O Allah! Send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad.
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

Peace be on you O intimate friends of Allah! Peace be on you, O decisive arguments of Allah! Peace be on you, O light of Allah, in the midst of ignorance and disorder, widespread in the world! Peace be on you, blessings of Allah be on you, and on your pure and pious children. With my father (I am) at your disposal, and also my mother. Surely you sincerely carried out the mission of Allah, and strived in the cause of Allah, leaving no stone unturned, against heavy odds, in letter and spirit, till the inevitable came unto you. Therefore Allah condemns your enemies, whether they be men or jinn, one and all. I turn obedient, unto Allah, and you keeping away from them. O Mawlaa! O Abaa Ibrahim ! Moosa son of Jaa’far! O Mawlaa! O Abdul Hasan! Ali son of Moosa! O Mawlaa ! O Abaa Jaa’faar! Muhammad son of Ali ! O Mawlaa ! O Abul Hasan ! Ali son of Muhammad ! I am your bondman, I truly believe in your inner-most best aspects, in your evident public roles; take refuge with you, in the hours of today, your day, Wednesday, and seek your nearness, therefore receive me with open arms, let me be near you, (and near) your pure and pious children.
O Allah! Send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad.

ASSALAAMU A’LAYKUM YAA AWLIYAAA-ALLAAH ASSALAAMU A’LAYKUM YAA H’UJAJALLAAH ASSALAAMU A’LAYKUM YAA NOORALLAAHI FEE Z’ULMAATIL ARZ’’ ASSALAAMU A’LAYKUM S’ALAWATULLAAHI A’LAYKUM WA A’LAA AALI BAYTIKUMUT’ T’AYYIBEENAT’ T’AAHIREEN BI-ABEE ANTUM WA UMMEE LAQAD A’BADTUMULLAAHA MUKHLIS’EENA WA JAAHADTUM FILLAAHI H’AQQA JIHAADIHEE H’ATTAA ATAAKUMUL YAQEEN FA-LA-A’NALLAAHU AA’-DAAA-AKUM MINAL JINNI WAL INSI AJMA –E’EN WA ANAA ABRA-U ILALLAAHI WA ILAYKUM MINHUM YAA WAWLAAYA YAA ABAA IBRAAHEEM MOOSABNA JAA’FAR YAA MAWLAAYA YAA ABAL H’ASAN A’LIYYABNA MOOSAA YAA MAWLAAYA YAA ABAA JAA’-FAR MUH’AMMADABNA A’LIYY YAA MAWLAAYA YAA ABAL H’ASAN A’LIYABNA MUH’AMMAD ANAA MAWLAN LAKUM MOO-MINUN BI-SIRRIKUM WA JAHRIKUM MUTAZ”AYYIFUN BIKUM FEE YAWMIKUM HAAD’AA WA HUWA YAWMUL ABRA-A’A WA MUSTAJEERUN BIKUM FA-AZ”EEFOONEE WA AJEEROONEE BI-AALI BAYTIKUMUT’ T’AYYIBEENAT’ TAAHIREEN

ALLAHUMMA S’ALLI A’LAA MUH’AMMADIN’W WA AALI MUH’AMMAD

ZIYªRAH ON WEDNESDAYS

This day is dedicated to the Imams M£s¡ ibn Ja`far al-K¡¨im, `Al¢ ibn M£s¡ al-Ri¤¡, Mu¦ammad ibn `Al¢ al-Taq¢ al-Jaw¡d, and `Al¢ ibn Mu¦ammad al-Naq¢ al-H¡d¢—peace be upon them all. their Ziy¡rah on Wednesdays is as follows:

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ يَا اوْلِيَاءَ ٱللَّهِ

alssal¡mu `alaykum y¡ awliy¡'a all¡hi

Peace be upon you [all], O saints of Allah!

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ يَا حُجَجَ ٱللَّهِ

alssal¡mu `alaykum y¡ ¦ujaja all¡hi

Peace be upon you, O arguments of Allah!

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ يَا نُورَ ٱللَّهِ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ ٱلارْضِ

alssal¡mu `alaykum y¡ n£ra all¡hi f¢ ¨ulum¡ti al-ar¤i

Peace be upon you, O light of Allah in the darkness of the earth!

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ

alssal¡mu `alaykum

Peace be upon you.

صَلَوَاتُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ

¥alaw¡tu all¡hi `alaykum

Blessings of Allah be upon you

وَعَلَىٰ آلِ بَيْتِكُمُ ٱلطَّيِّبِينَ ٱلطَّاهِرِينَ

wa `al¡ ¡li baytikumu al§§ayyib¢na al§§¡hir¢na

and upon your Household, the pure and immaculate.

بِابِي انْتُمْ وَامِّي

bi-ab¢ antum wa umm¢

May Allah accept my father and mother as ransoms for you!

لَقَدْ عَبَدْتُمُ ٱللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ

laqad `abadtumu all¡ha mukhli¥¢na

Indeed, you worshipped Allah sincerely

وَجَاهَدْتُمْ فِي ٱللَّهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهِ

wa j¡hadtum f¢ all¡hi ¦aqqa jih¡dih¢

and strove for His sake with due strife

حَتَّىٰ اتَاكُمُ ٱلْيَقِينُ

¦att¡ at¡kumu alyaq¢nu

until death came upon you.

فَلَعَنَ اللَّهُ اعْدَاءكُمْ

fala`ana all¡hu a`d¡'akum

So, may Allah curse all your enemies

مِنَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلإنْسِ اجْمَعِينَ

mina aljinni wal-insi ajma`¢na

from the jinn and human beings.

وَانَا ابْرَا إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ وَإِلَيْكُمْ مِنْهُمْ

wa an¡ abra'u il¡ all¡hi wa ilaykum minhum

And I release myself before Allah and before you from them (i.e. your enemies).

يَا مَوْلاَيَ يَا ابَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ

y¡ mawl¡ya y¡ ab¡ ibr¡h¢ma

O my master, O Ab£-Ibr¡h¢m,

مُوسَىٰ بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ

m£s¡ ibna ja`farin

M£s¡, the son of Ja`far!

يَا مَوْلاَيَ يَا ابَا ٱلْحَسَنِ

y¡ mawl¡ya y¡ ab¡ al¦asani

O my master, O Ab£’l-°asan,

عَلِيَّ بْنَ مُوسَىٰ

`aliyya ibna m£s¡

`Al¢, the son of M£s¡!

يَا مَوْلاَيَ يَا ابَا جَعْفَرٍ

y¡ mawl¡ya y¡ ab¡ ja`farin

O my master, O Ab£-Ja`far,

مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ

mu¦ammada ibna `aliyyin

Mu¦ammad, the son of `Al¢!

يَا مَوْلاَيَ يَا ابَا ٱلْحَسَنِ

y¡ mawl¡ya y¡ ab¡ al¦asani

O my master, O Ab£’l-°asan,

عَلِيَّ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ

`aliyya ibna mu¦ammadin

`Al¢, the son of Mu¦ammad!

انَا مَوْلىٰ لَكُمْ

an¡ mawlan lakum

I am your servant,

مُؤْمِنٌ بِسِرِّكُمْ وَجَهْرِكُمْ

mu'minun bisirrikum wa jahrikum

I believe in your secret and open affairs,

مُتَضَيِّفٌ بِكُمْ في يَوْمِكُمْ هٰذَا

muta¤ayyifun bikum f¢ yawmikum h¡dh¡

and I am staying with you as your guest, on this day,

وَهُوَ يَوْمُ ٱلارْبِعَاءِ

wa huwa yawmu al-arbi`¡'i

which is Wednesday,

وَمُسْتَجِيـرٌ بِكُمْ

wa mustaj¢run bikum

and I am in your vicinity;

فَاضِيفُونِي وَاجِيرُونِي

fa-a¤¢f£n¢ wa aj¢r£n¢

so, receive me as your guest and neighbor,

بِآلِ بَيْتِكُمُ ٱلطَّيِّبِينَ ٱلطَّاهِرِينَ

bi-¡li baytikumu al§§ayyib¢na al§§¡hir¢na

[I ask you] by your Household, the pure and immaculate.
