In Tibb al-A’immah: From A¦mad ibn Ziy¡d from Fadh¡lah from Ism¡~¢l ibn Ziy¡d from Ab¢ ~Abdill¡h XE "Ab¢ ~Abdill¡h"  D who said: Whenever the Noble Prophet XE "Holy Prophet"  9 was afflicted with sluggishness or a headache, he would extend his hands and recite S£rah al-F¡ti¦ah and the Mu`awwadhatayn[i] and he would be relieved from that which afflicted him.[ii]
