bismi allahi ar-rahm¡ni ar-rahim

In The Name Of Allah, The Beneficent, The Merciful

'inn¡ 'anzaln¡hu f¢ laylati al-qadri .

(1) Surely We revealed it on the grand night.

wa m¡ 'adr¡ka m¡ laylatu al-qadri .

(2) And what will make you comprehend what the grand night

laylatu al-qadri khayrun min 'alfi shahrin .

(3) The grand night is better than a thousand months.

tanazzalu al-mal¡'ikatu wa ar-r£¦u f¢h¡ bi'idhni rabbihim min kulli 'amrin .

(4) The angels and Jibreel descend in it by the permission of their Lord for every affair,

sal¡mun hiya ¦att¡ ma§la`i al-fajri .

(5) Peace! it is till the break of the morning.
