26.bless Muhammad and his Household,

27.satisfy him toward me through Your wealth, and give him his full right from Yourself!

28.Then protect me from what Your decision mandates
wa khal-lis'-nee mim-maa yah'-kumu bihee a'd-luk
29.and save me from what Your justice decides,
fa in-na qoo-watee laa tas-taqil-lu binaqimatik
30.for my strength cannot bear Your vengeance
wa in-na t'aaqatee laa tan-haz''u bisukh-t'ik
31.and my power cannot stand up to Your displeasure!
fa in-naka in tukaafinee bil-h'aq-qi tuh-lik-nee
32.If You recompensest me with the right, You wilt destroy me,
wa il-la tagham-mad-nee birah'-matika toobiq-nee
33.and if You dost not shield me in Your mercy, You wilt lay me waste.
al-laahum-ma in-nee as-taw-hibuka yaaa ilaahee maa laa yanqus'uka bad'-luh
34.O God, I ask You to grant, my God, that whose giving will not decrease You,
wa as-tah'-miluka maa laa yab-haz'uka h'am-luh
35.and I ask You to carry that whose carrying will not weigh You down:
as-taw-hibuka yaaa ilaahee naf-seeal-latee lam takh-luq-haa litam-tania' bihaa min sooo-in
36.My God, I ask You to give my soul, which You didst not create to keep Yourself from evil
aw litat'ar-raqa bihaaa ilaa naf-a'
37.nor to find the way to profit.
wa lkin anshaa-tahaa ith-baatal-liqud-ratika a'laa mith-lihaa
38.No, You brought it forth to demonstrate Your power over its like
wah'-tijaajam-bihaa a'laa shak-lihaa
39.and to provide an argument against its similar.
wa as-tah'-miluka min d'unoobee maa qad bahaz'anee h'am-luh
40.I ask You to carry those of my sins whose carrying weighs me down
wa as-tae'enu bika a'laa maa qad fadah'anee thiq-luh
41.and I seek help from You in that whose heaviness oppresses me.
fas'al-li a'laa muh'am-madiw-wa aaalih
42.So bless Muhammad and his Household,
wa hab linaf-see a'laa z'ul-mihaa naf-see
43.give to me my soul in spite of its wrongdoing,
wa wak-kir-r-rah'-mataka bih'-timaali is'-ree
44.and appoint Your mercy to carry my burden!
fakam qad lah'iqat rah'-matuka bil-musee-een
45.How many evildoers Your mercy has overtaken!
wa kam qad shamila a'f-wukaz'-z'aalimeen
46.How many wrongdoers Your pardon has embraced!
fas'al-li a'laa muh'am-madiw-wa aaalih waj-a'l-neee us-wata man qad an-haz''-tahoo
47.So bless Muhammad and his Household and make me the model of him whom You hast aroused
bitajaawzika a'm-mas'aarii'l-khaat'i-een
48.through Your forbearance from the deadly infirmities of the offenders
wa khal-las'-tahoo bitawfeeqika miw-warat'aatil-muj-rimeen
49.and saved through Your giving success from the tangled plights of the sinners,
faas'-bah'a t'aleeqa a'f-wika mn isaari sukh-t'ik
50.so that I may rise up freed by Your pardon from the bonds of Your displeasure
wa a'teeqa s'un-i'ka miw-wathaaqi a'd-lik
51.and released by Your benefaction from the ties of Your justice!
in-naka in taf-a'l d'alika yaaa ilaahee taf-a'l-hoo biman
52.Surely if You dost that, my God, You wilt do it to one
laa yaj-h'adu as-tih'-qaaqa u'qoobatik
53.who does not deny deserving Your punishment
wa laa yubar-ri-u naf-sahoo min as-teejaabi naqimatik
54.or acquit himself from merit for Your vengeance.
taf-a'lu d'alika yaaa ilaahee biman khaw-fuhoo minka ak-tharu min t'amai'hee feek
55.Do that, my God, for one whose fear of You is greater than his craving from You,
wa bimay-yaa-suhoo minan-najaati aw-kadu mir-rajaaa-ihee lil-khalaas'
56.whose hopelessness of deliverance is firmer than his hope for salvation!
laaa ay-yakoona yaa-suhoo qunoot'aa
57.Not that his hopelessness is despair,
aw ay-yakoona t'amau'hoo agh-tiraaraa
58.nor that his expectation is deluded.
bal-liqil-lati h'asanaatihee bay-na say-yi-aatih
59.No, rather his good deeds are few among his evil deeds
wa z''aa'-fi h'ujajihee fee jameei' tabia'atih
60.and his arguments are frail in face of everything due from his acts.
faam-maaa anta yaaa ilaahee faah-lun an
61.But Thou, my God, art worthy that
laa yagh-tar-ra bikas'-s'id-deeqoon
62.the righteous not be deluded concerning You
wa laa yay-asa minkal-muj-rimoon
63.and the sinners not lose hope in You,
lian-nakar-rab-bul-a'z'eemul-lad'ee laa yam-nau' ah'adana faz''-lah
64.for You art the All-mighty Lord who holds back His bounty from none
wa laa yas-taq-s'ee min ah'adin h'aq-qah
65.and takes His full right from no one.
taa'alaa d'ik-ruka a'nil-mad'-kooreen
66.High exalted is Your mention above those mentioned!
wa taqad-dasat as-maaaw-uka a'nil-mansoobeen
67.Holy are Your names beyond those described!
wa fashat nia'-matuka fee jameei'l-makh-looqeen
68.Spread is Your favour among all creatures!
falakal-h'am-du a'laa d'alika yaa rab-bal-a'alameen
69.Thine is the praise for that, O Lord of the worlds!
