَ وَلِيَّهُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ ابِي طَالِبٍ\nصَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِمَا وَآلِهِمَا هَادِياً\nإِِذْ كَانَ هُوَ ٱلْمُنْذِرَ\nوَلِكُلِّ قَوْمٍ هَادٍ\nفَقَالَ وَٱلْمَلَا امَامَهُ:\n”مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلاَهُ\nفَعَلِيٌّ مَوْلاَهُ\nاَللَّهُمَّ وَالِ مَنْ وَالاَهُ\nوَعَادِ مَنْ عَادَاهُ\nوَٱنْصُرْ مَنْ نَصَرَهُ\nوَٱخْذُلْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُ.“\nوَقَالَ: ”مَنْ كُنْتُ انَا نَبِيَّهُ فَعَلِيٌّ امِيرُهُ.“\nوَقَالَ: ”انَا وَعَلِيٌّ مِنْ شَجَرَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ\nوَسَائِرُ ٱلنَّاسِ مِنْ شَجَرٍ شَتَّىٰ.“\nوَاحَلَّهُ مَحَلَّ هَارُونَ مِنْ مُوسَىٰ\nفَقَالَ لَهُ: ”انْتَ مِنِّي بِمَنْزِلَةِ هَارُونَ مِنْ مُوسَىٰ\nإِلاَّ انَّهُ لاََ نَبِيَّ بَعْدِي.“\nوَزَوَّجَهُ ٱبْنَتَهُ سَيِّدَةَ نِسَاءِ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ\nوَاحَلَّ لَهُ مِنْ مَسْجِدِهِ مَا حَلَّ لَهُ\nوَسَدَّ ٱلابْوَابَ إِِلاَّ بَابَهُ\nثُمَّ اوْدَعَهُ عِلْمَهُ وَحِكْمَتَهُ\nفَقَالَ: ”انَا مَدِينَةُ ٱلْعِلْمِ\nوَعَلِيٌّ بَابُهَا\nفَمَنْ ارَادَ ٱلْمَدِينَةَ وَٱلْحِكْمَةَ\nفَلْيَاتِهَا مِنْ بَابِهَا.“\nثُمَّ قَالَ: ”انْتَ اخِي وَوَصِيِّي وَوَارِثِي\nلَحْمُكَ مِنْ لَحْمِي\nوَدَمُكَ مِنْ دَمِي\nوَسِلْمُكَ سِلْمِي\nوَحَرْبُكَ حَرْبِي\nوَٱلإِيـمَانُ مُخَالِطٌ لَحْمَكَ وَدَمَكَ\nكَمَا خَالَطَ لَحْمِي وَدَمِي\nوَانْتَ غَداً عَلَىٰ الْحَوْضِ خَلِيفَتِي\nوَانْتَ تَقْضِي دَيْنِي\nوَتُنْجِزُ عِدَاتِي\nوَشِيعَتُكَ عَلَىٰ مَنَابِرَ مِنْ نُورٍ\nمُبْيَضَّةً وُجُوهُهُمْ حَوْلِي فِي ٱلْجَنَّةِ\nوَهُمْ جِيرَانِي\nوَلَوْلاَ انْتَ يَا عَلِيُّ\nلَمْ يُعْرَفِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ بَعْدِي.“\nوَكَانَ بَعْدَهُ هُدىٰ مِنَ ٱلضَّلاَلِ\nوَنُوراً مِنَ ٱلْعَمَىٰ\nوَحَبْلَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمَتِينَ\nوَصِرَاطَهُ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ\nلاََ يُسْبَقُ بِقَرَابَةٍ فِي رَحِمٍ\nوَلاَ بِسَابِقَةٍ فِي دِينٍ\nوَلاَ يُلْحَقُ فِي مَنْقَبَةٍ مِنْ مَنَاقِبِهِ\nيَحْذُو حَذْوَ ٱلرَّسُولِ\nصَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمَا وَآلِهِمَا\nوَيُقَاتِلُ عَلَىٰ ٱلتَّاوِيلِ\nوَلاَ تَاخُذُهُ فِي ٱللَّهِ لَوْمَةُ لاَئِمٍ\nقَدْ وَتَرَ فِيهِ صَنَادِيدَ ٱلْعَرَبِ\nوَقَتَلَ ابْطَالَهُمْ\nوَنَاوَشَ ذُؤْبَانَهُمْ\nفَاوْدَعَ قُلُوبَهُمْ احْقَاداً\nبَدْرِيَّةً وَخَيْبَرِيَّةً وَحُنَيْنِيَّةً وَغَيْرَهُنَّ\nفَاضَبَّتْ عَلَىٰ عَدَاوَتِهِ\nوَاكَبَّتْ عَلَىٰ مُنَابَذَتِهِ\nحَتَّىٰ قَتَلَ ٱلنَّاكِثِينَ وَٱلْقَاسِطِينَ وَٱلْمَارِقِينَ\nوَلَمَّا قَضَىٰ نَحْبَهُ\nوَقَتَلَهُ اشْقَىٰ ٱلآخِرِينَ يَتْبَعُ اشْقَىٰ ٱلاوَّلِينَ\nلَمْ يُمْتَثَلْ امْرُ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ\nصَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ\nفِي ٱلْهَادِينَ بَعْدَ ٱلْهَادِينَ\nوَٱلامَّةُ مُصِرَّةٌ عَلَىٰ مَقْتِهِ\nمُجْتَمِعَةٌ عَلَىٰ قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمِهِ\nوَإِِقْصَاءِ وُلْدِهِ\nإِِلاَّ ٱلْقَلِيلَ مِمَّنْ وَفَىٰ لِرِعَايَةِ ٱلْحَقِّ فِيهِمْ\nفَقُتِلَ مَنْ قُتِلَ\nوَسُبِيَ مَنْ سُبِيَ\nوَاقْصِيَ مَنْ اقْصِيَ\nوَجَرَىٰ ٱلْقَضَاءُ لَهُمْ\nبِمَا يُرْجَىٰ لَهُ حُسْنُ ٱلْمَثُوبَةِ\nإِِذْ كَانَتِ ٱلارْضُ لِلَّهِ\nيُورِثُهَا مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ\nوَٱلْعَاقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ\nوَسُبْحَانَ رَبِّنَا\nإِِنْ كَانَ وَعْدُ رَبِّنَا لَمَفْعُولاًَ\nوَلَنْ يُخْلِفَ ٱللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ\nوَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ\nفَعَلَىٰ ٱلاطَائِبِ مِنْ اهْلِ بَيْتِ مُحَمَّد وَعَلِيٍّ\nصَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمَا وَآلِهِمَا\nفَلْيَبْكِ ٱلْبَاكُونَ\nوَإِِيَّاهُمْ فَلْيَنْدُبِ ٱلنَّادِبُونَ\nوَلِمِثْلِهِمْ فَلْتَذْرِفِ ٱلدُّمُوعُ\nوَلْيَصْرُخِ ٱلصَّارِخُونَ\nوَيَضِجَّ ٱلضَّاجُّونَ\nوَيَعِجَّ ٱلْعَاجُّوَنَ\nايْنَ ٱلْحَسَنُ ايْنَ ٱلْحُسَيْنُ\nايْنَ ابْنَاءُ ٱلْحُسَيْنِ\nصَالِحٌ بَعْدَ صَالِحٍ\nوَصَادِقٌ بَعْدَ صَادِقٍ\nايْنَ ٱلسَّبِيلُ بَعْدَ ٱلسَّبِيلِ\nايْنَ ٱلْخِيَرَةُ بَعْدَ ٱلْخِيَرَةِ\nايْنَ ٱلشُّمُوسُ ٱلطَّالِعَةُ\nايْنَ ٱلاقْمَارُ ٱلْمُنِيرَةُ\nايْنَ ٱلانْجُمُ ٱلزَّاهِرَةُ\nايْنَ اعْلاَمُ ٱلدِّينِ\nوَقَوَاعِدُ ٱلْعِلْمِ\nايْنَ بَقِيَّةُ ٱللَّهِ\nٱلَّتِي لاََ تَخْلُو مِنَ ٱلْعِتْرَةِ ٱلْهَادِيةِ\nاينَ ٱلْمُعَدُّ لِقَطْعِ دَابِرِ ٱلظَّلَمَةِ\nايْنَ ٱلْمُنْتَظَرُ لإِِِقَامَةِ ٱلامْتِ وَٱلعِوَجِ\nايْنَ ٱلْمُرْتَجىٰ لإِِزَالَةِ ٱلْجَوْرِ وَٱلْعُدْوَانِ\nايْنَ ٱلْمُدَّخَرُ لِتَجْدِيدِ ٱلْفَرَائِضِ وَٱلسُّنَنِ\nايْنَ ٱلْمُتَخَيَّرُ لإِِِعَادَةِ ٱلْمِلَّةِ وَٱلشَّرِيعَةِ\nايْنَ ٱلْمُؤَمَّلُ لإِِِحْيَاءِ ٱلْكِتَابِ وَحُدُودِهِ\nايْنَ مُحْيِي مَعَالِمِ ٱلدِّينِ وَاهْلِهِ\nايْنَ قَاصِمُ شَوْكَةِ ٱلْمُعْتَدِينَ\nايْنَ هَادِمُ ابْنِيَةِ ٱلشِّرْكِ وَٱلنِّفَاقِ\nايْنَ مُبِيدُ اهْلِ ٱلْفُسُوقِ\nوَٱلْعِصْيَانِ وَٱلطُّغْيَانِ\nايْنَ حَاصِدُ فُرُوعِ ٱلْغَيِّ وَٱلشِّقَاقِ\nايْنَ طَامِسُ آثَارِ ٱلزَّيْغِ وَٱلاهْوَاءِ\nايْنَ قَاطِعُ حَبَائِلِ ٱلْكِذْبِ وَٱلٱِفْتِرَاءِ\nايْنَ مُبِيدُ ٱلْعُتَاةِ وَٱلْمَرَدَةِ\nايْنَ مُسْتَاصِلُ اهْلِ ٱلْعِنَادِ وَٱلتَّضْلِيلِ وَٱلإِلْحَادِ\nايْنَ مُعِزُّ ٱلاوْلِيَاءِ وَمُذِلُّ ٱلاعْدَاءِ\nايْنَ جَامِعُ ٱلْكَلِمَةِ عَلَىٰ ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ\nايْنَ بَابُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِي مِنْهُ يُؤْتَىٰ\nايْنَ وَجْهُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِي إِِلَيْهِ يَتَوَجَّهُ ٱلاوْلِيَاءُ\nايْنَ ٱلسَّبَبُ ٱلْمُتَّصِلُ بَيْنَ ٱلارْضِ وَٱلسَّمَاءِ\nايْنَ صَاحِبُ يَوْمِ ٱلْفَتْحِ\nوَنَاشِرُ رَايَةِ ٱلْهُدَىٰ\nايْنَ مُؤَلِّفُ شَمْلِ ٱلصَّلاَحِ وَٱلرِّضَا\nايْنَ ٱلطَّالِبُ بِذُحُولِ ٱلانْبِيَاءِ وَابْنَاءِ ٱلانْبِيَاءِ\nايْنَ ٱلطَّالِبُ بِدَمِ ٱلْمَقْتُولِ بِكَرْبَلاَءَ\nايْنَ ٱلْمَنْصُورُ عَلَىٰ مَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْهِ وَٱفْتَرَىٰ\nايْنَ ٱلْمُضْطَرُّ ٱلَّذِي يُجَابُ إِِذَا دَعَا\nايْنَ صَدْرُ ٱلْخَلاَئِقِ ذُوُ ٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰ\nايْنَ ٱبْنُ ٱلنَّبِيِّ ٱلْمُصْطَفَىٰ\nوَٱبْنُ عَلِيٍّ ٱلْمُرْتَضَىٰ\nوَٱبْنُ خَدِيـجَةَ ٱلْغَرَّاءِ\nوَٱبْنُ فَاطِمَةَ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ\nبِابِي انْتَ وَامِّي\nوَنَفْسِي لَكَ ٱلْوِقَاءُ وَٱلْحِمَىٰ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلسَّادَةِ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِينَ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلنُّجَبَاءِ ٱلاكْرَمِينَ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلْهُدَاةِ ٱلْمَهْدِيِّينَ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلْخِيَرَةِ ٱلْمُهَذَّبِينَ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلْغَطَارِفَةِ ٱلانْجَبِينَ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلاطَائِبِ ٱلْمُطَهَّرِينَ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلْخَضَارِمَةِ ٱلْمُنْتَجَبِينَ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلْقَمَاقِمَةِ ٱلاكْرَمِينَ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلْبُدُورِ ٱلْمُنِيرَةِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلسُّرُجِ ٱلْمُضِيئَةِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلشُّهُبِ ٱلثَّاقِبَةِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلانْجُمِ ٱلزَّاهِرَةِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلسُّبُلِ ٱلْوَاضِحَةِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلاعْلاَمِ ٱللاَّئِحَةِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلْعُلُومِ ٱلْكَامِلَةِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلسُّنَنِ ٱلْمَشْهُورَةِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلْمَعَالِمِ ٱلْمَاثُورَةِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلْمُعْجِزَاتِ ٱلْمَوْجُودَةِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلدَّلاَئِلِ ٱلْمَشْهُودَةِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلصِّرَاطِ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلنَّبَإِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ\nيَا بْنَ مَنْ هُوَ فِي امِّ ٱلْكِتَابِ لَدَىٰ ٱللَّهِ عَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلآيَاتِ وَٱلْبَيِّنَاتِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلدَّلاَئِلِ ٱلظَّاهِرَاتِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلْبَرَاهِينِ ٱلْوَاضِحَاتِ ٱلْبَاهِرَاتِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلْحُجَجِ ٱلْبَالِغَاتِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلنِّعَمِ ٱلسَّابِغَاتِ\nيَا بْنَ طـٰهٰ وَٱلْمُحْكَمَاتِ\nيَا بْنَ يـٰس وَٱلذَّارِيَاتِ\nيَا بْنَ ٱلطُّورِ وَٱلْعَادِيَاتِ\nيَا بْنَ مَنْ دَنَا فَتَدَلَّىٰ\nفَكَانَ قَابَ قَوْسَيْنِ اوْ ادْنَىٰ\nدُنُوّاً وَٱقْتِرَاباً مِنَ ٱلْعَلِيِّ ٱلاعْلَىٰ\nلَيْتَ شِعْرِي ايْنَ ٱسْتَقَرَّتْ بِكَ ٱلنَّوَىٰ\nبَلْ ايُّ ارْضٍ تُقِلُّكَ اوْ ثَرَىٰ\nابِرَضْوَىٰ اوْ غَيْرِهَا امْ ذِي طُوَىٰٰ\nعَزِيزٌ عَلَيَّ انْ ارَىٰ ٱلْخَلْقَ وَلاَ تُرَىٰ\nوَلاَ اسْمَعُ لَكَ حَسِيساً وَلاَ نَجْوَىٰ\nعَزِيزٌ عَلَيَّ انْ تُحِيطَ بِكَ دُونِيَ ٱلْبَلْوَىٰ\nوَلاَ يَنَالُكَ مِنِّي ضَجِيجٌ وَلاَ شَكْوَىٰ\nبِنَفْسِي انْتَ مِنْ مُغَيَّبٍ لَمْ يَخْلُ مِنَّا\nبِنَفْسِي انْتَ مِنْ نَازِحٍ مَا نَزَحَ عَنَّا\nبِنَفْسِي انْتَ امْنِيَّةُ شَائِقٍ يَتَمَنَّىٰ\nمِنْ مُؤْمِنٍ وَمُؤْمِنَةٍ ذَكَرَا فَحَنَّا\nبِنَفْسِي انْتَ مِنْ عَقِيدِ عِزٍّ لاَ يُسَامَىٰ\nبِنَفْسِي انْتَ مِنْ اثِيلِ مَجْدٍ لاَ يُجَارَىٰ\nبِنَفْسِي انْتَ مِنْ تِلاَدِ نِعَمٍ لاََ تُضَاهَىٰ\nبِنَفْسِي انْتَ مِنْ نَصِيفِ شَرَفٍ لاََ يُسَاوَىٰ\nإِلَىٰ مَتَىٰ احَارُ فِيكَ يَا مَوْلاَيَ وَإِِلَىٰ مَتَىٰ\nوَايَّ خِطَابٍ اصِفُ فِيكَ وَايَّ نَجْوَىٰ\nعَزِيزٌ عَلَيَّ انْ اجَابَ دُونَكَ وَانَاغَىٰ\nعَزِيزٌ عَلَيَّ انْ ابْكِيَكَ وَيَخْذُلَكَ ٱلْوَرَىٰ\nعَزِيزٌ عَلَيَّ انْ يَجْرِيَ عَلَيْكَ دُونَهُمْ مَا جَرَىٰ\nهَلْ مِنْ مُعِينٍ فَاطِيلَ مَعَهُ ٱلْعَوِيلَ وَٱلْبُكَاءَ\nهَلْ مِنْ جَزُوعٍ فَاسَاعِدَ جَزَعَهُ إِِذَا خَلاَ\nهَلْ قَذِيَتْ عَيْنٌ فَسَاعَدَتْهَا عَيْنِي عَلَىٰ ٱلْقَذَىٰ\nهَلْ إِِلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ احْمَدَ سَبِيلٌ فَتُلْقَىٰ\nهَلْ يَتَّصِلُ يَوْمُنَا مِنْكَ بِعِدَةٍ فَنَحْظَىٰ\nمَتَىٰ نَرِدُ مَنَاهِلَكَ ٱلرَّوِيَّةَ فَنَرْوَىٰ\nمَتَىٰ نَنْتَقِعُ مِنْ عَذْبِ مَائِكَ\nفَقَدْ طَالَ ٱلصَّدَىٰ\nمَتَىٰ نُغَادِيكَ وَنُرَاوِحُكَ فَنُقِرَّ عَيْناً\nمَتَىٰ تَرَانَا وَنَرَاكَ وَقَدْ نَشَرْتَ لِوَاءَ ٱلنَّصْرِ تُرَىٰ\nاتَرَانَا نَحُفُّ بِكَ وَانْتَ تَؤُمُّ ٱلْمَلَا\nوَقَدْ مَلَاتَ ٱلارْضَ عَدْلاًَ\nوَاذَقْتَ اعْدَاءَكَ هَوَاناً وَعِقَاباً\nوَابَرْتَ ٱلْعُتَاةَ وَجَحَدَةَ ٱلْحَقِّ\nوَقَطَعْتَ دَابِرَ ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ\nوَٱجْتَثَثْتَ اصُولَ ٱلظَّالِمِينَ\nوَنَحْنُ نَقُولُ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ\nاَللَّهُمَّ انْتَ كَشَّافُ ْٱلكُرَبِ وَٱلْبَلْوَىٰ\nوَإِِلَيْكَ اسْتَعْدِي فَعِنْدَكَ ٱلْعَدْوَىٰ\nوَانْتَ رَبُّ ٱلآخِرَةِ وَٱلدُّنْيَا\nفَاغِثْ يَا غِيَاثَ ٱلْمُسْتَغِيثِينَ عُبَيْدَكَ ٱلْمُبْتَلَىٰ\nوَارِهِ سَيِّدَهُ يَا شَدِيدَ ٱلْقُوَىٰ\nوَازِلْ عَنْهُ بِهِ ٱلاسَىٰ وَٱلْجَوَىٰ\nوَبَرِّدْ غَلِيلَهُ يَا مَنْ عَلَىٰ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱسْتَوَىٰ\nوَمَنْ إِِلَيْهِ ٱلرُّجْعَىٰ وَٱلْمُنْتَهَىٰ\nاَللَّهُمَّ وَنَحْنُ عَبِيدُكَ ٱلتَّائِقُونَ إِلَىٰ وَلِيِّكَ\nٱلْمُذَكِّرِ بِكَ وَبِنَبِيِّكَ\nخَلَقْتَهُ لَنَا عِصْمَةً وَمَلاَذاً\nوَاقَمْتَهُ لَنَا قِوَاماً وَمَعَاذاً\nوَجَعَلْتَهُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنَّا إِِمَاماً\nفَبَلِّغْهُ مِنَّا تَحِيَّةً وَسَلاَماً\nوَزِدْنَا بِذٰلِكَ يَا رَبِّ إِِكْرَاماً\nوَٱجْعَلْ مُسْتَقَرَّهُ لَنَا مُسْتَقَرّاً وَمُقَاماً\nوَاتْمِمْ نِعْمَتَكَ بِتَقْدِيـمِكَ إِِيَّاهُ امَامَنَا\nحَتَّىٰ تُورِدَنَا جِنَانَكَ\nوَمُرَافَقَةَ ٱلشُّهَدَاءِ مِنْ خُلَصَائِكَ\nاَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ\nوَصَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ جَدِّهِ وَرَسُولِكَ\nٱلسَّيِّدِ ٱلاكْبَرِ\nوَعَلَىٰ ابِيهِ ٱلسَّيِّدِ ٱلاصْغَرِ\nوَجَدَّتِهِ ٱلصِّدِّيقَةِ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ\nفَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ مُحَمَّدٍ\nصَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ\nوَعَلَىٰ مَنِ ٱصْطَفَيْتَ مِنْ آبَائِهِ ٱلْبَرَرَةِ\nوَعَلَيْهِ افْضَلَ وَاكْمَلَ\nوَاتَمَّ وَادْوَمَ\nوَاكْثَرَ وَاوْفَرَ\nمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَىٰ احَدٍ مِنْ اصْفِيَائِكَ\nوَخِيَرَتِكَ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ\nوَصَلِّ عَلَيْهِ صَلاَةً لاََ غَايَةَ لِعَدَدِهَا\nوَلاَ نِهَايَةَ لِمَدَدِهَا\nوَلاَ نَفَادَ لاِمَدِهَا\nاَللَّهُمَّ وَاقِمْ بِهِ ٱلْحَقَّ\nوَادْحِضْ بِهِ ٱلْبَاطِلَ\nوَادِلْ بِهِ اوْلِيَاءَكَ\nوَاذْلِلْ بِهِ اعْدَاءَكَ\nوَصِلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُ\nوُصْلَةً تُؤَدِّي إِلَىٰ مُرَافَقَةِ سَلَفِهِ\nوَٱجْعَلْنَا مِمَّنْ يَاخُذُ بِحُجْزَتِهِمْ\nوَيَمْكُثُ فِي ظِلِّهِمْ\nوَاعِنَّا عَلَىٰ تَادِيَةِ حُقُوقِهِ إِِلَيْهِ\nوَٱلِٱجْتِهَادِ فِي طَاعَتِهِ\nوَٱجْتِنَابِ مَعْصِيَتِهِ\nوَٱمْنُنْ عَلَيْنَا بِرِضَاهُ\nوَهَبْ لَنَا رَافَتَهُ وَرَحْمَتَهُ\nوَدُعَاءَهُ وَخَيْرَهُ\nمَا نَنَالُ بِهِ سَعَةً مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ\nوَفَوْزاً عِنْدَكَ\nوَٱجْعَلْ صَلاَتَنَا بِهِ مَقبُولَةً\nوَذُنُوبَنَا بِهِ مَغْفُورَةً\nوَدُعَاءَنَا بِهِ مُسْتَجَاباً\nوَٱجْعَلْ ارْزَاقَنَا بِهِ مَبْسُوطَةً\nوَهُمُومَنَا بِهِ مَكْفِيَّةً\nوَحَوَائِجَنَا بِهِ مَقْضِيَّةً\nوَاقْبِلْ إِِلَيْنَا بِوَجْهِكَ ٱلْكَرِيـمِ\nوَٱقْبَلْ تَقَرُّبَنَا إِِلَيْكَ\nوَٱنْظُرْ إِِلَيْنَا نَظْرَةً رَحِيمَةً\nنَسْتَكْمِلُ بِهَا ٱلْكَرَامَةَ عِنْدَكَ\nثُمَّ لاََ تَصْرِفْهَا عَنَّا بِجُودِكَ\nوَٱسْقِنَا مِنْ حَوْضِ جَدِّهِ\nصَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ\nبِكَاسِهِ وَبِيَدِهِ\nرَيّاً رَوِيّاً\nهَنِيئاً سَائِغاً\nلاََ ظَمَا بَعْدَهُ\nيَا ارْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمينَ",
      "transliteration": "alhamdu lillahi rabbi al`alamina\nwa salla allahu `ala sayyidina muhammadin nabiyyihi\nwa alihi wa sallama tasliman\nallahumma laka alhamdu\n`ala ma jara bihi qada'uka\nfi awliya'ika alladhina istakhlastahum linafsika wa dinika\nidhi ikhtarta lahum jazila ma `indaka\nmin alnna`imi almuqimi\nalladhi la zawala lahu wa la idmihlala\nba`da an sharatta `alayhim alzzuhda\nfi darajati hadhihi alddunya alddaniyyati\nwa zukhrufiha wa zibrijiha\nfasharatu laka dhalika\nwa `alimta minhum alwafa'a bihi\nfaqabiltahum wa qarrabtahum\nwa qaddamta lahum aldhdhikra al`aliyya\nwalththana'a aljaliyya\nwa ahbatta `alayhim mala'ikataka\nwa karramtahum biwahyika\nwa rafadtahum bi`ilmika\nwa ja`altahum aldhdhari`ata ilayka\nwalwasilata ila ridwanika\nfaba`dun askantahu jannataka\nila an akhrajtahu minha\nwa ba`dun hamaltahu fi fulkika\nwa najjaytahu wa man amana ma`ahu\nmin alhalakati birahmatika\nwa ba`dun ittakhadhtahu linafsika khalilan\nwa sa'alaka lisana sidqin fi al-akhirina fa'ajabtahu\nwa ja`alta dhalika `aliyyan\nwa ba`dun kallamtahu min shajaratin takliman\nwa ja`alta lahu min akhihi rid'an wa waziran\nwa ba`dun awladtahu min ghayri abin\nwa ataytahu albayyinati\nwa ayyadtahu biruhi alqudusi\nwa kullun shara`ta lahu shari`atan\nwa nahajta lahu minhajan\nwa takhayyarta lahu awsiya'a\nmustahfizan ba`da mustahfizin\nmin muddatin ila muddatin\niqamatan lidinika\nwa hujjatan `ala `ibadika\nwa li'alla yazula alhaqqu `an maqarrihi\nwa yaghliba albatilu `ala ahlihi\nwa la yaqula ahadun\nlawla arsalta ilayna rasulan mundhiran\nwa aqamta lana `alaman hadiyan\nfanattabi`a ayatika min qabli an nadhilla wa nakhza\nila an intahayta bil-amri ila habibika wa najibika muhammadin\nsalla allahu `alayhi wa alihi\nfakana kama intajabtahu\nsayyida man khalaqtahu\nwa safwata man istafaytahu\nwa afdala man ijtabaytahu\nwa akrama man i`tamadtahu\nqaddamtahu `ala anbiya'ika\nwa ba`athtahu ila alththaqalayni min `ibadika\nwa awta'tahu mashariqaka wa magharibaka\nwa sakhkharta lahu alburaqa\nwa `arajta bihi ila sama'ika\nwa awda`tahu `ilma ma kana\nwa ma yakunu ila inqida'i khalqika\nthumma nasartahu bilrru`bi\nwa hafaftahu bijabra'ila wa mika'ila\nwalmusawwimina min mala'ikatika\nwa wa`adtahu an tuzhira dinahu `ala alddini kullihi\nwa law kariha almushrikuna\nwa dhalika ba`da an bawwa'tahu mubawwa'a sidqin min ahlihi\nwa ja`alta lahu wa lahum awwala baytin\nwudi`a lilnnasi lalladhi bibakkata\nmubarakan wa hudan lil`alamina\nfihi ayatun bayyinatun\nmaqamu ibrahima\nwa man dakhalahu kana aminan\nwa qulta innama yuridu allahu liyudhhiba `ankum alrrijsa\nahla albayti\nwa yutahhirakum tathiran\nthumma ja`alta ajra muhammadin\nsalawatuka `alayhi wa alihi\nmawaddatahum fi kitabika\nfaqulta qul la as'alukum `alayhi ajran\nilla almawaddata fi alqurba\nwa qulta ma sa'altukum min ajrin fahuwa lakum\nwa qulta ma as'alukum `alayhi min ajrin\nilla man sha'a an yattakhidha ila rabbihi sabilan\nfakanu hum alssabila ilayka\nwalmaslaka ila ridwanika\nfalamma inqadat ayyamuhu\naqama waliyyahu `aliyya bna abi talibin\nsalawatuka `alayhima wa alihima hadiyan\nidh kana huwa almundhira\nwa likulli qawmin hadin\nfaqala walmala'u amamahu\nman kuntu mawlahu\nfa`aliyyun mawlahu\nallahumma wali man walahu\nwa `adi man `adahu\nwansur man nasarahu\nwakhdhul man khadhalahu\nwa qala man kuntu ana nabiyyahu fa`aliyyun amiruhu\nwa qala ana wa `aliyyun min shajaratin wahidatin\nwa sa'iru alnnasi min shajarin shatta\nwa ahallahu mahalla haruna min musa\nfaqal lahu anta minni bimanzilati haruna min musa\nilla annahu la nabiyya ba`di\nwa zawwajahu ibnatahu sayyidata nisa'i al`alamina\nwa ahalla lahu min masjidihi ma halla lahu\nwa sadda al-abwaba illa babahu\nthumma awda`ahu `ilmahu wa hikmatahu\nfaqala ana madinatu al`ilmi\nwa `aliyyun babuha\nfaman arada almadinata walhikmata\nfalya'tiha min babiha\nthumma qala anta akhi wa wasiyyi wa warithi\nlahmuka min lahmi\nwa damuka min dami\nwa silmuka silmi\nwa harbuka harbi\nwal-imanu mukhalitun lahmaka wa damaka\nkama khalata lahmi wa dami\nwa anta ghadan `ala alhawdi khalifati\nwa anta taqdi dayni\nwa tunjizu `idati\nwa shi`atuka `ala manabira min nurin\nmubyaddatan wujuhuhum hawli fi aljannati\nwa hum jirani\nwa lawla anta ya `aliyyu\nlam yu`raf almu'minuna ba`di\nwa kana ba`dahu hudan min alddalali\nwa nuran min al`ama\nwa habla allahi almatina\nwa siratahu almustaqima\nla yusbaqu biqarabatin fi rahimin\nwa la bisabiqatin fi dinin\nwa la yulhaqu fi manqabatin min manaqibihi\nyahdhu hadhwa alrrasuli\nsalla allahu `alayhima wa alihima\nwa yuqatilu `ala altta'wili\nwa la ta'khudhuhu fi allahi lawmatu la'imin\nqad watara fihi sanadida al`arabi\nwa qatala abtalahum\nwa nawasha dhu'banahum\nfa'awda`a qulubahum ahqadan\nbadriyyatan wa khaybariyyatan wa hunayniyyatan wa ghayrahunna\nfa'adabbat `ala `adawatihi\nwa akabbat `ala munabadhatihi\nhatta qatala alnnakithina walqasitina walmariqina\nwa lamma qada nahbahu\nwa qatalahu ashqa al-akhirina yatba`u ashqa al-awwalina\nlam yumtathal amru rasuli allahi\nsalla allahu `alayhi wa alihi\nfi alhadina ba`da alhadina\nwal-ummatu musirratun `ala maqtihi\nmujtami`atun `ala qati`ati rahimihi\nwa iqsa'i wuldihi\nilla alqalila mimman wafa liri`ayati alhaqqi fihim\nfaqutila man qutila\nwa subiya man subiya\nwa uqsiya man uqsiya\nwa jara alqada'u lahum\nbima yurja lahu husnu almathubati\nidh kanat al-ardu lillahi\nyurithuha man yasha'u min `ibadihi\nwal`aqibatu lilmuttaqina\nwa subhana rabbina\nin kana wa`du rabbina lamaf`ulan\nwa lan yukhlifa allahu wa`dahu\nwa huwa al`azizu alhakimu\nfa`ala al-ata'ibi min ahli bayti muhammadin wa `aliyyin\nsalla allahu `alayhima wa alihima\nfalyabki albakuna\nwa iyyahum falyandub alnnadibuna\nwa limithlihim faltadhrif alddumu`u\nwalyasrukh alssarikhuna\nwa yadijja alddajjuna\nwa ya`ijja al`ajjuna\nayna alhasanu ayna alhusaynu\nayna abna'u alhusayni\nsalihun ba`da salihin\nwa sadiqun ba`da sadiqin\nayna alssabilu ba`da alssabili\nayna alkhiyaratu ba`da alkhiyarati\nayna alshshumusu alttali`atu\nayna al-aqmaru almuniratu\nayna al-anjumu alzzahiratu\nayna a`lamu alddini\nwa qawa`idu al`ilmi\nayna baqiyyatu allahi\nallati la takhlu min al`itrati alhadiyati\nayna almu`addu liqat`i dabiri alzzalamati\nayna almuntazaru li'iqamati al-amti wal`iwaji\nayna almurtaja li'izalati aljawri wal`udwani\nayna almuddakharu litajdidi alfara'idi walssunani\nayna almutakhayyaru li'i`adati almillati walshshari`ati\nayna almu'ammalu li'ihya'i alkitabi wa hududihi\nayna muhyi ma`alimi alddini wa ahlihi\nayna qasimu shawkati almu`tadina\nayna hadimu abniyati alshshirki walnnifaqi\nayna mubidu ahli alfusuqi\nwal`isyani walttughyani\nayna hasidu furu`i alghayyi walshshiqaqi\nayna tamisu athari alzzayghi wal-ahwa'i\nayna qati`u haba'ili alkidhbi waliftira'i\nayna mubidu al`utati walmaradati\nayna musta'silu ahli al`inadi walttadlili wal-ilhadi\nayna mu`izzu al-awliya'i wa mudhillu al-a`da'i\nayna jami`u alkalimati `ala alttaqwa\nayna babu allahi alladhi minhu yu'ta\nayna wajhu allahi alladhi ilayhi yatawajjahu al-awliya'u\nayna alssababu almuttasilu bayna al-ardi walssama'i\nayna sahibu yawmi alfathi\nwa nashiru rayati alhuda\nayna mu'allifu shamli alssalahi walrrida\nayna alttalibu bidhuhuli al-anbiya'i wa abna'i al-anbiya'i\nayna alttalibu bidami almaqtuli bikarbala'a\nayna almansuru `ala man i`tada `alayhi waftara\nayna almudtarru alladhi yujabu idha da`a\nayna sadru alkhala'iqi dhu albirri walttaqwa\nayna ibnu alnnabiyyi almustafa\nwabnu `aliyyin almurtada\nwabnu khadijata algharra'i\nwabnu fatimata alkubra\nbi'abi anta wa ummi\nwa nafsi laka alwiqa'u walhima\nyabna alssadati almuqarrabina\nyabna alnnujaba'i al-akramina\nyabna alhudati almahdiyyina\nyabna alkhiyarati almuhadhdhabina\nyabna alghatarifati al-anjabina\nyabna al-ata'ibi almutahharina\nyabna alkhadarimati almuntajabina\nyabna alqamaqimati al-akramina\nyabna albuduri almunirati\nyabna alssuruji almudi'ati\nyabna alshshuhubi alththaqibati\nyabna al-anjumi alzzahirati\nyabna alssubuli alwadihati\nyabna al-a`lami alla'ihati\nyabna al`ulumi alkamilati\nyabna alssunani almashhurati\nyabna alma`alimi alma'thurati\nyabna almu`jizati almawjudati\nyabna alddala'ili almashhudati\nyabna alssirati almustaqimi\nyabna alnnaba'i al`azimi\nyabna man huwa fi ummi alkitabi lada allahi `aliyyun hakimun\nyabna al-ayati walbayyinati\nyabna alddala'ili alzzahirati\nyabna albarahini alwadihati albahirati\nyabna alhujaji albalighati\nyabna alnni`ami alssabighati\nyabna taha walmuhkamati\nyabna yasin waldhdhariyati\nyabna altturi wal`adiyati\nyabna man dana fatadalla\nfakana qaba qawsayni aw adna\ndunuwwan waqtiraban min al`aliyyi al-a`la\nlayta shi`ri ayna istaqarrat bika alnnawa\nbal ayya ardin tuqilluka aw thara\nabiradwa aw ghayriha am dhi tuwa\n`azizun `alayya an ara alkhalqa wa la tura\nwa la asma`u laka hasisan wa la najwa\n`azizun `alayya an tuhita bika duniya albalwa\nwa la yanaluka minni dajijun wa la shakwa\nbinafsi anta min mughayyabin lam yakhlu minna\nbinafsi anta min nazihin ma nazaha `anna\nbinafsi anta umniyyatu sha'iqin yatamanna\nmin mu'minin wa mu'minatin dhakara fahanna\nbinafsi anta min `aqidi `izzin la yusama\nbinafsi anta min athili majdin la yujara\nbinafsi anta min tiladi ni`amin la tudaha\nbinafsi anta min nasifi sharafin la yusawa\nila mata aharu fika ya mawlaya wa ila mata\nwa ayya khitabin asifu fika wa ayya najwa\n`azizun `alayya an ujaba dunaka wa unagha\n`azizun `alayya an abkiyaka wa yakhdhulaka alwara\n`azizun `alayya an yajriya `alayka dunahum ma jara\nhal min mu`inin fa'utila ma`ahu al`awila walbuka'a\nhal min jazu`in fa'usa`ida jaza`ahu idha khala\nhal qadhiyat `aynun fasa`adat-ha `ayni `ala alqadha\nhal ilayka yabna ahmada sabilun fatulqa\nhal yattasilu yawmuna minka bi`idatin fanahza\nmata naridu manahilaka alrrawiyyata fanarwa\nmata nantaqi`u min `adhbi ma'ika\nfaqad tala alssada\nmata nughadika wa nurawihuka fanuqirra `aynan\nmata tarana wa naraka wa qad nasharta liwa'a alnnasri tura\natarana nahuffu bika wa anta ta'ummu almala'a\nwa qad mala'ta al-arda `adlan\nwa adhaqta a`da'aka hawanan wa `iqaban\nwa abarta al`utata wa jahadata alhaqqi\nwa qata`ta dabira almutakabbirina\nwajtathathta usula alzzalimina\nwa nahnu naqulu alhamdu lillahi rabbi al`alamina\nallahumma anta kashshafu alkurabi walbalwa\nwa ilayka asta`di fa`indaka al`adwa\nwa anta rabbu al-akhirati walddunya\nfa'aghith ya ghiyatha almustaghithina `ubaydaka almubtala\nwa arihi sayyidahu ya shadida alquwa\nwa azil `anhu bihi al-asa waljawa\nwa barrid ghalilahu ya man `ala al`arshi istawa\nwa man ilayhi alrruj`a walmuntaha\nallahumma wa nahnu `abiduka altta'iquna ila waliyyika\nalmudhakkiri bika wa binabiyyika\nkhalaqtahu lana `ismatan wa maladhan\nwa aqamtahu lana qiwaman wa ma`adhan\nwa ja`altahu lilmu'minina minna imaman\nfaballighhu minna tahiyyatan wa salaman\nwa zidna bidhalika ya rabbi ikraman\nwaj`al mustaqarrahu lana mustaqarran wa muqaman\nwa atmim ni`mataka bitaqdimika iyyahu amamana\nhatta turidana jinanaka\nwa murafaqata alshshuhada'i min khulasa'ika\nallahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin\nwa salli `ala muhammadin jaddihi wa rasulika\nalssayyidi al-akbari\nwa `ala abihi alssayyidi al-asghari\nwa jaddatihi alssiddiqati alkubra\nfatimata binti muhammadin\nslla allah `alihi wa alihi\nwa `ala man istafayta min aba'ihi albararati\nwa `alayhi afdala wa akmala\nwa atamma wa adwama\nwa akthara wa awfara\nma sallayta `ala ahadin min asfiya'ika\nwa khiyaratika min khalqika\nwa salli `alayhi salatan la ghayata li`adadiha\nwa la nihayata limadadiha\nwa la nafada li'amadiha\nallahumma wa aqim bihi alhaqqa\nwa adhid bihi albatila\nwa adil bihi awliya'aka\nwa adhlil bihi a`da'aka\nwa sil allahumma baynana wa baynahu\nwuslatan tu'addi ila murafaqati salafihi\nwaj`alna mimman ya'khudhu bihujzatihim\nwa yamkuthu fi zillihim\nwa a`inna `ala ta'diyati huquqihi ilayhi\nwalijtihadi fi ta`atihi\nwajtinabi ma`siyatihi\nwamnun `alayna biridahu\nwa hab lana ra'fatahu wa rahmatahu\nwa du`a'ahu wa khayrahu\nma nanalu bihi sa`atan min rahmatika\nwa fawzan `indaka\nwaj`al salatana bihi maqbulatan\nwa dhunubana bihi maghfuratan\nwa du`a'ana bihi mustajaban\nwaj`al arzaqana bihi mabsutatan\nwa humumana bihi makfiyyatan\nwa hawa'ijana bihi maqdiyyatan\nwa aqbil ilayna biwajhika alkarimi\nwaqbal taqarrubana ilayka\nwanzur ilayna nazratan rahimatan\nnastakmilu biha alkaramata `indaka\nthumma la tasrifha `anna bijudika\nwasqina min hawdi jaddihi\nsalla allahu `alayhi wa alihi\nbika'sihi wa biyadihi\nrayyan rawiyyan\nhani'an sa'ighan\nla zama'a ba`dahu\nya arhama alrrahimina",
      "translation": "All praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds.\nMay Allah send blessings upon our master Muhammad His Prophet\nand upon his Household and may He salute them with thorough salutation.\nO Allah, all praise be to You\nfor Your decree that has been applied\nto Your vicegerents whom You have purely selected for Yourself and Your religion;\nas You have chosen for them the abundance of what You have in possession;\nthat is the enduring pleasure\nthat neither vanishes nor diminishes,\nafter You had already stipulated on them to renounce\nall the ranks of this lowly world\nalong with all of its embellishments and ornaments,\nand they accepted this stipulation.\nAs You knew that they would fulfill this stipulation,\nYou accepted and drew them near to You.\nYou thus provided them with sublime mention\nand obvious approval,\nmade Your angels descend to them,\nhonored them with Your revelations,\nsupported them with Your knowledge,\nand made them the channel to You\nand the means to winning Your pleasure.\nTherefore, You made some of them dwell in Your Garden\nuntil You decided to take him out of there.\nYou bore another one on in Your Ark\nand saved him and those who believed with him\nfrom perdition, out of Your mercy.\nYou took another one as Your intimate friend\nand when he asked You to leave behind him a truthful mention, You responded to him\nand made that (mention) to be eminent.\nYou spoke to another one from a tree directly\nand decided his brother to be his protector and representative.\nYou made another one to be born without a father,\ngave him clear-cut proofs\nand aided him with the Sacred Spirit.\nFor each of them, You gave a code of law,\ndecided a certain course,\nand finely chose successors;\nwell-trustworthy successors one after another,\neach for a certain period,\nin purpose of establishing Your religion\nand acting as arguments against Your servants,\nso that the truth should never leave its position\nand the wrong should never overcome the people of the truth\nand so that none should claim, saying,\n“If only You had sent to us a warning messenger\nand established for us a guiding person,\nwe should have followed Your signs before that we met humiliation and disgrace!”\nYou then ended the matter with Your most-beloved and well-select one, Muhammad,\nmay Allah bless him and his Household.\nHe was—as exactly as You have chosen—\nthe master of all those whom You created,\nthe best of all those whom You selected,\nthe most favorite of all those whom You pointed out,\nand the noblest of all those on whom You decided.\nSo, You preferred him to Your prophets,\nsent him to the two dependents (men and jinn) from Your servants,\nenabled him to tread on the east and the west of Your lands,\nmade subservient to him the Buraq (the celestial sumpter),\nraised him to Your heavens,\nand entrusted with him the knowledge of whatever passed\nand whatever shall come to pass up to the extinction of Your creatures.\nYou then granted him victory by means of awe & majesty\nordered (Archangels) Gabriel and Michael\nas well as the marked angels to surround him,\nand promised him to make his faith prevail all other faiths\nhowever much the polytheists may be averse.\nYou did all that after You had settled him in an honest position among his people,\nmade for him and them the first house\never located for the people; that is the house in Bakkah,\nblessed and guidance for the worlds.\nIn it, there are clear-cut proofs.\nIt is the standing-place of Abraham,\nand whoever enters it will be secured.\nYou also said, “Allah only desires to keep away the uncleanness from you,\nO people of the House,\nand to purify you a thorough purifying.”\nYou then decided the reward of Muhammad,\nYour blessings be upon him and his Household,\nto be the love for them; as in Your Book\nYou said, “Say: I do not ask of you any reward for it\nbut love for my near relatives.”\nYou also said, “Whatever reward I have asked of you, that is only for yourselves.”\nYou also said, “I do not ask you aught in return\nexcept that he who wills, may take the way to his Lord.”\nThey (i.e. the Prophet’s Household) have therefore been the way to You\nand the course to Your pleasure.\nWhen his (i.e. the Prophet) days passed,\nhe appointed as successor his vicegerent `Ali the son of Abu-Talib,\nYour blessings be upon both of them and their Household,\nbecause he (the Prophet) was the warner\nand `Ali was the guide for every people.\nSo, he (the Prophet) said in the presence of the people,\n“As for each one who has taken me as his master,\n`Ali is now his master.\nO Allah, guard any one who is loyal to `Ali,\nbe the enemy of any one who antagonizes him,\nsupport any one who supports him,\nand disappoint any one who disappoints him.”\nHe also said, “As for any one who has considered me as his Prophet, `Ali is now his commander.”\nHe also said, “`Ali and I are of the same tree,\nwhile all the other peoples are from various trees.”\nHe endued him (i.e. `Ali) with the position that (Prophet) Aaron had with regard to (Prophet) Moses,\nsaying, “Your position to me is as same as Aaron’s position to Moses (in every thing)\nexcept that there shall be no prophet after me.”\nHe gave him in marriage his daughter the doyenne of the women of the worlds.\nHe allowed him (alone) to do whatever he himself is allowed to do in his Mosque.\nHe closed all the doors (to the Mosque) except his (i.e. `Ali) door.\nHe then entrusted with him his knowledge and his wisdom,\nsaying, “I am the city of knowledge,\nand `Ali is its door.\nSo, whoever wants this city and wisdom,\nmust come to it from its door.”\nHe then said (to `Ali), “You are my brother, successor, and inheritor.\nYour flesh is part of my flesh,\nyour blood is part of my blood,\nyour peace is my peace,\nyour war is my war,\nand faith is mixed with your flesh and blood\nas same as it is mixed with my flesh and blood.\nOn the morrow, you shall be my vicegerent on the (Divine) Pond.\nYou also settle my debts\nand fulfill my commitments.\nYour Shi`ah (i.e. adherents) shall be on pulpits of light,\nwhite-faced, around me in Paradise.\nThey are my neighbors (therein).\nWere it not for you `Ali,\ntrue believers would not be recognized after me.”\nHence, he (i.e. `Ali), after the Prophet, was true guidance against straying off,\nlight against blindness,\nthe firmest rope of Allah,\nand His straight path.\nNone would precede him in blood relation (with the Prophet)\nor any priority in a religious affair,\nand none would ever match him in any item of virtue.\nHe patterned after the Messenger,\nmay Allah’s blessings be upon both of them and their Household.\nHe fought for the sake of true interpretation (of the Qur'an).\nThe blame of any blamer would never stop him from doing anything for the sake of Allah.\nHe thus exterminated the villains of the Arabs,\nkilled their heroes,\nand eradicated their ferocious fighters.\nHe therefore filled in their hearts with malice\nfrom the battles of Badr, Khaybar, and Hunayn as well as others.\nTherefore, they clang inseparably to opposing him\nand attached upon dissenting him\nuntil he (had to) kill those who broke their oath/allegiance, and the unjust, and the apostates\"\nWhen he passed away\nand he was killed by the most miserable of all of the late generations who will be attached to the most miserable of the past generations,\nthe decree of Allah’s Messenger,\nmay Allah bless him and his Household,\nabout the leadership of the successive guiding ones was not carried out;\nrather, the people insisted on detesting him\nand agreed unanimously on rupturing their relations with him\nand moving away his descendants (from leadership),\nexcept for a few ones who fulfilled the duty of observing their rights.\nMany (of `Ali’s descendants) were therefore slain,\nmany others were taken as captives,\nand many others were banished.\nDecrees were thus applied to them\nin a form expected to grant them excellent reward for that.\nVerily, the earth is Allah’s;\nHe gives it in inheritance to whomever of His servants that He wishes;\nand the end result shall be for the pious.\nAll glory be to our Lord.\nMost certainly, the promise of our Lord shall come to pass.\nAllah shall never fail to fulfill His promise.\nHe is the Almighty, the All-wise.\nFor the immaculate ones from the household of Muhammad and `Ali,\nmay Allah bless both of them and their household,\nlet weepers weep.\nFor them too, let lamenters lament.\nFor the like of them, let tears be shed,\nscreamers scream,\nyellers yell,\nand wailers wail.\nWhere is al-Hasan? Where is al-Husayn?\nWhere are the sons of al-Husayn;\na virtuous one after another,\nand a veracious one after another?\nWhere is the course (to Allah) after a course?\nWhere is the best after the best?\nWhere are the rising suns?\nWhere are the shining moons?\nWhere are the brilliant stars?\nWhere are the authorities of the religion\nand the foundations of knowledge?\nWhere is the left by Allah\nthat is always represented by individuals from the guiding (Prophetic) offspring?\nWhere is the one prepared for cutting off the roots of the wrongdoers?\nWhere is the one awaited for mending every unevenness and crookedness?\nWhere is the one hoped for removing oppression and aggression?\nWhere is the one spared for refreshing the duties and traditions?\nWhere is the one chosen for restoring the faith and the code of law?\nWhere is the one expected to restore to life the Book and its provisions?\nWhere is the reviver of the elements of the religion and its people?\nWhere is the one shattering the arms of the aggressors?\nWhere is the one demolishing the edifices of polytheism and hypocrisy?\nWhere is the one annihilating the people of wickedness,\ndisobedience, and tyranny?\nWhere is the one uprooting the branches of error and insurgence?\nWhere is the one effacing the traces of evasiveness and personal desires?\nWhere is the one severing the ropes of fabrication and forgery?\nWhere is the one terminating the insolent defiant and persistent rebels?\nWhere is the one tearing up the people of obstinacy, misleading, and atheism?\nWhere is the one ennobling the saints and humiliating the enemies?\nWhere is the one bringing together (all scattered) words to piety?\nWhere is the door of Allah from which Allah is come?\nWhere is the Face of Allah towards whom the saints turn their faces.\nWhere is the means of access that is connectedly extended between the earth and the heavens.\nWhere is the patron of the Conquest Day\nand the stretcher of the pennon of true guidance?\nWhere is the one reunifying the dispersed parts of uprightness and contentment?\nWhere is the one demanding with the vengeance of the Prophets and their sons?\nWhere is the one demanding with the blood of the one slain in Karbala'?\nWhere is the one granted aid against whomever transgresses and forges lies against him?\nWhere is the distressed who is answered when he prays?\nWhere is the forepart of the creatures who enjoys dutifulness and piety?\nWhere is the son of the well-chosen Prophet,\nthe son of `Ali the well-pleased,\nthe son of Khadijah the glittery lady,\nand the son of Fatimah the grand lady?\nMay my father and mother be ransoms for you.\nMay my soul be protection and shield for you.\nO son of the chiefs drawn near!\nO son of the most honorable, outstanding ones!\nO son of the guiding and well-guided ones!\nO son of the ever-best refined ones!\nO son of the all-liberal and all-select ones!\nO son of the immaculate and purified ones!\nO son of the ample-giving, finely elected ones!\nO son of the bounteous, most honorable ones!\nO son of light-giving full moons!\nO son of beaming lanterns!\nO son of piercing flames!\nO son of luminous stars!\nO son of patent ways!\nO son of obvious signs!\nO son of perfect knowledge!\nO son of renowned traditions!\nO son of well-established features!\nO son of well-known miracles!\nO son of widely witnessed demonstrations!\nO son of the straight path!\nO son of the great news!\nO son of him who is elevated and full of wisdom in the original of the Book with Allah.\nO son of signs and manifestations!\nO son of apparent points of evidence!\nO son of clear-cut and dazzling substantiations!\nO son of conclusive arguments!\nO son of superabundant bounties!\nO son of Taha and the decisive (verses)!\nO son of Yasin and al-Dhariyat (the winnowing winds)!\nO son of al-Tur (the Mount of Revelation) and al-`ªdiyat (the running steeds)!\nO son of him who drew near and then bowed;\nhe therefore was the measure of two bows or closer still;\nnearness and closeness to the Most High and Most Exalted (Lord)!\nHow I wonder! Where has farness taken you?\nOr which land or soil is carrying you?\nIs it on (Mount) Radwa or elsewhere on (Mount) Dhi-Tuwa?\nIt is hard for me that I can see all creatures but I can neither see you\nnor can I hear any whisper or confidential talk from you!\nIt is hard for me that ordeals encompass you, not me\nand neither cry nor complaint from me can rally round you!\nMay my soul be ransom for you; for although you are hidden from us, you have never forsaken us.\nMay my soul be ransom for you; for although you are away, you have never been away from us.\nMay my soul be ransom for you; for you are the wish of an eager\nbelieving man or woman who mention you and miss you.\nMay my soul be ransom for you; for you are an unmatched pioneer of dignity.\nMay my soul be ransom for you; for you are an unrivaled origin of glory.\nMay my soul be ransom for you; for you are unparalleled center of bounties.\nMay my soul be ransom for you; for you are unequaled in all-inclusive honor.\nUntil when will I be bewildered about you, O my master, and until when?\nIn what kind of statement and in what kind of talk can I describe you?\nIt is hard for me that I can receive answers and words, but you cannot.\nIt is hard for me that I weep for you but the others disappoint you.\nIt is hard for me that what has happened afflict you other than all the others.\nIs there any helper with whom I may lament and bewail as much as I wish?\nIs there any aggrieved one whom I can help in grief when he becomes tired?\nIs there any eye moling out and thus my eye may help it to mol out more?\nIs there any way to meet you, O son of Ahmad (the Prophet)?\nWill our day be promised to catch your day and we will thus achieve our hope?\nWhen will we be able to join your refreshing springs and we will then be satiated?\nWhen will we quench our thirst from your fresh water,\nbecause thirst has been too long?\nWhen will we accompany you in coming and going so that our eyes will be delighted?\nWhen will you see us and we see you spreading the pennon of victory?\nCan it be that we surround you while you are leading the groups,\nafter you will have filled in the earth with justice,\ntasted your enemies humiliation and punishment,\nannihilated the insolent defiant and the deniers of the truth,\ncut off the roots of the arrogant,\neradicated the sources of the wrongdoers,\nand we keep on saying, “All praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds?”\nO Allah, You are verily the reliever from agonies and ordeals.\nTo You do I complain about the transgressions against me, for You alone are worthy of receiving complaints,\nand You are alone the Lord of the Hereafter and this world.\nSo, (please) aid Your agonized worthless servant, O Aide of those who seek aid,\ngrant him (i.e. Your servant) chance to see his master, O Lord of mighty prowess,\nremove from him misfortune and anguish, in the name of his master,\nand satisfy his thirst, O He Who is established on the Throne\nand He to Whom is the return and the final goal.\nO Allah, we are Your servants who are fervently willing to meet Your vicegerent,\nwho reminds of You and Your Prophet;\nand whom You have created as haven and refuge for us,\nYou have appointed as foundation and source of protection for us,\nand whom You have made to be the leader of the believers among us.\nSo, (please) convey to him greetings and salutations from us,\nendue us with more honor, O my Lord, through that,\ndecide his settlement among us to be settlement and dwelling for us,\nand perfect Your bounty by making him occupy the leading position before us\nso that You shall allow us to enter the gardens of Your Paradise\nand to accompany the martyrs from among Your elite ones.\nO Allah, (please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad;([1])\nand send blessings upon Muhammad his grandfather and Your messenger;\nthe senior master,\nupon his father the junior master,\nupon his grandmother the grand veracious lady\nFatimah the daughter of Muhammad,\npeace be upon him and his Household,\nupon his dutiful fathers whom You have chosen (over all others),\nand upon him with such most favorable, most perfect,\nmost thorough, most permanent,\nmost abundant, and most plentiful\nblessings that You have ever sent upon any of Your elite ones\nand well-chosen ones among Your creatures.\nAnd (please) bless him with such blessings whose number is infinite,\nwhose quantity is never-ending,\nand whose time is interminable.\nO Allah! Through him, establish all rights,\nrefute the entire wrong,\ngrant triumph to Your loyalists,\nhumiliate Your enemies,\nestablish, O Allah, between him and us\na connection that leads us to accompany his ancestors,\ninclude us with those who will take their vengeance\nand keep constant under their shadow,\nhelp us fulfill our duties towards him,\nexert all efforts in obedience to him\nand avoiding disobeying him,\nbestow upon us with the favor of attaining his pleasure,\nand grant us his kindness, mercy,\nprayer (for us), and his goodness\nin an amount due to which we will gain a good deal of Your mercy\nand achievement with You.\nAnd, through him, render our prayers admitted,\nour sins forgiven,\nand our supplications responded.\nAnd, through him too, make our sustenance expanded for us,\nour distresses relieved,\nand our needs granted.\nAnd (please) receive us with Your Noble Face,\napprove of our seeking nearness to You,\nand have a merciful look at us\nby which we will win perfect honor with You;\nand, after that, do not ever take it away from us, in the name of Your magnanimity,\nand give us a drink from the Pond of his grandfather,\nmay Allah bless him and his Household,\nfrom his own cup and with his own hand,\nsuch a replete, satiating,\npleasant, and wholesome drink\nafter which we shall never suffer from thirst.\nO most merciful of all those who show mercy!",

          "translation": "to Your vicegerents whom You have purely selected for Yourself and Your religion;"

          "arabic": "وَعَلِمْتَ مِنْهُمُ ٱلْوَفَاءَ بِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa `alimta minhum alwafa'a bihi",
          "translation": "As You knew that they would fulfill this stipulation,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَقَبِلْتَهُمْ وَقَرَّبْتَهُمْ",
          "transliteration": "faqabiltahum wa qarrabtahum",
          "translation": "You accepted and drew them near to You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَدَّمْتَ لَهُمُ ٱلذِّكْرَ ٱلْعَلِيَّ",
          "transliteration": "wa qaddamta lahum aldhdhikra al`aliyya",
          "translation": "You thus provided them with sublime mention"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلثَّنَاءَ ٱلْجَلِيَّ",
          "transliteration": "walththana'a aljaliyya",
          "translation": "and obvious approval,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاهْبَطْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ مَلاَئِكَتَكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ahbatta `alayhim mala'ikataka",
          "translation": "made Your angels descend to them,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَكَرَّمْتَهُمْ بِوَحْيِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa karramtahum biwahyika",
          "translation": "honored them with Your revelations,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَرَفَدْتَهُمْ بِعِلْمِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa rafadtahum bi`ilmika",
          "translation": "supported them with Your knowledge,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَجَعَلْتَهُمُ ٱلذَّرِيعَةَ إِِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ja`altahum aldhdhari`ata ilayka",
          "translation": "and made them the channel to You"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْوَسِيلَةَ إِلَىٰ رِضْوَانِكَ",
          "transliteration": "walwasilata ila ridwanika",
          "translation": "and the means to winning Your pleasure."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَبَعْضٌ اسْكَنْتَهُ جَنَّتَكَ",
          "transliteration": "faba`dun askantahu jannataka",
          "translation": "Therefore, You made some of them dwell in Your Garden"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلَىٰ انْ اخْرَجْتَهُ مِنْهَا",
          "transliteration": "ila an akhrajtahu minha",
          "translation": "until You decided to take him out of there."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبَعْضٌ حَمَلْتَهُ فِي فُلْكِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ba`dun hamaltahu fi fulkika",
          "translation": "You bore another one on in Your Ark"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَنَجَّيْتَهُ وَمَنْ آمَنَ مَعَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa najjaytahu wa man amana ma`ahu",
          "translation": "and saved him and those who believed with him"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مِنَ ٱلْهَلَكَةِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "min alhalakati birahmatika",
          "translation": "from perdition, out of Your mercy."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبَعْضٌ ٱتَّخَذْتَهُ لِنَفْسِكَ خَلِيلاًَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ba`dun ittakhadhtahu linafsika khalilan",
          "translation": "You took another one as Your intimate friend"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسَالَكَ لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ فِي ٱلآخِرِينَ فَاجَبْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa sa'alaka lisana sidqin fi al-akhirina fa'ajabtahu",
          "translation": "and when he asked You to leave behind him a truthful mention, You responded to him"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَجَعَلْتَ ذٰلِكَ عَلِيّاً",
          "transliteration": "wa ja`alta dhalika `aliyyan",
          "translation": "and made that (mention) to be eminent."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبَعْضٌ كَلَّمْتَهُ مِنْ شَجَرَةٍ تَكْلِيماً",
          "transliteration": "wa ba`dun kallamtahu min shajaratin takliman",
          "translation": "You spoke to another one from a tree directly"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَجَعَلْتَ لَهُ مِنْ اخِيهِ رِدْءاً وَوَزِيراً",
          "transliteration": "wa ja`alta lahu min akhihi rid'an wa waziran",
          "translation": "and decided his brother to be his protector and representative."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبَعْضٌ اوْلَدْتَهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ ابٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa ba`dun awladtahu min ghayri abin",
          "translation": "You made another one to be born without a father,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَآتَيْتَهُ ٱلْبَيِّنَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "wa ataytahu albayyinati",
          "translation": "gave him clear-cut proofs"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَايَّدْتَهُ بِرُوحِ ٱلْقُدُسِ",
          "transliteration": "wa ayyadtahu biruhi alqudusi",
          "translation": "and aided him with the Sacred Spirit."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَكُلٌّ شَرَعْتَ لَهُ شَرِيعَةً",
          "transliteration": "wa kullun shara`ta lahu shari`atan",
          "translation": "For each of them, You gave a code of law,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَنَهَجْتَ لَهُ مِنْهَاجاً",
          "transliteration": "wa nahajta lahu minhajan",
          "translation": "decided a certain course,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتَخَيَّرْتَ لَهُ اوْصِيَاءَ",
          "transliteration": "wa takhayyarta lahu awsiya'a",
          "translation": "and finely chose successors;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مُسْتَحْفِظاً بَعْدَ مُسْتَحْفِظٍ",
          "transliteration": "mustahfizan ba`da mustahfizin",
          "translation": "well-trustworthy successors one after another,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مِنْ مُدَّةٍ إِلَىٰ مُدَّةٍ",
          "transliteration": "min muddatin ila muddatin",
          "translation": "each for a certain period,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِِقَامَةً لِدِينِكَ",
          "transliteration": "iqamatan lidinika",
          "translation": "in purpose of establishing Your religion"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَحُجَّةً عَلَىٰ عِبَادِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa hujjatan `ala `ibadika",
          "translation": "and acting as arguments against Your servants,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلِئَلاَّ يَزُولَ ٱلْحَقُّ عَنْ مَقَرِّهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa li'alla yazula alhaqqu `an maqarrihi",
          "translation": "so that the truth should never leave its position"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيَغْلِبَ ٱلْبَاطِلُ عَلَىٰ اهْلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa yaghliba albatilu `ala ahlihi",
          "translation": "and the wrong should never overcome the people of the truth"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ يَقُولَ احَدٌ",
          "transliteration": "wa la yaqula ahadun",
          "translation": "and so that none should claim, saying,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لَوْ لاَ ارْسَلْتَ إِِلَيْنَا رَسُولاًَ مُنْذِراً",
          "transliteration": "lawla arsalta ilayna rasulan mundhiran",
          "translation": "“If only You had sent to us a warning messenger"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاقَمْتَ لَنَا عَلَماً هَادِياً",
          "transliteration": "wa aqamta lana `alaman hadiyan",
          "translation": "and established for us a guiding person,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَنَتَّبِعَ آيَاتِكَ مِنْ قَبْلِ انْ نَذِلَّ وَنَخْزَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "fanattabi`a ayatika min qabli an nadhilla wa nakhza",
          "translation": "we should have followed Your signs before that we met humiliation and disgrace!”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلَىٰ انِ ٱنْتَهَيْتَ بِٱلامْرِ إِلَىٰ حَبِيبِكَ وَنَجِيبِكَ مُحَمَّدٍ",
          "transliteration": "ila an intahayta bil-amri ila habibika wa najibika muhammadin",
          "translation": "You then ended the matter with Your most-beloved and well-select one, Muhammad,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "salla allahu `alayhi wa alihi",
          "translation": "may Allah bless him and his Household."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَكَانَ كَمَا ٱنْتَجَبْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "fakana kama intajabtahu",
          "translation": "He was—as exactly as You have chosen—"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "سَيِّدَ مَنْ خَلَقْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "sayyida man khalaqtahu",
          "translation": "the master of all those whom You created,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَصَفْوَةَ مَنِ ٱصْطَفَيْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa safwata man istafaytahu",
          "translation": "the best of all those whom You selected,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَافْضَلَ مَنِ ٱجْتَبَيْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa afdala man ijtabaytahu",
          "translation": "the most favorite of all those whom You pointed out,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاكْرَمَ مَنِ ٱعْتَمَدْتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa akrama man i`tamadtahu",
          "translation": "and the noblest of all those on whom You decided."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "قَدَّمْتَهُ عَلَىٰ انْبِيَائِكَ",
          "transliteration": "qaddamtahu `ala anbiya'ika",
          "translation": "So, You preferred him to Your prophets,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبَعَثْتَهُ إِِلَىٰ ٱلثَّقَلَيْنِ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ba`athtahu ila alththaqalayni min `ibadika",
          "translation": "sent him to the two dependents (men and jinn) from Your servants,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاوْطَاتَهُ مَشَارِقَكَ وَمَغَارِبَكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa awta'tahu mashariqaka wa magharibaka",
          "translation": "enabled him to tread on the east and the west of Your lands,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسَخَّرْتَ لَهُ ٱلْبُرَاقَ",
          "transliteration": "wa sakhkharta lahu alburaqa",
          "translation": "made subservient to him the Buraq (the celestial sumpter),"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَرَجْتَ بِهِ إِلَىٰ سَمَائِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa `arajta bihi ila sama'ika",
          "translation": "raised him to Your heavens,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاوْدَعْتَهُ عِلْمَ مَا كَانَ",
          "transliteration": "wa awda`tahu `ilma ma kana",
          "translation": "and entrusted with him the knowledge of whatever passed"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَا يَكُونُ إِِلَىٰ ٱنْقِضَاءِ خَلْقِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ma yakunu ila inqida'i khalqika",
          "translation": "and whatever shall come to pass up to the extinction of Your creatures."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ثُمَّ نَصَرْتَهُ بِٱلرُّعْبِ",
          "transliteration": "thumma nasartahu bilrru`bi",
          "translation": "You then granted him victory by means of awe & majesty"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَحَفَفْتَهُ بِجَبْرَئِيلَ وَمِيكَائِيلَ",
          "transliteration": "wa hafaftahu bijabra'ila wa mika'ila",
          "translation": "ordered (Archangels) Gabriel and Michael"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْمُسَوِّمِينَ مِنْ مَلاَئِكَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "walmusawwimina min mala'ikatika",
          "translation": "as well as the marked angels to surround him,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَوَعَدْتَهُ انْ تُظْهِرَ دِينَهُ عَلَىٰ ٱلدِّينِ كُلِّهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa wa`adtahu an tuzhira dinahu `ala alddini kullihi",
          "translation": "and promised him to make his faith prevail all other faiths"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْمُشْرِكُونَ",
          "transliteration": "wa law kariha almushrikuna",
          "translation": "however much the polytheists may be averse."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَذٰلِكَ بَعْدَ انْ بَوَّاتَهُ مُبَوَّا صِدْقٍ مِنْ اهْلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa dhalika ba`da an bawwa'tahu mubawwa'a sidqin min ahlihi",
          "translation": "You did all that after You had settled him in an honest position among his people,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَجَعَلْتَ لَهُ وَلَهُمْ اوَّلَ بَيْتٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa ja`alta lahu wa lahum awwala baytin",
          "translation": "made for him and them the first house"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وُضِعَ لِلنَّاسِ لَلَّذي بِبَكَّةَ",
          "transliteration": "wudi`a lilnnasi lalladhi bibakkata",
          "translation": "ever located for the people; that is the house in Bakkah,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مُبَارَكاً وَهُدىًٰ لِلْعَالَمينَ",
          "transliteration": "mubarakan wa hudan lil`alamina",
          "translation": "blessed and guidance for the worlds."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فِيهِ آيَاتٌ بَيِّنَاتٌ",
          "transliteration": "fihi ayatun bayyinatun",
          "translation": "In it, there are clear-cut proofs."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَقَامُ إِِبْرَاهِيمَ",
          "transliteration": "maqamu ibrahima",
          "translation": "It is the standing-place of Abraham,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَنْ دَخَلَهُ كَانَ آمِناً",
          "transliteration": "wa man dakhalahu kana aminan",
          "translation": "and whoever enters it will be secured."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقُلْتَ «إِِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنْكُمُ ٱلرِّجْسَ",
          "transliteration": "wa qulta innama yuridu allahu liyudhhiba `ankum alrrijsa",
          "translation": "You also said, “Allah only desires to keep away the uncleanness from you,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اهْلَ ٱلْبَيْتِ",
          "transliteration": "ahla albayti",
          "translation": "O people of the House,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيراً.»",
          "transliteration": "wa yutahhirakum tathiran",
          "translation": "and to purify you a thorough purifying.”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ثُمَّ جَعَلْتَ اجْرَ مُحَمَّدٍ",
          "transliteration": "thumma ja`alta ajra muhammadin",
          "translation": "You then decided the reward of Muhammad,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "salawatuka `alayhi wa alihi",
          "translation": "Your blessings be upon him and his Household,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَوَدَّتَهُمْ فِي كِتَابِكَ",
          "transliteration": "mawaddatahum fi kitabika",
          "translation": "to be the love for them; as in Your Book"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَقُلْتَ «قُلْ لاََ اسْالُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ اجْراً",
          "transliteration": "faqulta qul la as'alukum `alayhi ajran",
          "translation": "You said, “Say: I do not ask of you any reward for it"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِِلاَّ ٱلْمَوَدَّةَ فِي ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ.»",
          "transliteration": "illa almawaddata fi alqurba",
          "translation": "but love for my near relatives.”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقُلْتَ «مَا سَالْتُكُمْ مِنْ اجْرٍ فَهُوَ لَكُمْ.»",
          "transliteration": "wa qulta ma sa'altukum min ajrin fahuwa lakum",
          "translation": "You also said, “Whatever reward I have asked of you, that is only for yourselves.”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقُلْتَ «مَا اسْالُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ اجْرٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa qulta ma as'alukum `alayhi min ajrin",
          "translation": "You also said, “I do not ask you aught in return"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلاَّ مَنْ شَاءَ انْ يَتَّخِذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِ سَبِيلاًَ.»",
          "transliteration": "illa man sha'a an yattakhidha ila rabbihi sabilan",
          "translation": "except that he who wills, may take the way to his Lord.”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَكَانُوٱ هُمُ ٱلسَّبِيلَ إِِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "fakanu hum alssabila ilayka",
          "translation": "They (i.e. the Prophet’s Household) have therefore been the way to You"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْمَسْلَكَ إِلَىٰ رِضْوَانِكَ",
          "transliteration": "walmaslaka ila ridwanika",
          "translation": "and the course to Your pleasure."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَلَمَّا ٱنْقَضَتْ ايَّامُهُ",
          "transliteration": "falamma inqadat ayyamuhu",
          "translation": "When his (i.e. the Prophet) days passed,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اقَامَ وَلِيَّهُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ ابِي طَالِبٍ",
          "transliteration": "aqama waliyyahu `aliyya bna abi talibin",
          "translation": "he appointed as successor his vicegerent `Ali the son of Abu-Talib,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِمَا وَآلِهِمَا هَادِياً",
          "transliteration": "salawatuka `alayhima wa alihima hadiyan",
          "translation": "Your blessings be upon both of them and their Household,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِِذْ كَانَ هُوَ ٱلْمُنْذِرَ",
          "transliteration": "idh kana huwa almundhira",
          "translation": "because he (the Prophet) was the warner"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلِكُلِّ قَوْمٍ هَادٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa likulli qawmin hadin",
          "translation": "and `Ali was the guide for every people."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَقَالَ وَٱلْمَلَا امَامَهُ:",
          "transliteration": "faqala walmala'u amamahu",
          "translation": "So, he (the Prophet) said in the presence of the people,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "”مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلاَهُ",
          "transliteration": "man kuntu mawlahu",
          "translation": "“As for each one who has taken me as his master,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَعَلِيٌّ مَوْلاَهُ",
          "transliteration": "fa`aliyyun mawlahu",
          "translation": "`Ali is now his master."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ وَالِ مَنْ وَالاَهُ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma wali man walahu",
          "translation": "O Allah, guard any one who is loyal to `Ali,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَادِ مَنْ عَادَاهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa `adi man `adahu",
          "translation": "be the enemy of any one who antagonizes him,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱنْصُرْ مَنْ نَصَرَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wansur man nasarahu",
          "translation": "support any one who supports him,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱخْذُلْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُ.“",
          "transliteration": "wakhdhul man khadhalahu",
          "translation": "and disappoint any one who disappoints him.”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَالَ: ”مَنْ كُنْتُ انَا نَبِيَّهُ فَعَلِيٌّ امِيرُهُ.“",
          "transliteration": "wa qala man kuntu ana nabiyyahu fa`aliyyun amiruhu",
          "translation": "He also said, “As for any one who has considered me as his Prophet, `Ali is now his commander.”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَالَ: ”انَا وَعَلِيٌّ مِنْ شَجَرَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa qala ana wa `aliyyun min shajaratin wahidatin",
          "translation": "He also said, “`Ali and I are of the same tree,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسَائِرُ ٱلنَّاسِ مِنْ شَجَرٍ شَتَّىٰ.“",
          "transliteration": "wa sa'iru alnnasi min shajarin shatta",
          "translation": "while all the other peoples are from various trees.”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاحَلَّهُ مَحَلَّ هَارُونَ مِنْ مُوسَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa ahallahu mahalla haruna min musa",
          "translation": "He endued him (i.e. `Ali) with the position that (Prophet) Aaron had with regard to (Prophet) Moses,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَقَالَ لَهُ: ”انْتَ مِنِّي بِمَنْزِلَةِ هَارُونَ مِنْ مُوسَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "faqal lahu anta minni bimanzilati haruna min musa",
          "translation": "saying, “Your position to me is as same as Aaron’s position to Moses (in every thing)"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلاَّ انَّهُ لاََ نَبِيَّ بَعْدِي.“",
          "transliteration": "illa annahu la nabiyya ba`di",
          "translation": "except that there shall be no prophet after me.”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَزَوَّجَهُ ٱبْنَتَهُ سَيِّدَةَ نِسَاءِ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "wa zawwajahu ibnatahu sayyidata nisa'i al`alamina",
          "translation": "He gave him in marriage his daughter the doyenne of the women of the worlds."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاحَلَّ لَهُ مِنْ مَسْجِدِهِ مَا حَلَّ لَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa ahalla lahu min masjidihi ma halla lahu",
          "translation": "He allowed him (alone) to do whatever he himself is allowed to do in his Mosque."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسَدَّ ٱلابْوَابَ إِِلاَّ بَابَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa sadda al-abwaba illa babahu",
          "translation": "He closed all the doors (to the Mosque) except his (i.e. `Ali) door."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ثُمَّ اوْدَعَهُ عِلْمَهُ وَحِكْمَتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "thumma awda`ahu `ilmahu wa hikmatahu",
          "translation": "He then entrusted with him his knowledge and his wisdom,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَقَالَ: ”انَا مَدِينَةُ ٱلْعِلْمِ",
          "transliteration": "faqala ana madinatu al`ilmi",
          "translation": "saying, “I am the city of knowledge,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَلِيٌّ بَابُهَا",
          "transliteration": "wa `aliyyun babuha",
          "translation": "and `Ali is its door."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَمَنْ ارَادَ ٱلْمَدِينَةَ وَٱلْحِكْمَةَ",
          "transliteration": "faman arada almadinata walhikmata",
          "translation": "So, whoever wants this city and wisdom,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَلْيَاتِهَا مِنْ بَابِهَا.“",
          "transliteration": "falya'tiha min babiha",
          "translation": "must come to it from its door.”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ثُمَّ قَالَ: ”انْتَ اخِي وَوَصِيِّي وَوَارِثِي",
          "transliteration": "thumma qala anta akhi wa wasiyyi wa warithi",
          "translation": "He then said (to `Ali), “You are my brother, successor, and inheritor."
        },

          "arabic": "لَحْمُكَ مِنْ لَحْمِي",
          "transliteration": "lahmuka min lahmi",
          "translation": "Your flesh is part of my flesh,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَدَمُكَ مِنْ دَمِي",
          "transliteration": "wa damuka min dami",
          "translation": "your blood is part of my blood,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسِلْمُكَ سِلْمِي",
          "transliteration": "wa silmuka silmi",
          "translation": "your peace is my peace,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَحَرْبُكَ حَرْبِي",
          "transliteration": "wa harbuka harbi",
          "translation": "your war is my war,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلإِيـمَانُ مُخَالِطٌ لَحْمَكَ وَدَمَكَ",
          "transliteration": "wal-imanu mukhalitun lahmaka wa damaka",
          "translation": "and faith is mixed with your flesh and blood"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "كَمَا خَالَطَ لَحْمِي وَدَمِي",
          "transliteration": "kama khalata lahmi wa dami",
          "translation": "as same as it is mixed with my flesh and blood."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَانْتَ غَداً عَلَىٰ الْحَوْضِ خَلِيفَتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa anta ghadan `ala alhawdi khalifati",
          "translation": "On the morrow, you shall be my vicegerent on the (Divine) Pond."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَانْتَ تَقْضِي دَيْنِي",
          "transliteration": "wa anta taqdi dayni",
          "translation": "You also settle my debts"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَتُنْجِزُ عِدَاتِي",
          "transliteration": "wa tunjizu `idati",
          "translation": "and fulfill my commitments."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَشِيعَتُكَ عَلَىٰ مَنَابِرَ مِنْ نُورٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa shi`atuka `ala manabira min nurin",
          "translation": "Your Shi`ah (i.e. adherents) shall be on pulpits of light,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مُبْيَضَّةً وُجُوهُهُمْ حَوْلِي فِي ٱلْجَنَّةِ",
          "transliteration": "mubyaddatan wujuhuhum hawli fi aljannati",
          "translation": "white-faced, around me in Paradise."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَهُمْ جِيرَانِي",
          "transliteration": "wa hum jirani",
          "translation": "They are my neighbors (therein)."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَوْلاَ انْتَ يَا عَلِيُّ",
          "transliteration": "wa lawla anta ya `aliyyu",
          "translation": "Were it not for you `Ali,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لَمْ يُعْرَفِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ بَعْدِي.“",
          "transliteration": "lam yu`raf almu'minuna ba`di",
          "translation": "true believers would not be recognized after me.”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَكَانَ بَعْدَهُ هُدىٰ مِنَ ٱلضَّلاَلِ",
          "transliteration": "wa kana ba`dahu hudan min alddalali",
          "translation": "Hence, he (i.e. `Ali), after the Prophet, was true guidance against straying off,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَنُوراً مِنَ ٱلْعَمَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa nuran min al`ama",
          "translation": "light against blindness,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَحَبْلَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمَتِينَ",
          "transliteration": "wa habla allahi almatina",
          "translation": "the firmest rope of Allah,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَصِرَاطَهُ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ",
          "transliteration": "wa siratahu almustaqima",
          "translation": "and His straight path."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لاََ يُسْبَقُ بِقَرَابَةٍ فِي رَحِمٍ",
          "transliteration": "la yusbaqu biqarabatin fi rahimin",
          "translation": "None would precede him in blood relation (with the Prophet)"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ بِسَابِقَةٍ فِي دِينٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa la bisabiqatin fi dinin",
          "translation": "or any priority in a religious affair,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ يُلْحَقُ فِي مَنْقَبَةٍ مِنْ مَنَاقِبِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa la yulhaqu fi manqabatin min manaqibihi",
          "translation": "and none would ever match him in any item of virtue."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَحْذُو حَذْوَ ٱلرَّسُولِ",
          "transliteration": "yahdhu hadhwa alrrasuli",
          "translation": "He patterned after the Messenger,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمَا وَآلِهِمَا",
          "transliteration": "salla allahu `alayhima wa alihima",
          "translation": "may Allah’s blessings be upon both of them and their Household."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيُقَاتِلُ عَلَىٰ ٱلتَّاوِيلِ",
          "transliteration": "wa yuqatilu `ala altta'wili",
          "translation": "He fought for the sake of true interpretation (of the Qur'an)."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ تَاخُذُهُ فِي ٱللَّهِ لَوْمَةُ لاَئِمٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa la ta'khudhuhu fi allahi lawmatu la'imin",
          "translation": "The blame of any blamer would never stop him from doing anything for the sake of Allah."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "قَدْ وَتَرَ فِيهِ صَنَادِيدَ ٱلْعَرَبِ",
          "transliteration": "qad watara fihi sanadida al`arabi",
          "translation": "He thus exterminated the villains of the Arabs,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَتَلَ ابْطَالَهُمْ",
          "transliteration": "wa qatala abtalahum",
          "translation": "killed their heroes,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَنَاوَشَ ذُؤْبَانَهُمْ",
          "transliteration": "wa nawasha dhu'banahum",
          "translation": "and eradicated their ferocious fighters."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَاوْدَعَ قُلُوبَهُمْ احْقَاداً",
          "transliteration": "fa'awda`a qulubahum ahqadan",
          "translation": "He therefore filled in their hearts with malice"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بَدْرِيَّةً وَخَيْبَرِيَّةً وَحُنَيْنِيَّةً وَغَيْرَهُنَّ",
          "transliteration": "badriyyatan wa khaybariyyatan wa hunayniyyatan wa ghayrahunna",
          "translation": "from the battles of Badr, Khaybar, and Hunayn as well as others."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَاضَبَّتْ عَلَىٰ عَدَاوَتِهِ",
          "transliteration": "fa'adabbat `ala `adawatihi",
          "translation": "Therefore, they clang inseparably to opposing him"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاكَبَّتْ عَلَىٰ مُنَابَذَتِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa akabbat `ala munabadhatihi",
          "translation": "and attached upon dissenting him"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "حَتَّىٰ قَتَلَ ٱلنَّاكِثِينَ وَٱلْقَاسِطِينَ وَٱلْمَارِقِينَ",
          "transliteration": "hatta qatala alnnakithina walqasitina walmariqina",
          "translation": "until he (had to) kill those who broke their oath/allegiance, and the unjust, and the apostates\""
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَمَّا قَضَىٰ نَحْبَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa lamma qada nahbahu",
          "translation": "When he passed away"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَتَلَهُ اشْقَىٰ ٱلآخِرِينَ يَتْبَعُ اشْقَىٰ ٱلاوَّلِينَ",
          "transliteration": "wa qatalahu ashqa al-akhirina yatba`u ashqa al-awwalina",
          "translation": "and he was killed by the most miserable of all of the late generations who will be attached to the most miserable of the past generations,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لَمْ يُمْتَثَلْ امْرُ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ",
          "transliteration": "lam yumtathal amru rasuli allahi",
          "translation": "the decree of Allah’s Messenger,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "salla allahu `alayhi wa alihi",
          "translation": "may Allah bless him and his Household,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فِي ٱلْهَادِينَ بَعْدَ ٱلْهَادِينَ",
          "transliteration": "fi alhadina ba`da alhadina",
          "translation": "about the leadership of the successive guiding ones was not carried out;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلامَّةُ مُصِرَّةٌ عَلَىٰ مَقْتِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wal-ummatu musirratun `ala maqtihi",
          "translation": "rather, the people insisted on detesting him"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مُجْتَمِعَةٌ عَلَىٰ قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمِهِ",
          "transliteration": "mujtami`atun `ala qati`ati rahimihi",
          "translation": "and agreed unanimously on rupturing their relations with him"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِِقْصَاءِ وُلْدِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa iqsa'i wuldihi",
          "translation": "and moving away his descendants (from leadership),"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِِلاَّ ٱلْقَلِيلَ مِمَّنْ وَفَىٰ لِرِعَايَةِ ٱلْحَقِّ فِيهِمْ",
          "transliteration": "illa alqalila mimman wafa liri`ayati alhaqqi fihim",
          "translation": "except for a few ones who fulfilled the duty of observing their rights."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَقُتِلَ مَنْ قُتِلَ",
          "transliteration": "faqutila man qutila",
          "translation": "Many (of `Ali’s descendants) were therefore slain,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسُبِيَ مَنْ سُبِيَ",
          "transliteration": "wa subiya man subiya",
          "translation": "many others were taken as captives,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاقْصِيَ مَنْ اقْصِيَ",
          "transliteration": "wa uqsiya man uqsiya",
          "translation": "and many others were banished."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَجَرَىٰ ٱلْقَضَاءُ لَهُمْ",
          "transliteration": "wa jara alqada'u lahum",
          "translation": "Decrees were thus applied to them"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بِمَا يُرْجَىٰ لَهُ حُسْنُ ٱلْمَثُوبَةِ",
          "transliteration": "bima yurja lahu husnu almathubati",
          "translation": "in a form expected to grant them excellent reward for that."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِِذْ كَانَتِ ٱلارْضُ لِلَّهِ",
          "transliteration": "idh kanat al-ardu lillahi",
          "translation": "Verily, the earth is Allah’s;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يُورِثُهَا مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ",
          "transliteration": "yurithuha man yasha'u min `ibadihi",
          "translation": "He gives it in inheritance to whomever of His servants that He wishes;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْعَاقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ",
          "transliteration": "wal`aqibatu lilmuttaqina",
          "translation": "and the end result shall be for the pious."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَسُبْحَانَ رَبِّنَا",
          "transliteration": "wa subhana rabbina",
          "translation": "All glory be to our Lord."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِِنْ كَانَ وَعْدُ رَبِّنَا لَمَفْعُولاًَ",
          "transliteration": "in kana wa`du rabbina lamaf`ulan",
          "translation": "Most certainly, the promise of our Lord shall come to pass."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلَنْ يُخْلِفَ ٱللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa lan yukhlifa allahu wa`dahu",
          "translation": "Allah shall never fail to fulfill His promise."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ",
          "transliteration": "wa huwa al`azizu alhakimu",
          "translation": "He is the Almighty, the All-wise."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَعَلَىٰ ٱلاطَائِبِ مِنْ اهْلِ بَيْتِ مُحَمَّد وَعَلِيٍّ",
          "transliteration": "fa`ala al-ata'ibi min ahli bayti muhammadin wa `aliyyin",
          "translation": "For the immaculate ones from the household of Muhammad and `Ali,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمَا وَآلِهِمَا",
          "transliteration": "salla allahu `alayhima wa alihima",
          "translation": "may Allah bless both of them and their household,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَلْيَبْكِ ٱلْبَاكُونَ",
          "transliteration": "falyabki albakuna",
          "translation": "let weepers weep."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِِيَّاهُمْ فَلْيَنْدُبِ ٱلنَّادِبُونَ",
          "transliteration": "wa iyyahum falyandub alnnadibuna",
          "translation": "For them too, let lamenters lament."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلِمِثْلِهِمْ فَلْتَذْرِفِ ٱلدُّمُوعُ",
          "transliteration": "wa limithlihim faltadhrif alddumu`u",
          "translation": "For the like of them, let tears be shed,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلْيَصْرُخِ ٱلصَّارِخُونَ",
          "transliteration": "walyasrukh alssarikhuna",
          "translation": "screamers scream,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيَضِجَّ ٱلضَّاجُّونَ",
          "transliteration": "wa yadijja alddajjuna",
          "translation": "yellers yell,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيَعِجَّ ٱلْعَاجُّوَنَ",
          "transliteration": "wa ya`ijja al`ajjuna",
          "translation": "and wailers wail."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلْحَسَنُ ايْنَ ٱلْحُسَيْنُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna alhasanu ayna alhusaynu",
          "translation": "Where is al-Hasan? Where is al-Husayn?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ابْنَاءُ ٱلْحُسَيْنِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna abna'u alhusayni",
          "translation": "Where are the sons of al-Husayn;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَالِحٌ بَعْدَ صَالِحٍ",
          "transliteration": "salihun ba`da salihin",
          "translation": "a virtuous one after another,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَصَادِقٌ بَعْدَ صَادِقٍ",
          "transliteration": "wa sadiqun ba`da sadiqin",
          "translation": "and a veracious one after another?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلسَّبِيلُ بَعْدَ ٱلسَّبِيلِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna alssabilu ba`da alssabili",
          "translation": "Where is the course (to Allah) after a course?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلْخِيَرَةُ بَعْدَ ٱلْخِيَرَةِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna alkhiyaratu ba`da alkhiyarati",
          "translation": "Where is the best after the best?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلشُّمُوسُ ٱلطَّالِعَةُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna alshshumusu alttali`atu",
          "translation": "Where are the rising suns?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلاقْمَارُ ٱلْمُنِيرَةُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna al-aqmaru almuniratu",
          "translation": "Where are the shining moons?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلانْجُمُ ٱلزَّاهِرَةُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna al-anjumu alzzahiratu",
          "translation": "Where are the brilliant stars?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ اعْلاَمُ ٱلدِّينِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna a`lamu alddini",
          "translation": "Where are the authorities of the religion"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَوَاعِدُ ٱلْعِلْمِ",
          "transliteration": "wa qawa`idu al`ilmi",
          "translation": "and the foundations of knowledge?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ بَقِيَّةُ ٱللَّهِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna baqiyyatu allahi",
          "translation": "Where is the left by Allah"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ٱلَّتِي لاََ تَخْلُو مِنَ ٱلْعِتْرَةِ ٱلْهَادِيةِ",
          "transliteration": "allati la takhlu min al`itrati alhadiyati",
          "translation": "that is always represented by individuals from the guiding (Prophetic) offspring?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اينَ ٱلْمُعَدُّ لِقَطْعِ دَابِرِ ٱلظَّلَمَةِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna almu`addu liqat`i dabiri alzzalamati",
          "translation": "Where is the one prepared for cutting off the roots of the wrongdoers?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلْمُنْتَظَرُ لإِِِقَامَةِ ٱلامْتِ وَٱلعِوَجِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna almuntazaru li'iqamati al-amti wal`iwaji",
          "translation": "Where is the one awaited for mending every unevenness and crookedness?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلْمُرْتَجىٰ لإِِزَالَةِ ٱلْجَوْرِ وَٱلْعُدْوَانِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna almurtaja li'izalati aljawri wal`udwani",
          "translation": "Where is the one hoped for removing oppression and aggression?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلْمُدَّخَرُ لِتَجْدِيدِ ٱلْفَرَائِضِ وَٱلسُّنَنِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna almuddakharu litajdidi alfara'idi walssunani",
          "translation": "Where is the one spared for refreshing the duties and traditions?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلْمُتَخَيَّرُ لإِِِعَادَةِ ٱلْمِلَّةِ وَٱلشَّرِيعَةِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna almutakhayyaru li'i`adati almillati walshshari`ati",
          "translation": "Where is the one chosen for restoring the faith and the code of law?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلْمُؤَمَّلُ لإِِِحْيَاءِ ٱلْكِتَابِ وَحُدُودِهِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna almu'ammalu li'ihya'i alkitabi wa hududihi",
          "translation": "Where is the one expected to restore to life the Book and its provisions?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ مُحْيِي مَعَالِمِ ٱلدِّينِ وَاهْلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna muhyi ma`alimi alddini wa ahlihi",
          "translation": "Where is the reviver of the elements of the religion and its people?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ قَاصِمُ شَوْكَةِ ٱلْمُعْتَدِينَ",
          "transliteration": "ayna qasimu shawkati almu`tadina",
          "translation": "Where is the one shattering the arms of the aggressors?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ هَادِمُ ابْنِيَةِ ٱلشِّرْكِ وَٱلنِّفَاقِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna hadimu abniyati alshshirki walnnifaqi",
          "translation": "Where is the one demolishing the edifices of polytheism and hypocrisy?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ مُبِيدُ اهْلِ ٱلْفُسُوقِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna mubidu ahli alfusuqi",
          "translation": "Where is the one annihilating the people of wickedness,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلْعِصْيَانِ وَٱلطُّغْيَانِ",
          "transliteration": "wal`isyani walttughyani",
          "translation": "disobedience, and tyranny?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ حَاصِدُ فُرُوعِ ٱلْغَيِّ وَٱلشِّقَاقِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna hasidu furu`i alghayyi walshshiqaqi",
          "translation": "Where is the one uprooting the branches of error and insurgence?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ طَامِسُ آثَارِ ٱلزَّيْغِ وَٱلاهْوَاءِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna tamisu athari alzzayghi wal-ahwa'i",
          "translation": "Where is the one effacing the traces of evasiveness and personal desires?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ قَاطِعُ حَبَائِلِ ٱلْكِذْبِ وَٱلٱِفْتِرَاءِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna qati`u haba'ili alkidhbi waliftira'i",
          "translation": "Where is the one severing the ropes of fabrication and forgery?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ مُبِيدُ ٱلْعُتَاةِ وَٱلْمَرَدَةِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna mubidu al`utati walmaradati",
          "translation": "Where is the one terminating the insolent defiant and persistent rebels?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ مُسْتَاصِلُ اهْلِ ٱلْعِنَادِ وَٱلتَّضْلِيلِ وَٱلإِلْحَادِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna musta'silu ahli al`inadi walttadlili wal-ilhadi",
          "translation": "Where is the one tearing up the people of obstinacy, misleading, and atheism?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ مُعِزُّ ٱلاوْلِيَاءِ وَمُذِلُّ ٱلاعْدَاءِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna mu`izzu al-awliya'i wa mudhillu al-a`da'i",
          "translation": "Where is the one ennobling the saints and humiliating the enemies?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ جَامِعُ ٱلْكَلِمَةِ عَلَىٰ ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "ayna jami`u alkalimati `ala alttaqwa",
          "translation": "Where is the one bringing together (all scattered) words to piety?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ بَابُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِي مِنْهُ يُؤْتَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "ayna babu allahi alladhi minhu yu'ta",
          "translation": "Where is the door of Allah from which Allah is come?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ وَجْهُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِي إِِلَيْهِ يَتَوَجَّهُ ٱلاوْلِيَاءُ",
          "transliteration": "ayna wajhu allahi alladhi ilayhi yatawajjahu al-awliya'u",
          "translation": "Where is the Face of Allah towards whom the saints turn their faces."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلسَّبَبُ ٱلْمُتَّصِلُ بَيْنَ ٱلارْضِ وَٱلسَّمَاءِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna alssababu almuttasilu bayna al-ardi walssama'i",
          "translation": "Where is the means of access that is connectedly extended between the earth and the heavens."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ صَاحِبُ يَوْمِ ٱلْفَتْحِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna sahibu yawmi alfathi",
          "translation": "Where is the patron of the Conquest Day"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَنَاشِرُ رَايَةِ ٱلْهُدَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa nashiru rayati alhuda",
          "translation": "and the stretcher of the pennon of true guidance?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ مُؤَلِّفُ شَمْلِ ٱلصَّلاَحِ وَٱلرِّضَا",
          "transliteration": "ayna mu'allifu shamli alssalahi walrrida",
          "translation": "Where is the one reunifying the dispersed parts of uprightness and contentment?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلطَّالِبُ بِذُحُولِ ٱلانْبِيَاءِ وَابْنَاءِ ٱلانْبِيَاءِ",
          "transliteration": "ayna alttalibu bidhuhuli al-anbiya'i wa abna'i al-anbiya'i",
          "translation": "Where is the one demanding with the vengeance of the Prophets and their sons?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلطَّالِبُ بِدَمِ ٱلْمَقْتُولِ بِكَرْبَلاَءَ",
          "transliteration": "ayna alttalibu bidami almaqtuli bikarbala'a",
          "translation": "Where is the one demanding with the blood of the one slain in Karbala'?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلْمَنْصُورُ عَلَىٰ مَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْهِ وَٱفْتَرَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "ayna almansuru `ala man i`tada `alayhi waftara",
          "translation": "Where is the one granted aid against whomever transgresses and forges lies against him?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱلْمُضْطَرُّ ٱلَّذِي يُجَابُ إِِذَا دَعَا",
          "transliteration": "ayna almudtarru alladhi yujabu idha da`a",
          "translation": "Where is the distressed who is answered when he prays?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ صَدْرُ ٱلْخَلاَئِقِ ذُوُ ٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "ayna sadru alkhala'iqi dhu albirri walttaqwa",
          "translation": "Where is the forepart of the creatures who enjoys dutifulness and piety?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ايْنَ ٱبْنُ ٱلنَّبِيِّ ٱلْمُصْطَفَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "ayna ibnu alnnabiyyi almustafa",
          "translation": "Where is the son of the well-chosen Prophet,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱبْنُ عَلِيٍّ ٱلْمُرْتَضَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wabnu `aliyyin almurtada",
          "translation": "the son of `Ali the well-pleased,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱبْنُ خَدِيـجَةَ ٱلْغَرَّاءِ",
          "transliteration": "wabnu khadijata algharra'i",
          "translation": "the son of Khadijah the glittery lady,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱبْنُ فَاطِمَةَ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wabnu fatimata alkubra",
          "translation": "and the son of Fatimah the grand lady?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بِابِي انْتَ وَامِّي",
          "transliteration": "bi'abi anta wa ummi",
          "translation": "May my father and mother be ransoms for you."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَنَفْسِي لَكَ ٱلْوِقَاءُ وَٱلْحِمَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa nafsi laka alwiqa'u walhima",
          "translation": "May my soul be protection and shield for you."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلسَّادَةِ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِينَ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alssadati almuqarrabina",
          "translation": "O son of the chiefs drawn near!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلنُّجَبَاءِ ٱلاكْرَمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alnnujaba'i al-akramina",
          "translation": "O son of the most honorable, outstanding ones!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلْهُدَاةِ ٱلْمَهْدِيِّينَ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alhudati almahdiyyina",
          "translation": "O son of the guiding and well-guided ones!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلْخِيَرَةِ ٱلْمُهَذَّبِينَ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alkhiyarati almuhadhdhabina",
          "translation": "O son of the ever-best refined ones!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلْغَطَارِفَةِ ٱلانْجَبِينَ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alghatarifati al-anjabina",
          "translation": "O son of the all-liberal and all-select ones!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلاطَائِبِ ٱلْمُطَهَّرِينَ",
          "transliteration": "yabna al-ata'ibi almutahharina",
          "translation": "O son of the immaculate and purified ones!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلْخَضَارِمَةِ ٱلْمُنْتَجَبِينَ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alkhadarimati almuntajabina",
          "translation": "O son of the ample-giving, finely elected ones!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلْقَمَاقِمَةِ ٱلاكْرَمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alqamaqimati al-akramina",
          "translation": "O son of the bounteous, most honorable ones!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلْبُدُورِ ٱلْمُنِيرَةِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna albuduri almunirati",
          "translation": "O son of light-giving full moons!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلسُّرُجِ ٱلْمُضِيئَةِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alssuruji almudi'ati",
          "translation": "O son of beaming lanterns!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلشُّهُبِ ٱلثَّاقِبَةِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alshshuhubi alththaqibati",
          "translation": "O son of piercing flames!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلانْجُمِ ٱلزَّاهِرَةِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna al-anjumi alzzahirati",
          "translation": "O son of luminous stars!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلسُّبُلِ ٱلْوَاضِحَةِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alssubuli alwadihati",
          "translation": "O son of patent ways!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلاعْلاَمِ ٱللاَّئِحَةِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna al-a`lami alla'ihati",
          "translation": "O son of obvious signs!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلْعُلُومِ ٱلْكَامِلَةِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna al`ulumi alkamilati",
          "translation": "O son of perfect knowledge!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلسُّنَنِ ٱلْمَشْهُورَةِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alssunani almashhurati",
          "translation": "O son of renowned traditions!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلْمَعَالِمِ ٱلْمَاثُورَةِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alma`alimi alma'thurati",
          "translation": "O son of well-established features!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلْمُعْجِزَاتِ ٱلْمَوْجُودَةِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna almu`jizati almawjudati",
          "translation": "O son of well-known miracles!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلدَّلاَئِلِ ٱلْمَشْهُودَةِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alddala'ili almashhudati",
          "translation": "O son of widely witnessed demonstrations!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلصِّرَاطِ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alssirati almustaqimi",
          "translation": "O son of the straight path!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلنَّبَإِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alnnaba'i al`azimi",
          "translation": "O son of the great news!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ مَنْ هُوَ فِي امِّ ٱلْكِتَابِ لَدَىٰ ٱللَّهِ عَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ",
          "transliteration": "yabna man huwa fi ummi alkitabi lada allahi `aliyyun hakimun",
          "translation": "O son of him who is elevated and full of wisdom in the original of the Book with Allah."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلآيَاتِ وَٱلْبَيِّنَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna al-ayati walbayyinati",
          "translation": "O son of signs and manifestations!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلدَّلاَئِلِ ٱلظَّاهِرَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alddala'ili alzzahirati",
          "translation": "O son of apparent points of evidence!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلْبَرَاهِينِ ٱلْوَاضِحَاتِ ٱلْبَاهِرَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna albarahini alwadihati albahirati",
          "translation": "O son of clear-cut and dazzling substantiations!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلْحُجَجِ ٱلْبَالِغَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alhujaji albalighati",
          "translation": "O son of conclusive arguments!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلنِّعَمِ ٱلسَّابِغَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna alnni`ami alssabighati",
          "translation": "O son of superabundant bounties!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ طـٰهٰ وَٱلْمُحْكَمَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna taha walmuhkamati",
          "translation": "O son of Taha and the decisive (verses)!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ يـٰس وَٱلذَّارِيَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna yasin waldhdhariyati",
          "translation": "O son of Yasin and al-Dhariyat (the winnowing winds)!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ ٱلطُّورِ وَٱلْعَادِيَاتِ",
          "transliteration": "yabna altturi wal`adiyati",
          "translation": "O son of al-Tur (the Mount of Revelation) and al-`ªdiyat (the running steeds)!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا بْنَ مَنْ دَنَا فَتَدَلَّىٰ",
          "transliteration": "yabna man dana fatadalla",
          "translation": "O son of him who drew near and then bowed;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَكَانَ قَابَ قَوْسَيْنِ اوْ ادْنَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "fakana qaba qawsayni aw adna",
          "translation": "he therefore was the measure of two bows or closer still;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "دُنُوّاً وَٱقْتِرَاباً مِنَ ٱلْعَلِيِّ ٱلاعْلَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "dunuwwan waqtiraban min al`aliyyi al-a`la",
          "translation": "nearness and closeness to the Most High and Most Exalted (Lord)!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لَيْتَ شِعْرِي ايْنَ ٱسْتَقَرَّتْ بِكَ ٱلنَّوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "layta shi`ri ayna istaqarrat bika alnnawa",
          "translation": "How I wonder! Where has farness taken you?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بَلْ ايُّ ارْضٍ تُقِلُّكَ اوْ ثَرَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "bal ayya ardin tuqilluka aw thara",
          "translation": "Or which land or soil is carrying you?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ابِرَضْوَىٰ اوْ غَيْرِهَا امْ ذِي طُوَىٰٰ",
          "transliteration": "abiradwa aw ghayriha am dhi tuwa",
          "translation": "Is it on (Mount) Radwa or elsewhere on (Mount) Dhi-Tuwa?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "عَزِيزٌ عَلَيَّ انْ ارَىٰ ٱلْخَلْقَ وَلاَ تُرَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "`azizun `alayya an ara alkhalqa wa la tura",
          "translation": "It is hard for me that I can see all creatures but I can neither see you"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ اسْمَعُ لَكَ حَسِيساً وَلاَ نَجْوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa la asma`u laka hasisan wa la najwa",
          "translation": "nor can I hear any whisper or confidential talk from you!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "عَزِيزٌ عَلَيَّ انْ تُحِيطَ بِكَ دُونِيَ ٱلْبَلْوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "`azizun `alayya an tuhita bika duniya albalwa",
          "translation": "It is hard for me that ordeals encompass you, not me"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ يَنَالُكَ مِنِّي ضَجِيجٌ وَلاَ شَكْوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa la yanaluka minni dajijun wa la shakwa",
          "translation": "and neither cry nor complaint from me can rally round you!"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بِنَفْسِي انْتَ مِنْ مُغَيَّبٍ لَمْ يَخْلُ مِنَّا",
          "transliteration": "binafsi anta min mughayyabin lam yakhlu minna",
          "translation": "May my soul be ransom for you; for although you are hidden from us, you have never forsaken us."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بِنَفْسِي انْتَ مِنْ نَازِحٍ مَا نَزَحَ عَنَّا",
          "transliteration": "binafsi anta min nazihin ma nazaha `anna",
          "translation": "May my soul be ransom for you; for although you are away, you have never been away from us."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بِنَفْسِي انْتَ امْنِيَّةُ شَائِقٍ يَتَمَنَّىٰ",
          "transliteration": "binafsi anta umniyyatu sha'iqin yatamanna",
          "translation": "May my soul be ransom for you; for you are the wish of an eager"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مِنْ مُؤْمِنٍ وَمُؤْمِنَةٍ ذَكَرَا فَحَنَّا",
          "transliteration": "min mu'minin wa mu'minatin dhakara fahanna",
          "translation": "believing man or woman who mention you and miss you."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بِنَفْسِي انْتَ مِنْ عَقِيدِ عِزٍّ لاَ يُسَامَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "binafsi anta min `aqidi `izzin la yusama",
          "translation": "May my soul be ransom for you; for you are an unmatched pioneer of dignity."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بِنَفْسِي انْتَ مِنْ اثِيلِ مَجْدٍ لاَ يُجَارَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "binafsi anta min athili majdin la yujara",
          "translation": "May my soul be ransom for you; for you are an unrivaled origin of glory."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بِنَفْسِي انْتَ مِنْ تِلاَدِ نِعَمٍ لاََ تُضَاهَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "binafsi anta min tiladi ni`amin la tudaha",
          "translation": "May my soul be ransom for you; for you are unparalleled center of bounties."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بِنَفْسِي انْتَ مِنْ نَصِيفِ شَرَفٍ لاََ يُسَاوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "binafsi anta min nasifi sharafin la yusawa",
          "translation": "May my soul be ransom for you; for you are unequaled in all-inclusive honor."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "إِلَىٰ مَتَىٰ احَارُ فِيكَ يَا مَوْلاَيَ وَإِِلَىٰ مَتَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "ila mata aharu fika ya mawlaya wa ila mata",
          "translation": "Until when will I be bewildered about you, O my master, and until when?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَايَّ خِطَابٍ اصِفُ فِيكَ وَايَّ نَجْوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa ayya khitabin asifu fika wa ayya najwa",
          "translation": "In what kind of statement and in what kind of talk can I describe you?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "عَزِيزٌ عَلَيَّ انْ اجَابَ دُونَكَ وَانَاغَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "`azizun `alayya an ujaba dunaka wa unagha",
          "translation": "It is hard for me that I can receive answers and words, but you cannot."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "عَزِيزٌ عَلَيَّ انْ ابْكِيَكَ وَيَخْذُلَكَ ٱلْوَرَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "`azizun `alayya an abkiyaka wa yakhdhulaka alwara",
          "translation": "It is hard for me that I weep for you but the others disappoint you."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "عَزِيزٌ عَلَيَّ انْ يَجْرِيَ عَلَيْكَ دُونَهُمْ مَا جَرَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "`azizun `alayya an yajriya `alayka dunahum ma jara",
          "translation": "It is hard for me that what has happened afflict you other than all the others."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "هَلْ مِنْ مُعِينٍ فَاطِيلَ مَعَهُ ٱلْعَوِيلَ وَٱلْبُكَاءَ",
          "transliteration": "hal min mu`inin fa'utila ma`ahu al`awila walbuka'a",
          "translation": "Is there any helper with whom I may lament and bewail as much as I wish?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "هَلْ مِنْ جَزُوعٍ فَاسَاعِدَ جَزَعَهُ إِِذَا خَلاَ",
          "transliteration": "hal min jazu`in fa'usa`ida jaza`ahu idha khala",
          "translation": "Is there any aggrieved one whom I can help in grief when he becomes tired?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "هَلْ قَذِيَتْ عَيْنٌ فَسَاعَدَتْهَا عَيْنِي عَلَىٰ ٱلْقَذَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "hal qadhiyat `aynun fasa`adat-ha `ayni `ala alqadha",
          "translation": "Is there any eye moling out and thus my eye may help it to mol out more?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "هَلْ إِِلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ احْمَدَ سَبِيلٌ فَتُلْقَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "hal ilayka yabna ahmada sabilun fatulqa",
          "translation": "Is there any way to meet you, O son of Ahmad (the Prophet)?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "هَلْ يَتَّصِلُ يَوْمُنَا مِنْكَ بِعِدَةٍ فَنَحْظَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "hal yattasilu yawmuna minka bi`idatin fanahza",
          "translation": "Will our day be promised to catch your day and we will thus achieve our hope?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَتَىٰ نَرِدُ مَنَاهِلَكَ ٱلرَّوِيَّةَ فَنَرْوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "mata naridu manahilaka alrrawiyyata fanarwa",
          "translation": "When will we be able to join your refreshing springs and we will then be satiated?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَتَىٰ نَنْتَقِعُ مِنْ عَذْبِ مَائِكَ",
          "transliteration": "mata nantaqi`u min `adhbi ma'ika",
          "translation": "When will we quench our thirst from your fresh water,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَقَدْ طَالَ ٱلصَّدَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "faqad tala alssada",
          "translation": "because thirst has been too long?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَتَىٰ نُغَادِيكَ وَنُرَاوِحُكَ فَنُقِرَّ عَيْناً",
          "transliteration": "mata nughadika wa nurawihuka fanuqirra `aynan",
          "translation": "When will we accompany you in coming and going so that our eyes will be delighted?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَتَىٰ تَرَانَا وَنَرَاكَ وَقَدْ نَشَرْتَ لِوَاءَ ٱلنَّصْرِ تُرَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "mata tarana wa naraka wa qad nasharta liwa'a alnnasri tura",
          "translation": "When will you see us and we see you spreading the pennon of victory?"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اتَرَانَا نَحُفُّ بِكَ وَانْتَ تَؤُمُّ ٱلْمَلَا",
          "transliteration": "atarana nahuffu bika wa anta ta'ummu almala'a",
          "translation": "Can it be that we surround you while you are leading the groups,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَدْ مَلَاتَ ٱلارْضَ عَدْلاًَ",
          "transliteration": "wa qad mala'ta al-arda `adlan",
          "translation": "after you will have filled in the earth with justice,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاذَقْتَ اعْدَاءَكَ هَوَاناً وَعِقَاباً",
          "transliteration": "wa adhaqta a`da'aka hawanan wa `iqaban",
          "translation": "tasted your enemies humiliation and punishment,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَابَرْتَ ٱلْعُتَاةَ وَجَحَدَةَ ٱلْحَقِّ",
          "transliteration": "wa abarta al`utata wa jahadata alhaqqi",
          "translation": "annihilated the insolent defiant and the deniers of the truth,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَقَطَعْتَ دَابِرَ ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ",
          "transliteration": "wa qata`ta dabira almutakabbirina",
          "translation": "cut off the roots of the arrogant,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْتَثَثْتَ اصُولَ ٱلظَّالِمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "wajtathathta usula alzzalimina",
          "translation": "eradicated the sources of the wrongdoers,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَنَحْنُ نَقُولُ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ",
          "transliteration": "wa nahnu naqulu alhamdu lillahi rabbi al`alamina",
          "translation": "and we keep on saying, “All praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds?”"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ انْتَ كَشَّافُ ْٱلكُرَبِ وَٱلْبَلْوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma anta kashshafu alkurabi walbalwa",
          "translation": "O Allah, You are verily the reliever from agonies and ordeals."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَإِِلَيْكَ اسْتَعْدِي فَعِنْدَكَ ٱلْعَدْوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa ilayka asta`di fa`indaka al`adwa",
          "translation": "To You do I complain about the transgressions against me, for You alone are worthy of receiving complaints,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَانْتَ رَبُّ ٱلآخِرَةِ وَٱلدُّنْيَا",
          "transliteration": "wa anta rabbu al-akhirati walddunya",
          "translation": "and You are alone the Lord of the Hereafter and this world."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَاغِثْ يَا غِيَاثَ ٱلْمُسْتَغِيثِينَ عُبَيْدَكَ ٱلْمُبْتَلَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "fa'aghith ya ghiyatha almustaghithina `ubaydaka almubtala",
          "translation": "So, (please) aid Your agonized worthless servant, O Aide of those who seek aid,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَارِهِ سَيِّدَهُ يَا شَدِيدَ ٱلْقُوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa arihi sayyidahu ya shadida alquwa",
          "translation": "grant him (i.e. Your servant) chance to see his master, O Lord of mighty prowess,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَازِلْ عَنْهُ بِهِ ٱلاسَىٰ وَٱلْجَوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa azil `anhu bihi al-asa waljawa",
          "translation": "remove from him misfortune and anguish, in the name of his master,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَبَرِّدْ غَلِيلَهُ يَا مَنْ عَلَىٰ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱسْتَوَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa barrid ghalilahu ya man `ala al`arshi istawa",
          "translation": "and satisfy his thirst, O He Who is established on the Throne"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمَنْ إِِلَيْهِ ٱلرُّجْعَىٰ وَٱلْمُنْتَهَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa man ilayhi alrruj`a walmuntaha",
          "translation": "and He to Whom is the return and the final goal."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ وَنَحْنُ عَبِيدُكَ ٱلتَّائِقُونَ إِلَىٰ وَلِيِّكَ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma wa nahnu `abiduka altta'iquna ila waliyyika",
          "translation": "O Allah, we are Your servants who are fervently willing to meet Your vicegerent,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ٱلْمُذَكِّرِ بِكَ وَبِنَبِيِّكَ",
          "transliteration": "almudhakkiri bika wa binabiyyika",
          "translation": "who reminds of You and Your Prophet;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "خَلَقْتَهُ لَنَا عِصْمَةً وَمَلاَذاً",
          "transliteration": "khalaqtahu lana `ismatan wa maladhan",
          "translation": "and whom You have created as haven and refuge for us,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاقَمْتَهُ لَنَا قِوَاماً وَمَعَاذاً",
          "transliteration": "wa aqamtahu lana qiwaman wa ma`adhan",
          "translation": "You have appointed as foundation and source of protection for us,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَجَعَلْتَهُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنَّا إِِمَاماً",
          "transliteration": "wa ja`altahu lilmu'minina minna imaman",
          "translation": "and whom You have made to be the leader of the believers among us."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَبَلِّغْهُ مِنَّا تَحِيَّةً وَسَلاَماً",
          "transliteration": "faballighhu minna tahiyyatan wa salaman",
          "translation": "So, (please) convey to him greetings and salutations from us,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَزِدْنَا بِذٰلِكَ يَا رَبِّ إِِكْرَاماً",
          "transliteration": "wa zidna bidhalika ya rabbi ikraman",
          "translation": "endue us with more honor, O my Lord, through that,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْ مُسْتَقَرَّهُ لَنَا مُسْتَقَرّاً وَمُقَاماً",
          "transliteration": "waj`al mustaqarrahu lana mustaqarran wa muqaman",
          "translation": "decide his settlement among us to be settlement and dwelling for us,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاتْمِمْ نِعْمَتَكَ بِتَقْدِيـمِكَ إِِيَّاهُ امَامَنَا",
          "transliteration": "wa atmim ni`mataka bitaqdimika iyyahu amamana",
          "translation": "and perfect Your bounty by making him occupy the leading position before us"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "حَتَّىٰ تُورِدَنَا جِنَانَكَ",
          "transliteration": "hatta turidana jinanaka",
          "translation": "so that You shall allow us to enter the gardens of Your Paradise"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَمُرَافَقَةَ ٱلشُّهَدَاءِ مِنْ خُلَصَائِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa murafaqata alshshuhada'i min khulasa'ika",
          "translation": "and to accompany the martyrs from among Your elite ones."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin",
          "translation": "O Allah, (please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad;([1])"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَصَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ جَدِّهِ وَرَسُولِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa salli `ala muhammadin jaddihi wa rasulika",
          "translation": "and send blessings upon Muhammad his grandfather and Your messenger;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ٱلسَّيِّدِ ٱلاكْبَرِ",
          "transliteration": "alssayyidi al-akbari",
          "translation": "the senior master,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَلَىٰ ابِيهِ ٱلسَّيِّدِ ٱلاصْغَرِ",
          "transliteration": "wa `ala abihi alssayyidi al-asghari",
          "translation": "upon his father the junior master,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَجَدَّتِهِ ٱلصِّدِّيقَةِ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ",
          "transliteration": "wa jaddatihi alssiddiqati alkubra",
          "translation": "upon his grandmother the grand veracious lady"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ مُحَمَّدٍ",
          "transliteration": "fatimata binti muhammadin",
          "translation": "Fatimah the daughter of Muhammad,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "slla allah `alihi wa alihi",
          "translation": "peace be upon him and his Household,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَلَىٰ مَنِ ٱصْطَفَيْتَ مِنْ آبَائِهِ ٱلْبَرَرَةِ",
          "transliteration": "wa `ala man istafayta min aba'ihi albararati",
          "translation": "upon his dutiful fathers whom You have chosen (over all others),"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَعَلَيْهِ افْضَلَ وَاكْمَلَ",
          "transliteration": "wa `alayhi afdala wa akmala",
          "translation": "and upon him with such most favorable, most perfect,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاتَمَّ وَادْوَمَ",
          "transliteration": "wa atamma wa adwama",
          "translation": "most thorough, most permanent,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاكْثَرَ وَاوْفَرَ",
          "transliteration": "wa akthara wa awfara",
          "translation": "most abundant, and most plentiful"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَىٰ احَدٍ مِنْ اصْفِيَائِكَ",
          "transliteration": "ma sallayta `ala ahadin min asfiya'ika",
          "translation": "blessings that You have ever sent upon any of Your elite ones"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَخِيَرَتِكَ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa khiyaratika min khalqika",
          "translation": "and well-chosen ones among Your creatures."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَصَلِّ عَلَيْهِ صَلاَةً لاََ غَايَةَ لِعَدَدِهَا",
          "transliteration": "wa salli `alayhi salatan la ghayata li`adadiha",
          "translation": "And (please) bless him with such blessings whose number is infinite,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ نِهَايَةَ لِمَدَدِهَا",
          "transliteration": "wa la nihayata limadadiha",
          "translation": "whose quantity is never-ending,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَلاَ نَفَادَ لاِمَدِهَا",
          "transliteration": "wa la nafada li'amadiha",
          "translation": "and whose time is interminable."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "اَللَّهُمَّ وَاقِمْ بِهِ ٱلْحَقَّ",
          "transliteration": "allahumma wa aqim bihi alhaqqa",
          "translation": "O Allah! Through him, establish all rights,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَادْحِضْ بِهِ ٱلْبَاطِلَ",
          "transliteration": "wa adhid bihi albatila",
          "translation": "refute the entire wrong,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَادِلْ بِهِ اوْلِيَاءَكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa adil bihi awliya'aka",
          "translation": "grant triumph to Your loyalists,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاذْلِلْ بِهِ اعْدَاءَكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa adhlil bihi a`da'aka",
          "translation": "humiliate Your enemies,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَصِلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa sil allahumma baynana wa baynahu",
          "translation": "establish, O Allah, between him and us"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وُصْلَةً تُؤَدِّي إِلَىٰ مُرَافَقَةِ سَلَفِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wuslatan tu'addi ila murafaqati salafihi",
          "translation": "a connection that leads us to accompany his ancestors,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْنَا مِمَّنْ يَاخُذُ بِحُجْزَتِهِمْ",
          "transliteration": "waj`alna mimman ya'khudhu bihujzatihim",
          "translation": "include us with those who will take their vengeance"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَيَمْكُثُ فِي ظِلِّهِمْ",
          "transliteration": "wa yamkuthu fi zillihim",
          "translation": "and keep constant under their shadow,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاعِنَّا عَلَىٰ تَادِيَةِ حُقُوقِهِ إِِلَيْهِ",
          "transliteration": "wa a`inna `ala ta'diyati huquqihi ilayhi",
          "translation": "help us fulfill our duties towards him,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱلِٱجْتِهَادِ فِي طَاعَتِهِ",
          "transliteration": "walijtihadi fi ta`atihi",
          "translation": "exert all efforts in obedience to him"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْتِنَابِ مَعْصِيَتِهِ",
          "transliteration": "wajtinabi ma`siyatihi",
          "translation": "and avoiding disobeying him,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱمْنُنْ عَلَيْنَا بِرِضَاهُ",
          "transliteration": "wamnun `alayna biridahu",
          "translation": "bestow upon us with the favor of attaining his pleasure,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَهَبْ لَنَا رَافَتَهُ وَرَحْمَتَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa hab lana ra'fatahu wa rahmatahu",
          "translation": "and grant us his kindness, mercy,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَدُعَاءَهُ وَخَيْرَهُ",
          "transliteration": "wa du`a'ahu wa khayrahu",
          "translation": "prayer (for us), and his goodness"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "مَا نَنَالُ بِهِ سَعَةً مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ",
          "transliteration": "ma nanalu bihi sa`atan min rahmatika",
          "translation": "in an amount due to which we will gain a good deal of Your mercy"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَفَوْزاً عِنْدَكَ",
          "transliteration": "wa fawzan `indaka",
          "translation": "and achievement with You."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْ صَلاَتَنَا بِهِ مَقبُولَةً",
          "transliteration": "waj`al salatana bihi maqbulatan",
          "translation": "And, through him, render our prayers admitted,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَذُنُوبَنَا بِهِ مَغْفُورَةً",
          "transliteration": "wa dhunubana bihi maghfuratan",
          "translation": "our sins forgiven,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَدُعَاءَنَا بِهِ مُسْتَجَاباً",
          "transliteration": "wa du`a'ana bihi mustajaban",
          "translation": "and our supplications responded."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱجْعَلْ ارْزَاقَنَا بِهِ مَبْسُوطَةً",
          "transliteration": "waj`al arzaqana bihi mabsutatan",
          "translation": "And, through him too, make our sustenance expanded for us,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَهُمُومَنَا بِهِ مَكْفِيَّةً",
          "transliteration": "wa humumana bihi makfiyyatan",
          "translation": "our distresses relieved,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَحَوَائِجَنَا بِهِ مَقْضِيَّةً",
          "transliteration": "wa hawa'ijana bihi maqdiyyatan",
          "translation": "and our needs granted."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَاقْبِلْ إِِلَيْنَا بِوَجْهِكَ ٱلْكَرِيـمِ",
          "transliteration": "wa aqbil ilayna biwajhika alkarimi",
          "translation": "And (please) receive us with Your Noble Face,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱقْبَلْ تَقَرُّبَنَا إِِلَيْكَ",
          "transliteration": "waqbal taqarrubana ilayka",
          "translation": "approve of our seeking nearness to You,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱنْظُرْ إِِلَيْنَا نَظْرَةً رَحِيمَةً",
          "transliteration": "wanzur ilayna nazratan rahimatan",
          "translation": "and have a merciful look at us"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "نَسْتَكْمِلُ بِهَا ٱلْكَرَامَةَ عِنْدَكَ",
          "transliteration": "nastakmilu biha alkaramata `indaka",
          "translation": "by which we will win perfect honor with You;"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "ثُمَّ لاََ تَصْرِفْهَا عَنَّا بِجُودِكَ",
          "transliteration": "thumma la tasrifha `anna bijudika",
          "translation": "and, after that, do not ever take it away from us, in the name of Your magnanimity,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "وَٱسْقِنَا مِنْ حَوْضِ جَدِّهِ",
          "transliteration": "wasqina min hawdi jaddihi",
          "translation": "and give us a drink from the Pond of his grandfather,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ",
          "transliteration": "salla allahu `alayhi wa alihi",
          "translation": "may Allah bless him and his Household,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "بِكَاسِهِ وَبِيَدِهِ",
          "transliteration": "bika'sihi wa biyadihi",
          "translation": "from his own cup and with his own hand,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "رَيّاً رَوِيّاً",
          "transliteration": "rayyan rawiyyan",
          "translation": "such a replete, satiating,"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "هَنِيئاً سَائِغاً",
          "transliteration": "hani'an sa'ighan",
          "translation": "pleasant, and wholesome drink"
        },
        {
          "arabic": "لاََ ظَمَا بَعْدَهُ",
          "transliteration": "la zama'a ba`dahu",
          "translation": "after which we shall never suffer from thirst."
        },
        {
          "arabic": "يَا ارْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمينَ",
          "transliteration": "ya arhama alrrahimina",
          "translation": "O most merciful of all those who show mercy!"
        }
