In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

O Allah, (please do) send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

.

(All) praise is for Allah (alone) who did not have (was not in in need of) any eye-witness when He created the heavens and the earth, did not choose for Himself an associate when He made ready and let go the "breathing beings" does not share, any one, in His Divinity; no one can ever wish to get at the bottom of or take hold of  the secrets of (His) Oneness, tongue-tied and dumbfounded become expression and style while trying to bring into view the gist of His attributes, reason and intellect bewilder, all amiss while making an effort to know "what He is". Deporting themselves with humility the proud and the powerful cringe and wince in awe of His majesty, their corrupt faces showing panicky embarrassment, in abject fear, and all the important arrogant cast a stealthy glance upon His greatness and bury their faces in shame. So (all) praise is for Thee (alone), following one another, continuous, without interruption, tied together; and His blessing be on His Messenger, for ever and ever, and His greetings till eternity and beyond. O my Allah let me mend, improve and answer the purpose in the early part of this day, in the middle, work for my living and make progress, and in the end, succeed well.

I take refuge with Thee, from the day whose beginning is full of apprehensions, midpoint is pregnant with anxiety and restlessness, and end is replete with pain and suffering,

O my Allah! I seek Thy forgiveness, for every solemn pledge I made, for every promise I undertook to fulfuil, and every obligation I stood security for, then did not make good any. I beseech Thee (for forgiveness) in the matter of wrongs done to Thy servants by me.Whosoever among Thy male servants, or female servants, thinks that he or she did receive wrongful treatment from me, either with regard to his or her "self" or good fame, or property, or friends and family, or children; or by speaking evil of him or her in absence I had defamed the fair name; or treated harsly, and took liberties, out of bias and partiality, or lust and ambition, or contempt, or in the heat of emotions, or in bad faith,or in partisanship and fanticism, (whether) he or she was absent, or present living,or dead; thereafter it was out of my hand, and beyond by means, to make restitution, and get release from the burden. I make a request to Thee. O He Who controls exclusively the prerogative to satisfy wants and desires, they come to call unto His direction, striving in speed towards His decisive dispensation, to send blessing on Muhammad  and on the children of  Muhammad. and make peace between me and him (or her), to what degree and in what manner Thou deems fit, and for me make a gift of Thy mercy, Verily Thou art never at a disadvantage because of forgiveness, nor Thou suffers loss due to doing favours, O The Most Merciful.

O Allah! give me on every Monday two gifts, peace of mind in the early part on account of obeying Thee in all matters, ease and comfort in the later part due to receiving Thy indulgence, O He Who is "ILLAH" (the One true God), except He no one (can) forgive sins.

O Allah! Send blessing on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad.

AL-H’AMDU LILLAAHIL- LAD’EE LAM YUSH-HID AH’ADAN H’EENA FAT’ARAS SAMAAWAATI WAL ARZ’’ WA LAT-TAKHAD’A MU_E’ENAN H’EENA BARA-AN NASAMAATI LAM YUSHAARAK FIL ILAAHIYYATI WA LAM YUZ’AAHAR FIL WAH’DAANIYYATI KALLATIL ALSUNU A’N GHAAYATI S’IFATIHEE WAL U’QOOLU A’N KUNHI MAA’-RIFATIHEE WA TAWAAZ’’A-A’TIL JABAABIRATU LIHAYBATIHEE WA A’NATIL WUJOOHU LI-KHASHYATIHEE WAN-QAADA KULLU A’Z’EEMIN LI-A’Z’AMATIHEE FALAKAL H’AMDU MUTAWAATIRAN MUTTASIQAN WA MUTAWAALIYAN MUSTAWTHIQAA WA S’ALAWAATUHOO A’LAA RASOOLIHEE ABADAN WA SALAAMUHOO DAAA-IMAN SARMADAA ALLAAHUMMAJ-A’L AWWALA YAWMEE HAAD’AA S’ALAAH’AN WA AWSAT’AHOO FALAAH’AN WA AAKHIRAHOO NAJAAH’AA WA A-O’OD’U BIKA MIN YAWMIN AWWALUHOO FAZA-U’N WA AWSAT’UHOO JAZA-U’N WA AAKHIRUHOO WAJA-U’N

ALAAHUMMA INNEE ASTAGHFIRUKA LI-KULLI NAD’RIN NAD’ARTUHOO WA KULLI WAA’-DIN WA-A’DTUHOO WA KULLI A’HDIN A’AHADTUHOO THUMMA LAM AFI BIHEE WA AS-ALUKA FEE MAZ’AALIMI I’BAADIKA I’NDEE FA-AYYUMMA A’BDIN MIN A’BEEDIKA AW AMATIN MIN IMAAA-IKA KAANAT LAHOO QIBALEE MAZ’LIMATUN Z’ALAMTUHAA IYYAAHU FEE NAFSIHEE AW FEE I’RZ’’IHEE AW FEE MAALIHEE AW FEE AHLIHEE WA WALADIHEE AW GHEEBATUNIGH-TABTUHOO BIHAA AW TAH’AAMULUN A’LAYHI BI-MAYLIN AW HAWAN AW ANAFATIN AW H’AMIYYATIN AW RI-YAA-IN AW A’S’ABIYYATIN GHAAA-IBAN KAANA AW SHAAHIDAN WA H’AYYAN KAANA AW MAYYITAN FA-QAS’URAT YADEE WA Z’’AAQA WUS-E’E A’N RADDIHAA ILAYHI WAT TAH’ALLULI MINHU FA-AS-ALUKA YAA MAN YAMLIKUL H’AAJAATI WA HIYA MUSTAJEEBATUN LI-MASHIYYATIHEE WA MUSRI-A’TUN ILAA IRAADATIHEE AN TUS’ALLIYA A’LAA MUH’AMMADIN’W WA AALI MUH’AMMAD WA AN TURZ’’IYAHOO A’NNEE BIMAA SHI-TA WA TAHABA LEE MIN I’NDIKA RAH’MATAN INNAHOO LAA TANQUS’UKAL MAGHFIRATU WA LAA TAZ’’URRUKAL MAWHIBATU YAA ARH’AMAR RAAH’IMEEN

ALLAAHUMMA AWLINEE FEE KULLI YAWMITH-NAYNI NIA’-MATAYNI MINKA THINTAYNI SA-A’ADATAN FEE AWWALIHEE BE-T’AA-A’TIKA WA NIA’-MATAN FEE AAKHIRIHEE BI-MAGHFIRATIKA YAA MAN HUWAL ILAAHU WA LAA YAGHFIRUD D’UNOOBA SIWAAHU

Prayer for Monday evening
It is of two rakats. In each rakat after Surah Hamd recite Ayatul Kursi, Surah Tawheed, Surah Falaq and Surah Naas once each and after the prayer recite Isteghfar 10 times. The reward of this prayer equals 10 Hajjs and Umrahs.

Prayer for Monday 1
It is four rakats. In the first rakat after Surah Hamd recite Ayatul Kursi once. In the second rakat after Surah Hamd recite Surah Tawheed once. In the third rakat after Surah Hamd recite Surah Falaq once. In the fourth rakat after Surah Hamd recite Surah Naas once. Then after completing the prayer recite Isteghfar 10 times.

Prayer for Monday 2
This prayer is also narrated from the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.a.) that one who recites ten rakats prayer on Monday and in every rakat recites Surah Hamd and Surah Tawheed 10 times each the Almighty Allah will appoint for him such a light on the day of Qiyamat that it would illuminate his place till all the creatures vie him.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

bismill¡hi alrra¦m¡ni alrra¦¢mi

In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي لَمْ يُشْهِدْ احَداً

al¦amdu lill¡hi alladh¢ lam yushhid a¦adan

Praise be to Allah Who allowed none to witness

حِيـنَ فَطَرَ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ وَٱلارْضَ

¦¢na fa§ara assam¡w¡ti wal-ar¤a

when He created the heavens and the earth,

وَلاَ ٱتَّخَذَ مُعِيناً حِيـنَ بَرَا ٱلنَّسَمَاتِ

wa lattakhadha mu`¢nan ¦¢na bara`a annasam¡ti

and Who took no helper when He authored the spirits!

لَمْ يُشَارَكْ فِي ٱلإِلٰهِيَّةِ

lam yush¡rak fil-il¡hiyyati

He has no associate in Divinity

وَلَمْ يُظاهَرْ فِي ٱلْوَحْدَانِيَّةِ

wa lam yu¨¡har filwa¦d¡niyyati

and no support in Unity.

كَلَّتِ ٱلالْسُنُ عَنْ غَايَةِ صِفَتِهِ

kallat al-alsunu `an gh¡yati ¥ifatihi

Tongues fall silent before the limit of describing Him,

وَٱنْحَسَرَتِ ٱلْعُقُولُ عَنْ كُنْهِ مَعْرِفَتِهِ

wan¦asarat al`uq£lu `an kunhi ma`rifatih¢

intellects fail before the core of knowing Him,

وَتَوَاضَعَتِ ٱلْجَبَابِرَةُ لِهَيْبَتِهِ

wa taw¡¤a`at aljab¡biratu lihaybatih¢

tyrants fall low in awe of Him,

وَعَنَتِ ٱلْوُجُوهُ لِخَشْيَتِهِ

wa `anat alwuj£hu likhashyatih¢

faces are humbled in fear of Him,

وَٱنْقَادَ كُلُّ عَظِيمٍ لِعَظَمَتِهِ

wanq¡da kullu `a¨¢min li`a¨amatih¢

and everything mighty yields to His mightiness!

فَلَكَ ٱلْحَمْدُ مُتَوَاتِراً مُتَّسِقاً

falaka al¦amdu mutaw¡tiran muttasiqan

So, to You belongs praise, again and again, well-measured,

وَمُتَوَالِياً مُسْتَوْسِقاً

wa mutaw¡liyan mustawsiqan

continually, methodically!

وَصَلَوَاتُهُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِ ابَداً

wa ¥alaw¡tuh£ `al¡ ras£lih¢ abadan

And may His blessings be upon His Messenger endlessly,

وَسَلامُهُ دَائِماً سَرْمَداً

wa sal¡muh£ d¡'iman sarmadan

and His salutation (be upon him) everlastingly, eternally!

اَللَّهُمَّ ٱجْعَلْ اوَّلَ يَوْمِي هٰذَا صَلاَحاً

all¡humma ij`al awwala yawm¢ h¡dh¡ ¥al¡¦an

O Allah, (please) make the beginning of this day of mine righteousness,

وَ اوْسَطَهُ فَلاَحاً

wa awsa§ah£ fal¡¦an

its middle prosperity,

وَآخِرَهُ نَجَاحاً

wa ¡khirah£ naj¡¦an

and its end success!

وَ اعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ يَوْمٍ اَوَّلُهُ فَزَعٌ

wa a`£dhu bika min yawmin awwaluh£ faza`un

I seek refuge in You from a day whose beginning is fright,

وَ اوْسَطُهُ جَزَعٌ

wa awsa§uh£ jaza`un

whose middle is anxiety,

وَآخِرُهُ وَجَعٌ

wa ¡khiruh£ waja`un

and whose end is pain!

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي اسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِكُلِّ نَذْرٍ نَذَرْتُهُ

all¡humma inn¢ astaghfiruka likulli nadhrin nadhartuh£

O Allah, I pray forgiveness from You for every vow I have vowed,

وَلِكُلِّ وَعْدٍ وَعَدْتُهُ

wa likulli wa`din wa`adtuh£

every promise I have made,

وَلِكُلِّ عَهْدٍ عَاهَدْتُهُ

wa likulli `ahdin `¡hadtuh£

and every pledge I have pledged

ثُمَّ لَمْ افِ لَكَ بِهِ

thumma lam afi laka bih¢

and then I failed to keep for You.

وَ اسْالُكَ فِي مَظَالِمِ عِبَادِكَ عِنْدِي

wa as'aluka f¢ ma¨¡limi `ib¡dika `ind¢

I ask You concerning the complaints of Your servants against me:

فَايُّمَا عَبْدٍ مِنْ عَبِيدِكَ

fa ayyum¡ `abdin min `ab¢dika

If there is a servant from among Your servants

اوْ امَةٍ مِنْ إِمَائِكَ

aw amatin min im¡'ika

or a bondmaid from among Your bondmaids,

كَانَتْ لَهُ قِبَلِي مَظْلَمَةٌ ظَلَمْتُهَا إِيَّاهُ

k¡nat lah£ qibal¢ ma¨lamatun ¨alamtuh¡ iyy¡hu

who has against me a complaint

فِي نَفْسِهِ اوْ فِي عِرْضِهِ

f¢ nafsih¢ aw f¢ `ir¤ihi

because I have wronged him in respect to himself, his reputation,

اوْ فِي مَالِهِ اوْ فِي اهْلِهِ وَوَلَدِهِ

aw f¢ m¡lih¢ aw f¢ ahlih¢ wa waladih¢

his property, his wife or his child,

اوْ غِيبَةٌ ﭐغْتَبْتُهُ بِهَا

aw gh¢batin ightabtuh£ bih¡

or because evil words I have spoken about him in his absence,

اوْ تَحَامُلٌ عَلَيهِ بِمَيْلٍ اوْ هَوًىٰ

aw ta¦¡mulun `alayhi bimaylin aw hawan

an imposition upon him through inclination, caprice,

اوْ انَفَةٍ اوْ حَمِيَّةٍ

aw anafatin aw ¦amiyyatin

scorn, zeal,

اوْ رِيَاءٍ اوْ عَصَبِيَّةٍ

aw riy¡'in aw `a¥abiyyatin

false show, bigotry,

غَائِباً كَانَ اوْ شَاهِداً

gh¡'iban k¡na aw sh¡hidan

whether he be absent or present,

وَحَيّاً كَانَ اوْ مَيِّتاً

wa ¦ayyan k¡na aw mayyitan

alive or dead,

فَقَصُرَتْ يَدِي

faqa¥urat yad¢

such that my hand has fallen short

وَضَاقَ وُسْعِي عَنْ رَدِّهَا إِلَيْهِ

wa ¤¡qa wu¥`¢ `an raddih¡ ilayhi

and my capacity has been too narrow to make restitution to him

وَٱلتَّحَلُّلِ مِنْهُ

watta¦alluli minhu

or to annul my obligation to him,

فَاسْالُك يَا مَنْ يَمْلِكُ ٱلْحَاجَاتِ

fa as'alika y¡ man yamliku al¦¡j¡ti

I ask You, O He who owns all objects of need,

وَهِيَ مُسْتَجِيبَةٌ بِمَشِيَّتِهِ

wa hiya mustaj¢batun limash¢'atih¢

which are granted by His will

وَمُسْرِعَةٌ إِلَىٰ إِرَادَتِهِ

wa musri`atun il¡ ir¡datih¢

and hasten to His desire

انْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tu¥alliya `al¡ mu¦ammadin wa ¡li mu¦ammadin

that You bless Mu¦ammad and the Household of Mu¦ammad,

وَانْ تُرْضِيَهُ عَنِّي بِمَا شِئْتَ

wa an tur¤iyah£ `ann¢ bim¡ shi'ta

and make [the one I have wronged] satisfied with me in the manner that You will,

وَتَهَبَ لِي مِنْ عِنْدِكَ رَحْمَةً

wa tahaba l¢ min `indika ra¦matan

and gift me mercy from You,

إِنَّهُ لاَ تَنْقُصُكَ ٱلْمَغْفِرَةُ

innah£ l¡ tanqu¥uka almaghfiratu

because, indeed, forgiveness decreases You not

وَلاَ تَضُرُّكَ ٱلْمَوْهِبَةُ

wa l¡ ta¤urruka almawhibatu

and giving injures You not.

يَا ارْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمِينَ

y¡ ar¦ama arr¡¦im¢na

O Most Merciful of all those who show mercy!

اَللَّهُمَّ اوْلِنِي فِي كُلِّ يَومِ ٱثْنَيْنِ

all¡humma awlin¢ f¢ kulli yawmi ithnayni

O Allah, bestow upon me on every Monday

نِعْمَتَيْنِ مِنْكَ ثِنْتَيْنِ

ni`matayni minka thintayni

with two favors from You:

سَعَادَةً فِي اوَّلِهِ بِطَاعَتِكَ

sa`¡datan f¢ awwalih¢ bi§¡`atika

the felicity to obey You at its beginning

وَنِعْمَةً فِي آخِرِهِ بِمَغْفِرَتِكَ

wa ni`matan f¢ ¡khirih¢ bimahgfiratika

and the favor of Your forgiveness at its end!

يَا مَنْ هُوَ ٱلإِلٰهُ

y¡ man huwa al-il¡hu

O He who is the God

وَلاَ يَغْفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ سِوَاهُ

wa l¡ yaghfiru aldhdhun£ba siw¡hu

and none other than Whom grants forgiveness for sins!

NAQSH
