إِلٰهِي بِحَقِّ مَنْ نَاجَاكَ

il¡h¢ bi¦aqqi man n¡j¡ka

O my God, in the name of all those who have besought you

وَبِحَقِّ مَنْ دَعَاكَ فِي ٱلْبَرِّ وَٱلْبَحْرِ

wa bi¦aqqi man da`¡ka f¢ albarri walba¦ri

and in the name of all those who have prayed to you in lands and seas,

صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ

¥alli `al¡ mu¦ammadin wa ¡lih¢

(please do) bless Mu¦ammad and his Household,

وَتَفَضَّلْ عَلَىٰ فُقَرَاءِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ

wa tafa¤¤al `al¡ fuqar¡'i almu'min¢na walmu'min¡ti

bestow upon the poor among the believing men and women

بٱلْغَنَاءِ وَٱلثَّرْوَةِ

bilghan¡'i walththarwati

with wealth and fortune,

وَعَلَىٰ مَرْضَىٰ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ

wa `al¡ mar¤¡ almu'min¢na walm£min¡ti

upon the ailed believing men and women

بِٱلشِّفَاءِ وَٱلصِّحَّةِ

bilshshif¡'i wal¥¥i¦¦ati

with healing and health,

وَعَلَىٰ احْيَاءِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ

wa `al¡ a¦y¡'i almu'min¢na walmu'min¡ti

upon the living believing men and women

بِٱللُّطْفِ وَٱلْكَرَمِ

billu§fi walkarami

with kindness and generosity,

وَعَلىٰ امْوَاتِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ

wa `al¡ amw¡ti almu'min¢na walmu'min¡ti

upon the dead believing men and women

بِٱلْمَغْفِرَةِ وَٱلرَّحْمَةِ

bilmaghfirati walrra¦mati

with forgiveness and mercy,

وَعَلىٰ غُرَبَاءِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ

wa `al¡ ghurab¡'i almu'min¢na walmu'min¡ti

and upon the emigrant believing men and women

بِٱلرَّدِّ إِلَىٰ اوْطَانِهِمْ سَالِمِينَ غَانِمِينَ

bilrraddi il¡ aw§¡nihim s¡lim¢na gh¡nim¢na

with returning them home peacefully and successfully,

بِمُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ اجْمَعينَ

bimu¦ammadin wa ¡lih¢ ajma`¢na

in the name of Mu¦ammad and the members of his Household.
