Syeda Fatima's (sa)Duaa after Asr Prayer

 

 

 

Glorified be the one, Who is aware of the thoughts of the minds. Glorified be the one, Who calculates the number of sins. Glorified be the one, from Whom nothing from the heavens and the earth is concealed.

Praise be to God, who did not make me a denier of His bounties and the rejecter of His favors; all good is for Him and only He is capable of that.

All praise is for God for the complete proof over all the creatures, whether they are obedient or disobedient. After that if He conducts with His mercy, it is His favor; and if He punishes, it is due to the sins of people and He does not oppress His servants.

All praise is for God, whose rank is lofty and whose base is glorious, whose pillars are strong and whose kingdom is honorable, whose glory is great and whose proof is evident. He is merciful and beneficent, the bestower and one, who favors.

All praise is for God, who has concealed Himself from all the creatures, whom He is seeing on the basis of reality of lordship and power of oneness. Therefore, the sights cannot reach upto Him and the news cannot encompass Him; no quantity can estimate Him and no consideration can even imagine Him, because He is the absolutely powerful ruler.

O God, You are seeing my location and You listen to my statements, and You are aware of my matter, and You are aware of my self, and nothing is concealed from You. I have hastened towards You in my needs; and have presented my needs to You and I have begged You for my needs and begged to You on the basis of my poverty, hunger, humiliation, hard times and severities.

You are that Lord, who is generous through forgiveness, You will get others than me whom You can chastise, but I will not find anyone to forgive me other than You; You are needless of chastising me, but I am needful of your mercy.

Now, I am asking You on the basis of my poverty and your needlessness and on the basis of your perfect power and my weakness, I am begging from You that You make my supplication to be accompanied with your acceptance and make my gathering a gathering with which is your mercy and make my request such a request, which is accompanied with success.

Ease the issues, which I am fearful of and create wideness in the matters by whose helplessness I am afraid. And suppress whoever is harboring evil intention regarding me among the creatures, Amen. O the most merciful of the merciful ones. And ease for me the issues, whose severities I fear most and remove from me that, whose distress I am afraid of. And create ease in that, whose straiteness I am terrified of. Amen. O the most merciful of the merciful ones.

O God, remove from me show off, pride, oppression, jealousy, weakness, doubt, disadvantage, distress, helplessness, trickery, cheating, calamity and corruption; and turn me towards that in which lies your approval and pleasure, O the most merciful of the merciful ones.

O Allah, bless Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad and forgive my sins, conceal my defects and bestow peace to my fear, cure my calamity[1] and bestow needlessness to me in poverty, ease my needs and save me from slips and change my dispersal into cohesion; be sufficient for me in all my issues, whether I am absent or present and be sufficient regarding all those issues regarding which I am terrified of You, O the most merciful of the merciful ones.

O God, I have entrusted my issues to You and I have given over myself into your refuge; on the basis of being unjust on my self, I have entrusted it to you; as I am also terrified and afraid of You, and I also vie for your forgiveness.

You are that merciful Lord, who does not severe the hopes and do not make the supplications despair from acceptance.

So I beg You by the right of Ibrahim, your friend, Musa, with whom You conversed, Isa, your spirit, and Muhammad, your chosen and your prophet, that You don’t turn away your kind face from me till You accept my repentance, have mercy on my tears and forgive my mistakes, O the most merciful of the merciful ones and the best judgment giver. O God, take revenge from those, who are unjust to me and help me against my enemies. O God, do not deem my calamity to be in my religion and do not make the world as the most important aim and the end of knowledge.

My God, reform this religion of mine, which is the support of my issues and reform this world for me in which I live; and also reform my hereafter, where I have to return. And make my life a means of increase in every goodness; and make death to be a stage of being saved from every mischief.

O God, You are excessively forgiving and You also like forgiveness; so now forgive me and keep me alive as long as there is good in life; after that if death is better, You give that to me. And I ask You for your fear in every seen and unseen matter and I want justice in every stage of approval and anger.

O God, bestow on me moderation in both: poverty and affluence; and I ask You for that bounty, which is not destroyed. And that coolness of the eye, which is unending. I ask You for approval after death and I ask You for the pleasure of looking at your elegance.

O God, I ask You for guidance in my issues and seek your refuge from the mischief of my self.

O God, I have committed the worst kinds of deeds and have oppressed my self, so forgive me; as there is no one other than You, who can forgive the sins. O God, I ask You for haste in your relief, and patience in your trials and exit from the world towards your mercy.

O God, indeed I make You a witness, and your angels and bearers of the throne and all the creatures of the heavens and the earth, that only You are my God, and You have no partner; and that Muhammad is your servant and your messenger. And I ask You as all praise is for You and there is no god, except You. And You are the originator of the heavens and earth; O one, who is present before everything and is the creator of everything and is to endure till nothing else remains.

O God, my sight is focused on your mercy and my hand is stretched before your kindness; so do not deprive my entreaty from response and do not chastise me after I have repented.

O God, forgive me, as You are well aware of my weaknesses and don’t chastise me, although You exercise absolute power on me. Through your mercy, O the most merciful of the merciful ones.

O God, O one having wide mercy and beneficial and lofty invocation of blessing (Salawat), bless your most honorable, beloved and modest one, who is your servant and messenger and who is specialized with your greatest means. That Salawat from among all the Salawats, which are most noble, most perfect, loftiest, greatest and most honored; that You have revealed upon a propagator of your religion and your trustee of revelation.

O God, like You have destroyed deviations through him and opened the doors of guidance, now, make our conduct same as his conduct and his proofs and arguments the means of certainty for us. So that we may follow him and present ourselves in your court.

O God, as much praise is there for You that the seven heavens and all their layers; all seven earths and the areas between them, all the scope of the Throne of the noble Lord, all wideness of the system of the forgiving master; full computation of the words of the forceful Lord; and the whole capacity of Paradise and Hell is filled up. The number of the drops of water and equal to the particles of dust and is equal to the seen and unseen things.

O God, deem all your blessings, bounties, favors, forgiveness, mercy, approval, grace, security, remembrance and effulgence, nobility and bounty and all nice good deeds for Muhammad and Progeny of Muhammad (a.s.) in such a way like You blessed and graced Ibrahim and progeny of Ibrahim; indeed You are praised and glorious.

O God, bestow to Muhammad the greatest mediation and the noblest reward in the hereafter; so that You may announce his nobility on Judgment Day, O Lord of guidances. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad and blessings be on all your angels, your prophets and your messengers.

subhaana man ya’lamo jawaarehal qoloobe, subhaana man yohsee a’dadaz zonoobe, subhaana man laa yakhfaa a’layhe  khaafeyatun  fil arze wa laa fis samaa-e.

wal hamdo lillaahil  lazee lam  yaj-a’lnee kaaferan le-ano’mehi,  wa laa jaahedan le-fazlehi, fal-khayro feehe, wa howa ahlohu.

wal hamdo lillaahe a’laa hujjatehil baaleghate a’laa jamee-e’ man khalaqa, mimman ataa-a’hu wa mimman a’saaho, fa-in rahema famin mannehi, wa in a’aqaba fa-bemaa qaadamat aydeehim wa mal laaho be-zallaamin lil-a’beede, wal hamdo lillaahil a’liyyil makaane, war rafee-i’l bunyaanish shadeedil arkaanil, a’zeezis sultaanil, a’zeemish shaanil, waa-zehil burhaanir raheemir  rahmaanil, mun-e’min mannaane.

al-hamdo lillaahil  lazeeh tajaba a’n kulle makhlooqin yaraaho be-haqeeqatir roboobiyyate wa qudratil wahdaaniyyate, falam tudrikhul absaaro, wa lam tohit behil akhbaaro, wa lam yo-a’yyinho miqdaarun, wa lam yatawahhamho’ tebaarun, le-annahul malekul jabbaaro.

allaahumma qad taraa makaanee, wa tas-ma-o’ kalaamee, wa tattale-o’ a’laa amree, wa ta’lamo maa fee nafsee, wa laysa yakhfaa a’layka shay-un min amree, wa qad sa-a’yto elayka fee talebatee, wa talabto elayka fee haajatee, wa tazarra’to elayka fee mas-alatee wa sa-a’toka le-faqrin  wa  haajatin, wa zillatin wa zeeqatin, wa boasin  wa maskanatin.

wa antar rabbul jawaado bil-maghferate, tajedo man  to-a’zzebo ghayree, wa laa ajedo man yaghffero lee ghayraka, wa anta ghaniyyun a’n a’zaabee wa anaa faqeerun elaa rahmateka.

fa-as-aloka befaqree elayka wa ghenaaka a’nnee, wa be-qudrateka a’layya wa qillatim tenaa-e’e minka an taj-a’la do-a’a-ee haazaa do-a’a-an waafeqan minka ejaabatan, wa  majlesee  haazaa majlesan waafaqa minka rahmatan, wa talebatee haazehi talebatan waafa-qat najaahan.

wa maa khifto u’sratahu menal omoore fayassirho, wa maa khifto a’jzahu menal  ash-yaa-e  fawasse’-ho, wa man araadanee be-soo-in menal  khalaa-eqe kullehim fagh-libho, aameena yaa arhamar raahemeena, wa hawwin a’layya maa khasheeto shiddatahu, wak shif  a’nnee maa  khasheeto kurbatahu, wa  yassir lee maa khasheeto u’sratahu, aameena (yaa) rabbal a’alameena.

allahumman ze-i’l u’jba war reyaa-a wak kibra wal baghya wal hasada waz za’fa wash shakka  wal wahna waz zurra wal asqaama wal  khizlaana wal makra wal khadee-a’ta  wal baliyyyata  wal fasaada, min sam-e’e wa basaree wa jamee-e’ jawaarehee, wa khuz be-naaseyatee elaa maa tohibbo wa tarzaa, yaa arhamar raahemeen.

allaahumma salle a’laa moahmmadin wa aale mohammadin, wagh fir zanbee, was tur a’wratee, wa aamin raw-a’tee, waj bur moseebatee, wa aghne faqree, wa yassir haajatee.

wa aqilnee a’sratee, waj ma’ shamlee, wak fenee maa ahammanee, wa maa ghaaba a’nnee, wa maa hazaranee, wa maa atakhawwafohu minka, yaa arhamar raahemeen.

allaahumma fawwazto amree elayka, wa aljaato zahrree elayka, wa aslamto nafsee, elayka bemaa janayto a’layhaa, faraqan minka wa khawfan wa tam-a’n.

wa antal kareemul lazee laa yaqta-u’r rajaa-a, wa laa yokhayyebud  do-a’a-a.

fa-asaloka  behaqqe ibraaheema khaleeleka, wa moosaa kaleemeka, wa e’esaa rooheka wa mohammadin sallal laaho a’layhe wa aalehi safiyyeka wa nabiyyeka allaa tasrefa wajhakal kareema a’nnee, hattaa taqbala tawbatee, (wa tarhama a’bratee) wa taghfera lee khatee-atee, yaa arhamar raahemeena wa yaa ahkamal haakemeena, allaahummaj a’l saaree a’laa man zalamanee, wan surnee a’laa man a’adaanee, allaahumma laa taj-a’lid dunyaa akbara hammee wa laa mablagha i’lmee.

elaahee asleh lee deeneyal lazee howa i’smato amree, wa asleh lee dunyaayal latee feehaa ma-a’ashee, wa asleh lee aakherateyal latee elayhaa ma-a’adee, waj a’lil hayaata zeyaadatan lee  min  kulle khayrin, waj a’lil mawta raahatan lee  min kulle sharrin.

allaahumma innaka a’fuwwun tohibbul  a’fwa, fa’fo a’nnee, allaahumma ahyenee maa a’limtal hayaata khayran lee, wa tawaffanee ezaa kaanatil wafaato khayran lee, wa as-aloka khasyataka fil ghaybe  wash shahaadate, wal a’dla fil ghazabe war rezaa.

wa as-alokal qasda fil faqre wal ghenaa, wa as-aloka na-e’eman laa yabeedo, wa qurrata ay’nin laa yanqate-o’, wa as-alokar rezaa ba’dal qazaa-e, wa as-aloka  lazzatan nazare elaa wajheka.

allaahumma  innee as-tahdeeka le-irshaade  amree, wa a-o’ozo beka min sharre nafsee.

allaahumma a’milto soo-an  wa  zalamto  nafsee  fagh-fir  lee, innahu  laa yaghferuz zonbooba illaa anta, allaahumma  innee  as-aloka ta’jeela  a’afeyateka, wa sabran a’laa baliyyateka wa khoroojan menad dunyaa elaa rahmateka.

allaahumma innee  ush-hedoka,  wa ush-hedo malaa-ekataka wa hamalata a’rsheka, wa ush-hedo man fis samaawaate wa man fil arze: annaka antal laaho laa elaaha illaa anta wahdaka laa shareeka laka, wa anna mohammadan a’bdoka wa  rasooloka sallal laaho a’layhe wa aalehi, wa as-aloka be-anna lakal hamda  laa elaaha illaa anta, ba-dee-o’s samaawaate wal arze, yaa kaa-eno qabla  an yakoona shay-un, wal mokawweno lekulle  shay-in, wal kaa-eno ba’da maa laa yakoono  shay-un.

allaahumma elaa rahmateka ra-fa’to  basaree, wa elaa joodeka  basat-to kaffee falaa tahrimnee wa anaa as-aloka, wa laa to-a’zzibnee wa anaa astaghferoka.

allaahumma fagh-fir lee fa-innaka bee a’alemun, wa laa to-a’zzibnee fa-innaka a’layya qaaderun, be-rahmateka yaa arhamar raahemeen.

allaahumma  zar rahmatil waase-a’te, was salaatin  naafe-a’tir raa-fe-a’te, salle a’laa akrame khalqeka  a’layka,  wa ahabbehim elayka, wa awjehehim ladayka, mohammadin  a’bdeka wa rasoolekal makhsoose be-fazaa-elil wasaa-ele, ashrafa wa akmala, wa ar-fa-a’ wa a-a’zama, wa akrama maa sallayta a’laa moballeghin a’nka, moatamanin a’laa wahyeka.

allaahumma kamaa sadadta behil a’maa, wa fatahta behil hodaa, faj-a’l manaaheja  sobolehi lanaa sonanan, wa hojaja burhaanehi lanaa sababan naatamma behi elal qodoome a’layka.

allaahumma  lakal hamdo mil-as samaawaatis sab-e’, wa mil-a tebaaqehinna, wa  mil-al arazeenas sab-e’, wa mil-a maa baynahunna, wa mil-a a’rshe rabbenal  kareeme, wa meezaana rabbenal ghaffaare, wa  medaada kalemaate rabbenal qahhaare, wa mil-al jannate, wa mil-an naare, wa a’dadal maa-e was saraa, wa a’dada maa yoraa wa maa laa yoraa.

allaahumma  waj a’l salawaateka wa barakaateka, wa manneka wa maghferataka, wa rahmataka wa rizwaanaka,  wa fazlaka  wa salaamataka,  wa zikraka wa nooraka, wa sharafaka wa ne’mataka wa kheyarataka a’laa mohammadin wa aale mohammadin, kamaa sallayta wa baarakta wa tarahhamta a’laa ibraaheema wa aale ibraaheema, innaka hameedun majeedun.

allaahumma a-a’te mohammadanil waseelatal u’zmaa,  wa kareema jazaa-eka fil  u’qbaa hattaa tosharrefahu yawmal qeyaamate yaa elaahal hodaa, allaahumma salle a’laa  mohammadin wa aale mohammadin, wa a’laa jamee-e’  malaa-ekateka (wa  anbeyaa-eka) wa  rosoleka.

salaamun  a’laa jibra-eela  wa  meekaa-eela wa israafeela, wa hamalatil a’rshe wa  malaa-ekatekal  (moqarrabeena) wa l keraamal kaatebeena  wal  karoobiyyeena, wa salaamun a’laa malaa-ekateka ajma-e’ena, wa salaamun a’laa abeenaa aadama, wa a’laa ummenaa hawwaa-a, wa salaamun a’lan  nabiyyeena  ajma-e’ena was siddeeqeena wash shohadaa-e was saaleheena, wa salaamun a’lal mursaleena  ajma-e’ena  wal  hamdo lillaahe  rabbil a’alameena.

wa laa  hawla  wa  laa quwwata  illaa billaahil a’liyyil a’zeeme, wa hasbeyal laaho wa ne’mal  wakeelo,  wa sallal laaho a’laa mohammadin wa aalehi Wa sallama kaseeran.
